This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read more During my manicure, the technician placed an open bottle of pure acetone directly in front of me on a cushioned tray attached to the massage chair. The tray was unstable, and the vibration from the chair caused the bottle to tip over, soaking my limited-edition Athleta shirt in acetone. The shirt now has visible fading and appears to be permanently damaged. Accidents happen. What matters is how a business responds. Instead of taking responsibility, the explanation shifted toward blaming the massage chair rather than acknowledging the poor decision to place an open bottle of acetone on an unstable, vibrating surface. I received no genuine apology, no offer to make things right beyond removing the cost of my manicure, and no meaningful acknowledgment that a customer's property had been damaged. The value of my shirt far exceeds the cost of the manicure that was removed from my bill. To make matters worse, my attempts to discuss the situation with management went nowhere. I left feeling dismissed rather than respected. The experience was made even more frustrating by pricing that felt anything but transparent. I was charged additional fees, including an upcharge simply to remove existing polish before my pedicure. Had those charges been clearly explained beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. I recently moved to Georgetown after spending four years with the same nail salon in Dallas. I was excited to find a salon I could become a regular at. Instead, I found a business that failed in the moments that matter most: taking responsibility, communicating with customers, and standing behind its service. If you visit, I strongly recommend asking about every potential charge before your service begins and paying close attention to where open bottles of acetone and other chemicals are placed around your belongings. A beautiful salon means very little if basic safety and customer care are lacking.

5 stars for sure…read more This review is for the new nail salon in Georgetown and I had such a great experience! I walked in without an appointment and the staff were so welcoming right away. They even asked what drink I wanted from the bar and they have strawberry matcha which was sooo good. The massage chairs were incredibly comfortable and made the whole visit super relaxing. The salon itself is really pretty too. The vibe and aesthetic are beautiful and it just feels like a nice place to treat yourself. Another plus is the parking, there are plenty of spots which makes it really easy to stop by. It's also close to Walmart and other stores, so it's perfect if you want to come in after running errands. I'll definitely be coming b

He does an excellent job with builder gel and is extremely detailed. I tried the Lush pedicure and it was great as a special treat, but a little out of my range for my regular service. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others…read more A basic gel manicure and pedicure took THREE HOURS, which is completely unacceptable. There was no urgency, no efficiency, and no respect for my time. Even worse -- my gel manicure started chipping within TWO DAYS. That defeats the entire purpose of getting gel, especially when I was preparing for a vacation and needed something that would last. When I contacted the salon, their response was incredibly disappointing. My options were to come back in (which I don't have time for) or receive a discount for a future visit -- as if I would trust them again after this. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the polish... which was chosen by the nail tech, not me. That says everything about their level of accountability. Between the excessive service time, poor quality, and dismissive customer service, this was a complete waste of time and money -- I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

With how many times they made me bleed it makes me question their sanitation too. They can be pushy if you just want a normal manicure and pedicure. One time started doing gel even though I specifically said I absolutely didn't want that. Off to search for a new nail place. I would encourage this place to have better shows on their TVs. Watching Vietnamese cooking show isn't what anyone wants to watch while getting their nails done (raw fish?). Instead of being like every other place, make your salon stand out. Specialize in safe nail procedures. You reuse a lot of equipment. Be known for healthy nails (not removing nail polish with a drill).
