I am so thankful for this company!! I was in distress last week because of the ants we were dealing with. I called around to get quotes for having my house treated and after talking to Clarence, I was impressed with his empathy towards my situation and his eagerness to help me out. He gave me a killer deal and was able to have someone out the following day. I was told it could take up to a week for the ants to completely leave. After about 12 hours I already noticed a difference and after 24 hours there are no ants to be found! The guy who came out (Steve, I believe!) was very friendly, showed up on time, answered all my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know who's having pest control problems! Thanks for all of your help Integrity Pest Control!!! read more

I recently had Integrity Pest Control come address our unexpected visitor (rodent) that had snuck into our attic. The tech Clarence showed up in a timely manner as expected. He was able to identify and address the likely entry point, made the repairs, and was able to evict our unwanted house guest. We highly recommend his service for your pest control needs. Great service, professional and pleasant to deal with. We will be using Clarence in the future for our bug control needs.

I am so impressed by the service I received yesterday from Clarence. He took the time to answer all of my questions-he even showed me a short video of the bugs that had infested the outside/inside of my condo to set me at ease. I can't say enough about his professionalism & honesty when explaining my options; I wound up starting with the one time service which has a 90 day guarantee so if any critters come back they take care of it at no extra cost. Not only did he spray but he did a wonderful job knocking down the spider webs by my front door/balcony & took the time to explain my options for bird control (I gave Swallow nests above my garage)I'm seriously considering going with them for quarterly service-even though my HOA should be handling this- for piece of mind. I highly recommend this company & will be sure to recommend them to my friends. read more

Can't say enough good things about this company! Ants and spiders got out of control, had IPE come out and next day instant relief. I should of called them sooner! Great service and super quick for scheduling. They were referred by a neighbor. There's no question that I'll be a repeat customer! Thank you IPE! read more

My Technician, Cody provided great service and was very friendly! Removed all cobwebs around the house (ground level) and in the garage. Sprayed the same areas and a couple problem spots inside I pointed out. Whole service didn't take long at all except (insert reason for 3 stars) for the time it took the office (owner/wife) to change my order. When I originally called I wasn't given a choice of service. She instead 'told' me it was $130 which came with a 90 day guarantee. After hanging up I visited their ho,page and found coupons for 3 different "one-time" services. $105 with a 30 day guarantee (30/60/90 with different pricing where the 3 available). When Cody arrived I asked if the coupons were valid? He called and was immediately told that yes they were but stressed I would not be getting the 90 day guarantee( I could here the conversation). So she had to cancel the original order and send the new one to his tablet (tablets are a nice touch!). After waiting for all this I was finally able to pay so he could get started (a waste of about 20 minutes). I'm all for up selling but at least offer all the options. Honestly unless you live in the boonies you need is an annual spray and your good. Overall: Cody = 5* Office = 2* [UPDATE]: Clarence contacted me via phone call to apologize for my office experience. He offered me the 90 day guarantee and an additional spray at no charge. This is how you keep customers. They will have my business the next time I need to spray for pests. read more

I had a bad bug problem in the house I rent. Clarence came out and assured me he would take care of it. He and his team worked very hard and went over every nook and cranny of this place. He kept his word and the pests are gone. He even did some extra stuff for no charge. Thank you Clarence! read more

Clarence just left after coming out and talking to us about a potential problem. Instead of telling us to definitely go ahead and get some work done, he was TOTALLY honest and gave us our options. THANK YOU Clarence for being who you are. You live up to your name - Integrity. Your honesty and professionalism is what will keep us coming back to you whenever pest control is needed. We highly recommend this company and if we could give you more than 5 stars we would! read more

These guys are great! We woke up to ants everywhere this morning. Called them and they were at my house an hour later. We were due for our 3 mon service anyways...and I was putting it off. Will never forget again! Thanks guys! read more

Called them yesterday and they came out this morning. The person that came out was very nice and did a very thorough job inside and out. He spent about 90% longer at my house than another company that we had used for years. I felt like he did a great job and will use the again if I need service. I appreciate the fact that I can have them come out whenever I want for a one-time service rather than having to sign an ongoing service contract. Another highly rated company on here wanted nearly $400 a year to take care of my occasional ant/spider problem. Yikes read more

