2018 - 2019: In a another home, we had a major plumbing leak (mix of gray and black water) and air leak (AC ducting) under the house. Rats had chewed through our ABS pipe and flexible ducting. Mike brought the crew out and they not only took care of the cleanup (crawling out with buckets of mud and sewage), but they did a stellar job of replacing broken lines, drying it out, putting lime down to kill some of the smell, and plastic sheeting to finish the job. They even put out the rat bait down there to eliminate the critters that ate through our pipes and our AC ducting. Finally they cut a new access hole into the subfloor so they could replace all flexible ducting with "rodent-proof" galvanized ducting. Hired Mike and his team to do some repairs at my home. He replaced my screen door removed some pocket doors I had orginally in my house and reframed a couple door ways. I love it. They also recaulked around my bathroom sink, and installed 12 can lights throughout my house and a couple other things amazing how efficient these guys work.
