Everything about this company was great from start to finish. The lady on the phone, I believe her name is Sabrina, was very pleasant to work with and also very helpful. She contacted my insurance company with me on the line and once I got my insurance approved, she helped me schedule my replacement. They had next-day appointments so I scheduled it for the next day. The gentleman who came out was very professional and quick. He finished the job, gave me my gift card, and was on his way. One point of pride on their advertisement was the stability of the company. Less than a week later I received a very nice handwritten Thank You card in the mail from Christine Meakin, (I suppose she's the manager, but not the friendly woman I spoke with who did the insurance claim with me & State Farm) with her business card, stating that appreciated my business. I called this Company to replace my vehicle window. We went through the entire process and I asked them if I qualified for the $100 Visa card with window replacement as the ad stated. I was told that I would get the Visa card at installation. I got a call from this Company the next day and was told that I would not qualify since it was OEM equipment. I told him that the ad does not state that disclaimer. He argued with me and told me it did. I offered to send him a copy of it but he was not interested. It's too bad that the materials they used in my job failed. The cheap windshield they used failed and at the point it failed the glass stress fractured. The glass in this type of failure has a place where it gives. They said it was a rock. There is no mark that shows this. All I know is it starting creaking and snapped. Until this I would go back. My windshield was cracked almost all the way across and I had been avoiding trying to fix it because I was quoted anywhere from $1200 to $1400 to replace it, or approaching $1600 to replace at the dealership. I was given a price by Integrity Auto Glass that was about half of the quote that I received from the first places I had looked. The men who worked on my car were able to promptly replace the windshield. A few months later, it was raining and the automatic rain sensor went out. I spoke with Carly on the phone and she was able to get the technician out the following morning to get the sensor replaced! They have been very great to work with and responsive to all of my questions. I give them an A+. read more

My entire family has used them for years and NEVER an issue. They replaced my windshield and now the headliner is down and you can see the glue strip. They came out, said it was like that before, I probably just didn't see it! The repair guy was a complete jerk to me starting from when he walked in the door at my office and carried it out into the parking lot to my vehicle which is a 2017 and in pristine condition. We had this long discussion with him blaming everyone else and being very rude. I finally said forget it and came inside. Well we hate rocks. Not the kind we polish and wear on our fingers but the pain in A** kind that fly up on the 101 and chip our windshields! Thanks goodness we have coverage through our insurance however that doesn't mean the glass company always does thorough job. In the past we have seen windshield repairs with missing screws and other short cuts. This was our first time using Integrity Auto Glass. Mike was our technician. He was fantastic. Let's start with the POSITIVE Doug and both my windshield installation technicians were GREAT! They were each kind, careful, detail oriented and had a generosity of spirit! Thanks guys! Unfortunately, there are two argumentative and rude staff members Daniel & Brittany. I spoke w/ Daniel on Dec. 31st. I spoke in soft, kind tones to Daniel. He was rude in his tone, word chose and delivery. After he was short and rude to me, I softly said, "I don't know if there's something going on at home...but..." He interrupted me and told me "You're NOT going to talk about my home life!" Spoke with Doug on Jan. 2nd, he was kind and apologetic. Said I should expect my gift card by Jan. 9th. I called in today to let him know I had not received it. So that he could give me a different ETA (things happen). Unfortunately he was not there and I was stuck speaking with Brittany. I believe she is the receptionist, but she spoke to me like a defense attorney. She gave me excuse after excuse as to why I didn't receive the gift card. I listened carefully. I then gave her the facts. She then spoke to me in a rude manner, interrupting me numerous times when I spoke. She basically said I should just be happy that my experience with the windshield installation was a good one because "that is what they do." As she spoke over me, I quickly requested that she have Doug call me because the issue was NOT resolved. Everyone was polite and professional other than the man (Doug) I was transferred to when I asked about my $100 gift card on the flyer I received in the mail. He accused me of not caring what quality of glass I wanted and said heroine addicts break their windows for the $100 gift card. After having a, crack suddenly appear on my windshield that eventually went across the whole windshield and started curling back, I knew it was time to get it fixed especially with the heat coming. Home anyway with the stay at home order. That day had a coupon from Integrity show up in the mail. Thought that was a good sign so I called them. Told I would get a $50 gift card in the mail after completion. They called my insurance, but found I had a $100 deductible. After the insurance got