I highly recommend this company. Several years ago Clarence did a thorough review and closed all potential openings in my home where pests might enter. He set traps in my attic and outside. I thought I might have a problem again recently and within one day from my panic call Clarence was here checking out the situation and refilling the baits outside. If you're looking for a quality company with high integrity this is the one. And Clarence is the man! read more

Clarence and the amazing receptionist were by far the friendliest people one could meet!! We had a horrible bee problem and asked them if there was a way someone could come out ASAP so we could leave for errands, and sure enough Clarence was on his way in less than 5 minutes of calling! He was absolutely professional and his time management skills are those of the absolute BEST! I just had a pest control service completed for an ant problem and I was very impressed with the service. Steve, the technician was knowledgable and courteous. He explained what was involved and identified the most likely point of origin where the ants were coming from. Service included interior (spot treatment) and exterior spraying. The pesticide did not leave any odor whatsoever. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Hope this was helpful to anyone looking for pest control. read more

My husband and I bought a condo in Murrieta back in 2008 and got a recommendation from our realtor for Integrity Pest Elimination. Clarence lied in his answer to my review, when he said that he called and left a message on my voicemail. That is a lie. And, I don't CARE if it was raining when he was supposed to come. I got out of bed at 6:00 in the morning, for his visit. Are you kidding me? I got up at 6am to keep an appointment that CLARENCE made, and his sorry butt is still in bed?!?!? What is wrong with this picture? Then he had the nerve to lie and say he called and left a message? So, we had another appointment today. So, He calls way after the agreed upon time was past, and when I answered the phone, he says, "HELLO, LINDA MY DARLING!" LOL seriously I am NOT your darling, you disrespectful jerk! So, I told him off. Then when he FINALLY showed up he was several hours late, and he wanted to explain what his latest excuse was, I wasn't having any of it, and I wasn't interested in hearing his sorry lame excuses, and weak alibis. So, I did tell him to do whatever he needed to do, and then I PROUDLY slammed the door in his face!! And, he is just lucky that "LINDA, MY DARLING" didn't kick him where it hurts! He should Just be glad that didn't happen. Clarence is a liar, a jerk, and a creep. Don't waste your time on this fool. He has no respect or appreciation for his customers. Read thru the reviews and you will clearly see that this is a COMMON PRACTICE with this company to make appointments and then not show or even call. So, I am not the first person he has done this to, and, unfortunately, I won't be the last. I give this company a -10!! read more

Great service and answers calls that are out of the quarterly service! Kind and truly care that you have an issue and they resolve it so quickly and at a great cost! read more

Just like everyone else, we got invaded by ants; thought we could handle it ourselves, after several cans of raid and lots of frustration we caved to having the house sprayed. I did a yelp search for the best companies in Murrieta and decided on Integrity Pest. I scored with this one, Clarence is a nice, honest man. I appreciated the time he spent at the house, and his attention to detail. We went with the one year contract, having the house sprayed quarterly, with all this changing weather we did not want to risk our creepy crawly friends coming back! Overall, Integrity Pest is a great company, I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Clarence is a life saver! I recently purchased a home for rent, had a new tenant moving in the next day and realized I had ant issues externally on the property. Pest control completely slipped my mind in the frenzy to fix up the home to make rentable. Called Integrity Pest Elimination this morning and was initially told it would be a week before they could come back. Unfortunately, due to my stupidity, this was not going to work. After thanking them and hanging up, Clarence immediately called me back and said he would go by the same day! Now I have my problem solved and a new quarterly service solution! Clarence...you are the BEST! read more

Called Integrity twice.. First time I spoke to Pam and she said she would call me back. No call back. Then I called again the day after and left a message.. Didn't hear back from her again. Decided to ignore the red flags and give them another shot, so I called again a week later. Finally spoke to someone else and set up an appointment for Saturday sometime between 10-12. Not only did they not show up, I did not receive a phone call or any notice at all. Must have forgotten about me.. I'll definitely give my business to a more dependable company. read more
