I went here because I was hearing a popping sound. He said it was the control handles on my Nissan 2021 rogue sport. He charge me $460. Plus however the sound was still there and I went back today for the second time Now he says that the sound was coming from the back. So then I said to him then you didn't need to replace the control handles and now not before he did the work he said your tires were moving back and forth. My tires were not moving back and forth anywhere . I take my car to discount tires where they put four brand new tires. And Nissan just checked my car for my state inspection. This man charged me for something that my car did not need. I will be contacting the federal trade commission and filing a complaint and I will be calling my bank to file a complaint. He never not once sa anything about my wheels going back and forth because they were not. My car has been to Nissan and discount tires and they didn't see anything like that. I want my money back on my card and I will be filing a complaint also with the BBB. I trusted this shop but they don't have integrity it's a lie. If my tires were moving back and fo how come he didn't show it to me before he did the work. He just got cornered today because I said to him well if the noise is coming from the back and it's nothing abnormal then the control handles did not need replacing then? Then he comes up with your tires were moving back and forth and I said to him No they were not. I don't recommend this place because they charged me for something that did not need replacing just to make $460 plus. read more

Lied to us like they would be able to fix the problem, the same problem happened as soon as the car turned off. I called them back about the situation, and he hung up in my face. I spent my hard earned money only to have someone not fix the problem and hang up in my face about the problem dealing with the car. This is unacceptable and i regret coming to this place. read more

My husband took our car to this shop and they were really nice initially, only to find out later that we would get scammed. They supposedly fixed our AC for $400, and gave us a one year warranty. Two days later the AC went out and when we brought it back to them they told us that it was not covered under the warranty. So we trusted them and paid another $200. Less than a week later it went out again and they said that we would have to pay $260, because there was a new diagnosis. We picked up our car and took it elsewhere! We are nobody's fool. Knowledgeable staff with a determined attitude at a fair price. Fixed the damage done by the dealership. I went in exhausted after having broken lug nuts and stripped bolts. Four other dealerships promised services that they could not deliver. NTB which is a full service tire center spent five hours and six men attempting to remove the bolts. Epic fail.? It took Walley at Integrity less than 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. I will return when the need arises. read more

This is my second time to visit and always receive extremely high quality servics. My first visit was to replace lug studs due to the old ones being stripped. They order the parts when I called (just at closing), and had them in shop the next morning. I came in at open and the repair was complete in about 30 minutes. My second visit was for an oil change and state inspection. I showed up 10 min early for an 11am appt on Saturday and they were all ready and waiting. Earlier I had driven by two big chain competitors on Dairy Ashford and there was a 2-3 car deep wait per bay..no thanks. I'll keep my business at Integrity. The guy who works the front desk is friendly, knowledgable, and is willing to explain in detail any issues that may come up. read more

This could very well be the worst mechanic shop I have ever went to. I took my 1994 Buick in because the dash and tail lights went out. You would think it was an easy fix. They said either $89 or $225 for diagnostic and it would go towards repair. No problem do it! They supposedly found the problem, it was the headlamp switch & lamp control module. They said the part was supposed to come in for both in a few days and they'd have it fixed. A week came and no answer, so I called. After calling them AGAIN, I was told they found a place to fix the part and that it would take a week or week and half for that to be done. Again, no answer and finally after 3 weeks I told them just put my car back together, I'll pay for the work, and come pick it up. I paid for diagnostic fee over the phone (no work being done mind you) and told them I would pick my car up tonight. I pick my car up after they were closed and there were things definitely not like I left them. The hood was never properly closed, everything left in my glove box was on the passenger side floor, the control panel on the drivers door was never properly re- installed (I have to fix that myself now), and my aftermarket stereo was pulled out of the radio kit. I was looking for a mechanic closer to my house instead of driving 45 mins to my normal mechanic in Katy, but this was one of the worst mistakes I have EVER made regarding a car shop. I WILL NEVER return to this place nor recommend them to anyone. read more

Horrible. Took my car in for a noise. They totally misdiagnosed it as the differential when the noise was actually coming from the transmission. When they decided I needed to completely overhaul my rear end and could not even find the parts for my car I decided to take it elsewhere. The labor alone was more than a well-known local differential specialist would charge. When it came to the bill, I was told I would be charged for the inspection, the fluid and the gasket, which I was fine with. Upon picking up the car, they charged me an extra $70 in labor just to seal up the differential, which I was never told about. I even spoke with the owner who told me it would be the inspection charge plus the cost of parts and that was it. I also asked that they use a cheaper fluid, but they decided to go with a $25/bottle fluid and also charge me for 3 bottles when my differential holds less than 2. They did refund me one bottle when I brought it to their attention. On top of all this, I had to run them down to get a quote. They were also supposed to send me pictures of the differential as I was unable to go look at it in person. It was actually their suggestion to send pictures and I had to ask multiple times and never received any. Joe, the manager, is a nice guy, but it seems like they need to slow down a little and get organized. read more

