I called around to get quotes for having my house treated and after talking to Clarence, I was impressed with his empathy towards my situation and his eagerness to help me out. He gave me a killer deal and was able to have someone out the following day. I was told it could take up to a week for the ants to completely leave.After about 12 hours I already noticed a difference and after 24 hours there are no ants to be found! My Technician, Cody provided great service and was very friendly! Removed all cobwebs around the house (ground level) and in the garage. Sprayed the same areas and a couple problem spots inside I pointed out. Whole service didn't take long at all except (insert reason for 3 stars) for the time it took the office (owner/wife) to change my order. When I originally called I wasn't given a choice of service. She instead 'told' me it was $130 which came with a 90 day guarantee. After hanging up I visited their ho,page and found coupons for 3 different "one-time" services. $105 with a 30 day guarantee (30/60/90 with different pricing where the 3 available). When Cody arrived I asked if the coupons were valid? He called and was immediately told that yes they were but stressed I would not be getting the 90 day guarantee( I could here the conversation). So she had to cancel the original order and send the new one to his tablet (tablets are a nice touch!). After waiting for all this I was finally able to pay so he could get started (a waste of about 20 minutes). I'm all for up selling but at least offer all the options. Honestly unless you live in the boonies you need is an annual spray and your good. Overall: Cody = 5* Office = 2* [UPDATE]: Clarence contacted me via phone call to apologize for my office experience. Called them yesterday and they came out this morning. The person that came out was very nice and did a very thorough job inside and out. He spent about 90% longer at my house than another company that we had used for years. I felt like he did a great job and will use the again if I need service. I appreciate the fact that I can have them come out whenever I want for a one-time service rather than having to sign an ongoing service contract. I just had a pest control service completed for an ant problem and I was very impressed with the service. Steve, the technician was knowledgable and courteous. He explained what was involved and identified the most likely point of origin where the ants were coming from. Service included interior (spot treatment) and exterior spraying. Clarence lied in his answer to my review, when he said that he called and left a message on my voicemail. That is a lie. And, I don't CARE if it was raining when he was supposed to come. I got out of bed at 6:00 in the morning, for his visit. Are you kidding me? I got up at 6am to keep an appointment that CLARENCE made, and his sorry butt is still in bed?!?!? What is wrong with this picture? Then he had the nerve to lie and say he called and left a message? So, we had another appointment today. So, He calls way after the agreed upon time was past, and when I answered the phone, he says, "HELLO, LINDA MY DARLING!" LOL seriously I am NOT your darling, you disrespectful jerk! So, I told him off. Then when he FINALLY showed up he was several hours late, and he wanted to explain what his latest excuse was, I wasn't having any of it, and I wasn't interested in hearing his sorry lame excuses, and weak alibis. So, I did tell him to do whatever he needed to do, and then I PROUDLY slammed the door in his face!! And, he is just lucky that "LINDA, MY DARLING" didn't kick him where it hurts!
