I knew about Integrity Pest Elimination because I'm a teacher, and the same company services my middle school. Middle Schoolers are notorious for absentmindedly spilling trash. Our new school was soon experiencing pest issues. I heard about other companies coming in and trying to solve the problem, but as a teacher, I observed their fruitless efforts. Then, as if miraculously the bugs and pests were gone. I noticed the difference and asked the lead custodian at our school site which company had created the positive difference. I highly recommend this company. Clarence is totally AWESOME! I've used this service twice already and have been wholly impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness and extra-mile service. I initially had problems with moths and larvae in my kitchen last September. Clarence inspected the whole area, found where the pests were nesting, sprayed not only my kitchen but got rid of the spiders both inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and gave me tips on ensuring that I won't have a reoccuring problem. It is obvious that He takes great pride in the work he does for his clients. I highly recommend this Company. I called Clarence on a Saturday or Sunday evening due to bed bugs. First, I'm a very clean person and have never experience anything like this before, So if you can imagine I was freaking out. He decided that he would come out even though he was done for the day just to ease my mind. He was very patient with me and answered all questions and concerns. When work was completed, he still followed up with me to make sure my anxiety was in check. You don't find many companies that are genuinely concerned or that wants to make sure they fix the problem. Genuine people and great customer service. Pam was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. After booking an appointment with her, Clarence came out and continued the great experience. Explained to him our pest problem and he offered a solution as it wasn't a big one. What was great was his customer service and no hidden fees. Although he came all the way out, and spent a considerable amount of time with us, he didn't charge us (as I'm sure any other business would have!). Definitely going to save their number. My review is a little untimely as Clarence came out a couple months ago to deal with an ant problem I was experiencing in my home. I followed the instructions from the office so when Clarence arrived he went right to work. I am happy to report that thus far I've not had another incident. The company has also checked back with me to see how things are going since their visit. Clarence also provided an additional month's guarantee on his service due to his arriving late (although he telephoned frequently to keep me posted on his progress)! Very impressed. We contacted Integrity after reading the great reviews online! Well we weren't disappointed! The representative came to our home two weeks ago, the same day we called for our out of control ant problem we were having (we were convinced our home was built on an ant hill)!! It was BAD!!