off the phone, I was told that I would just pay them $50. No one said the windshield would actually cost $100, so it somewhat feels like a, little "funny math." I scheduled the appt. anyway. The day of the appointment, the tech called to say he was running late. Gave me a new time. Yes, he missed that time also, but he did call. If I wasn't home anyway, I might have been disturbed, but I was so not a big deal. 3rd time is the charm! They did show up and were very quick with the repair, then cleaned the window off and were gone. They were wearing gloves, but I was surprised to find them with no masks. I mean they are all over the car, inside and out, so you would think for their safety and mine, that a mask would have been worn. The company should think about that... so should you. In these days, plumbers, grocers, everyone should be wearing masks, many do. These guys didn't. Other than that and changing the appt 3 times, they were great. In normal times, this wouldn't be anything to worry about, but these are not normal times, so I felt that I needed to say something. It isn't just them, I see far too many people not wearing masks. Everyone has a right to make a choice about their own lives, no one but me has the right to make a, decision about mine... or the lives of friends and family of these workers or anyone else not wearing a mask. Stay Away !!! This company replaced my wife's windshield two weeks ago and our rear view mirror fell off with a big piece of glass attached. She calls the company (who has no Integrity) and they tell her it was our fault we broke it. Pretty much calling my wife a liar without even looking at the windshield or even asking what happened...Nothing. But they sure wanted to sell her a new one. After contacting a real windshield company the technician replacing the faulty glass showed my wife were Integrity completely covered her VIN number with black glue making it impossible to view any of the numbers. By far the Worst glass company in the valley, hands down the worst in the biz. They don't care and they have NO Integrity. Seems to me by looking over other reviews they tend to prey on women. This is the most unprofessional windshield company I have ever dealt with! We own 4 vehicles currently and tons in the past and all while living in AZ! So we have had several windshields replaced just in the past couple of years. First they don't even call until an hour AFTER their 3 hour window time was over! Then they don't show up for another hour after that. This messed up my entire day and was already angry. They finally show up during my kids nap time and continued to ring the doorbell after I told them to just do a light knock if they needed anything!!!!!!! Then they realize they have the wrong windshield for one of the vehicles and it took us continuing to call them to get it scheduled and replaced!!!!! I guess we should have looked for another company then!! They replace the windshield in our other vehicle which today we find out is scratched along the entire top of the truck where they use the tool to remove the black seal! So my husband calls the company and talks to the Manager/Owner and he refuses to do anything about it! He was s complete jerk about it and hung up on my husband!!! What a wonderful professional company!!! You would think if the guys started to scratch the truck they would attempt to do it a little softer, but instead scratch it harder along the ENTIRE top of the truck!! But I guess they didn't care since the next time we would find out about it is when we get our windshield replaced again. So of course these guys are going to play dumb and deny deny deny. This is our brand new vehicle and now it will start to rust with every car wash and rain storm until fixed. I advise strongly against ever using this company since if they scratch your vehicle they won't tell you and will refuse to fix it when you next get your windshield replaced, if those guys even bring it to your attention. This company should not be trusted to touch any vehicle even if they are giving out a $75 gift card. The damage they cost us is 5 times that! I've used integrity auto glass for three years they have replaced my windshield and fixed cracks. I recently had them fix my windshield again and was asked which gift card I would like. I made an appointment for between 12-3 I got a call at 7:45 am which I didn't answer well they kept calling until I did answer which I FOUND TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I never recieved my gift card so I called them spoke to someone who said I was wrong and transfered me over to the manager who argued with me! I was polite and pointed that out to him I was not trying to aruge but wanted them to stick by the word of the customer serive rep who offered the gift card. His response was yeah I know what you want you want free money and no his people didn't say I was getting a gift card and IF they did it was under the assumption that I was getting my windshield replaced. So again i asked if it was offered and I know longer qualify shouldn't I be told I will not get the gift card. Everyone I've dealt with was extremely friendly. The person who replaced my window was on time and informative. I also received a vinyl booklet with warranty information. The only reason for the 3 star review instead of 5 is because of the gift card process. I was told it would be mailed. Ok, no big deal. After about a week, i called and was told that I was to receive a gift card within 10-12 business days after the repair. Ok, cool. My service date was 11/26.