First off let me say I've worked on my own vehicles for 20 years as well as having friends that are professional mechanics. That being said the standard operating procedure for shops is to do a computer diagnostic which provides a list of possible problems any one of which could fix the code the computer presents. Integrity auto gets the business of myself and my in-laws because they work their way through the most common and most cheaply fixed options first. Even if you take the part out and look at it in today's computer age you can't necessarily tell if it's good or not in a lot of cases. Overheating radiator has peripheral parts replaced and flushed which clears blockage around hole in the system that was blocking the flow and causing the car to overheat in the first place. Given my druthers I'll stick with the place trying to find the right fix for as cheap as possible while looking to keep up the preventative maintenance. For you folks that need an explanation it's a few extra dollars now so the problem doesn't spread to other areas for example loose engine mounts turning into additional exhaust leaks from engine movement as well as possible cv joint replacement or even a prematurely torn up transmission, not to mention whatever accident may occur when the angles go wrong and your engine stalls in traffic. Sure the other shop will tell you it's not an issue, they want all the rest of the work. Think it over, few hundred working through possible problems before the thousand(s) or a place that hits you with the big ticket item and then you find out it was condensation or a 30 dollar sensor that went out. Stick with someone who will lay it all out for you, these guys know their business. read more

My first visit there was a tire alignment. I was very impressed with the service I received. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I started experiences problems with a delayed start with my vehicle, I didn't think twice about taking my car back there. They performed a diagnostic test on the car to identify the problem. I was given a list of things that would fix the delayed start. I allowed them to do the work. I picked the car the next day. Within a day I was experiencing the same problem. I brought the car back to them - they told me they'd have to keep it overnight to figure out the problem. The next day after waiting for hours to hear from them I had to call to get a status update on my car. They told me they hadn't been able to identify the problem. (They had the car all morning.) Til this day, I'm still having that same problem that I brought the car to them for. I'm out of a lot of money and my car still isn't working as it should. I normally don't take time to write bad reviews but this is the kind of report I'd want to read if I were looking for an auto mechanic. If you need basic service, they're fine, but for anything major, take your car somewhere else. read more

Much like Eric L who has also commented here, I too have been working on my own and friends cars for 30+ years. All that means is that I can usually pick up on it when I'm being BS'd. I dealt with Joe, one of the managers and left with full confidence in him and this shop. Was referred here for a front end alignment when I bought new tires and can only regret that I hadn't found them years ago! Will be going back this weekend with my son's car....wonky ABS control unit that other shops wanted to replace at $1300++. In speaking with Joe, learned that in most cases these units can often times be repaired for a fraction of that cost. In the end, may still have to bite the bullet and pay for a full replacement unit but as Eric mentioned in his post, they're starting with the cheapest solution first. Can highly recommend that you give them a try. read more

Car owners beware! I drove my car to this place for a diagnostic because the battery light comes on when I use the a/c. I thought it was the alternator. I was quoted a price of $2100 for repairs that included a list of things unrelated to the alternator. I told the mechanic that was just too steep and that I would pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I was told I needed a tow truck. They showed me parts that were removed and they refused to put the parts back on my car. I have never experienced unprofessional service like this. I called later to speak with the owners. They never returned my phone calls. "Integrity" is not what I would call this place. read more

My wife was run off the road by a texting driver destroying two factory aluminum wheels and the tires. Discount Tire recommended this shop to have her car aligned. She came home without the alignment spec sheet and told me "Joe" was going to email it to me. It never happened. I took the car to the dealer. There I met with the body shop manager and the insurance claims adjuster from her carrier. There was $1266+ worth of damage to the car's suspension. It could not have been properly aligned with this damage. I went to the shop to ask for a refund. I asked for "Joe". the man at the counter asked if I was from law enforcement or an attorney before he would answer. I told him I was neither. He admitted that he was "Joe". He said the car was aligned and he would not refund my money. He showed me a picture of an "alignment report" for a car on his cell phone as "proof" It was for only the front end. Her car requires a four wheel alignment. The only "integrity" at this shop is on its sign! Women Watch Out! read more
