I don't understand why anyone would get their windshield from any other place. They have been in the same shop over 20 years and the service is outstanding. Had appt set up for 430pm. The wife called me at night to see about coming sooner...I explained why 430pm worked but it was more important to work around their schedule. ...then the windshield sounds like there is an air leak. Terrific service. The glass man arrived exactly as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the glass. I was concerned that i would get a subpar product, but he took the time to explain where it was made and pointed out that it was the same manufacturer who produced my other GM windows. Just had my windshield replaced and I'm very satisfied with the result. The individual that came to replace my windshield was named Tim and he was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Called on a Tuesday at 5 for a new windshield and they installed it Thursday at 8am. Looks like my old windshield (except crack, chip and sand pit free). Installation was quick, my service person Fred was friendly, and they handled the insurance company. Received my gift card at the end of the installation! Will use them again! read more

I called Integrity on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment. Nichole was very helpful and we set up the claim with Progressive right then. Tim showed up during the time window I selected. He did a great job and handed us a packet with a gift card. No bait and switch which was a first. Usually we have to chase down the company to get the perk. We have found our "go to" glass company which is good because we get a rock through our windshields at least 3 times a year. read more

Just had my winshield replaced recently by this company. Very professional from start to finish. I set the appointment over the phone with a lady named Emily I beieve was her name. Very courteous, polite and professional. I was very pleased with her kindness over the phone. Daniel was the installer , a few days later. He called me ahead of time which was very nice. He was also very professional and courteous. We chit chatted while he installed the windshield . He made it look so simple, and I could see he was experienced and really knew what he was doing. A very nice guy. I even received a gift card when he was done installing.Can't beat that either. Daniel went over instructions after installation very thoroughly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY First off i was quoted $380 for the window and then day before the install i was told $578 since insurance would be paying. now i know why ins dont like these rip off companies. Doug (in the office) with Integrity is a horrible person to deal with. Made an appointment thursday for a rear window install for sat. install was done sat morning BY Fred, some broken molding clips were noticed and i was told they would be ordered and replaced in the future. i was told no car wash for 48hrs. i waited 50 hours (monday noon) and went to a car wash and my trunk filled with water. called integrity and Doug got on the phone and started blaming me stating it wasnt 48 hours yet. idiot. Then he told me i should not wash my car so often. Then tried to tell me i rushed the install. installer had as much time as he needed. Now Doug wants me to pay more money for the clips they broke. Doug was condescending, rude and very short with me. I told him "i dont like your attitude" Doug stated " I dont care" ..... wow BBB will be notified also read more

I called Integrity Auto Glass right after my windshield got hit with a large rock leaving a very large chip right in the middle of the glass. The girl who took my phone call contacted my insurance company and made all the arrangements for me to get my windshield completely replaced.
