Jan of 2024, Memorial Collision repaired front and rear bumper on 2015 Infinity QX 60, several weeks later the rear bumper was coming loose at the wheel well so I had them take a look. There fix was to clip and remove the portion that was loose, I noticed it immediatel, but decided not to say anythin. Several months later, the bumper, in the same area, was having the same issue, so I had them take a look. At this point, the shop decided to replace the bumpe, it took about 7 week. After the repairs and they returned the car, I noticed that the paint was not the same shade of white, but the shop claims that it's because the paint adheres to plastic and metal differentl, which I don't disput, but in this case it is very noticeabl. I'll attach photos so you can be the judge. Jeff read more

We had the unfortunate experience of having our 2022 RX 350 totaled while sitting at the light at the intersection in front of Stratford HS. My wife and daughter were in the car when a truck fishtailed and slammed into her vehicle . The only good new was that we were a block north of the Memorial Collision Center. The team assisted us by welcoming the tow truck, handling all of the paper work, all with a smile and a giving and caring attitude. Josh and the team that works with the owner, Ilias, are all "Greek Gods of Service"! Thanks to all for making a potentially terrible situation bearable. PS. Thanks for the Greek olive oil!! Memorial Collision Center - What a totaled Lexus looks like.. Thanks Memorial Collision Ctr. for helping out! - Body Shops Near Me - Houston, Texas

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Joshua was so nice and helpful when walking me through the process of my car. Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled and there was nothing that they can do on their end, but they explained the situation from start to finish and made this rather.. difficult situation.. much easier lol. Literally could not recommend a better place to go to. read more

Great body shop. On time delivery and you get a bottle of Greek red wine as a customer.

I had a minor fender bender and found these guys on google. They did not disappoint! Had my car ready in 2 days looking like new. Reasonably priced and friendly. They even gave me a bottle of Greek olive oil! Highly recommend read more

Stopped in to get an estimate and the staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They provided a fair estimate (based on the others I'd received from competitors). They delivered with excellence. The customer service is above and beyond. Repairs were done timely, high quality and at the estimate price. HIGHLY recommend memorial collision...I'd give them 20 stars if the rating went that high. read more

A friend of mine referred this place to me because they did great work on their vehicles before. I broke the passenger side view mirror and needed to get it replaced. They were so courteous, ordered my part with ease and it came in within 2 days. The repair was very fast (same day... I just waited for my car), and best of all the price was very reasonable. I would have paid more getting it fixed at Lexus. I would definitely come back again and/or refer my friends here. #HappyCustomer read more

I recently had my car vandalized by a sharp object and started looking up possible shops for my repair. I went to yelp and the reviews for memorial collision were amazing! I started by submitting an inquiry from the app with pictures. I was told that I could come in that day any time (except lunch time) for an estimate. I did and was greated by the owner and he gave me a quote very quickly about 10 minutes. That's when I realized I needed to go through my insurance and not pay out of pocket. Once that was done I called to ask when I could bring it in (by this time it was Friday). He says I could come any time on Tuesday, preferably morning. I went in between meetings for work. And his daughter was so kind she offered me a ride back home since I lived so close! They estimated about 3 days for repair. On Friday morning I called and they said I could come anytime after 4pm. When I went to pick up my car and pay, they gave me a Greek bottle of wine! Such a nice gesture! I highly recommend this shop, they're family run and even when I went to my insurance adjuster, he said he'd known of them and they do great work! I'm so happy that this was such an easy smooth process! They even gave me some left over paint for any other dings I may get in the future. They have a life time guarantee for the paint job, if the paint malfunctions! I will be going back if I ever have any other repairs needed for my car. read more

If I could give Memorial Collision 10 STARS I would! They offer customer service of the good old days, when businesses truly valued each and every customer! I've had 2 unfortunate events with my precious baby (2020 Hyundai Sonata - FULL Tech Package) and they have made each repair an extremely pleasurable experience. ... And Josh, just WOW! I would hire Josh at ANY company I'm with. He goes absolutely above and beyound in every interaction, and truly fights on behalf of the customer. I can't recommend this company enough!! read more

Everyone I came in contact with and worked with when having my car repaired was extremely nice and helpful. Their work was top notch and the estimate seemed more reasonable than some we received. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company. They made a not so great issue a very pleasant experience. I hope I don't have to use them again :) but if I ever need body work done again, they will be the first place I go and the first I recommend! The bottle of Greek wine as a "thank you" was a very nice gesture! Just goes to show you that their customer service is too notch! Great business, keep up the great work. The review you see here are probably done by family members or the employees themselves. They are liars and do horrible work. They told me the whole door was replaced which is a lie you can tell by seeing my pics. Also over spray on random areas and did not have the curtesy to clean it up black window seals and doors seals are all painted over looks like a job A teenager did to practice. Quality control and work quality are the worse I have ever seen. Do you a favor a go somewhere else the reviews here are a lie. I decided to come here due to reviews but that was a big mistake. read more

I was rear ended in my brand new car and after going through the usual bureaucracy it was time to drop off the car in a body shop of my choice. I'm new in the town and live in west Houston, the insurance company was suggesting me to go to shops 70 miles away from my zip code. I work near memorial collision center and always noticed that they're were a busy business, I searched for them on Yelp and to my surprise they had great reviews! Contacted the owner through the app, scheduled a drop off and from on that minute they fought on my behalf to get the car in the best possible condition. The insurance company wanted to repair unrepairable parts in their estimate, and memorial collision fought for my best interest and got it their way. If you are looking for a honest business and excellent skills to get your car repaired, this is the best place in West Houston and one of the best in town. They will work with you and for you and that's what I needed. Great service! read more

We are so grateful that we took a chance with Felipe and the Memorial Collision team ! They took good care of us when it came to repairing our window. They truly helped us save a lot of money. Insurances can sometimes be a bit discouraging with their ridiculous deductibles. Memorial collisions definitely alleviated some of the stress of having to pay hundreds of dollars on a repair. Luckily for us, Felipe reached out and offered us a better solution. We admire their professionalism, their integrity and their amazing work ethic. We were even amazed on how fast the repair took (the next day) . We will definitely send our second vehicle back for repairs soon! read more

Automobiles make the world go around for most of us. Without one, we'd be stranded and cut off from opportunities, work and pleasure. If you own one, you usually name it and establish an emotional connection with it. Cars tend to be a reflection of the personalities of their owners. So why is it that most services associated with automobiles usually have a veneer of shoddiness and even sliminess associated with them? Car salesmen, auto mechanics and body shops, for better or worse, are often found at the bottom of most people's trust scale. Finding an excellent body shop is usually based on word of mouth from friends and colleagues. That is how I was lead to do business with Ted Nikoletopoulos, the owner of Memorial Collision Center. Ted is well known in the community and has worked on friends' vehicles as well as being highly recommended by my auto mechanic for whom I have a lot of respect. ( See my review of Cornerstone Automotive: http://www.yelp.com/biz/cornerstone-automotive-houston-2 ) Earlier this year, my daughter's Mustang had an uncomfortable encounter with a concrete pillar in a cramped parking space under her apartment in Austin. The result was no more door handle on the right side and a very unsightly gouge in the door and the right rear panel. She managed to really trash one side of the car. As a "starting your junior year" present, I took her car to Ted's to fix the damage as well as a dent and scratches on the other side of the vehicle. Ted gave me an estimate I thought was very reasonable. He also said it would take a maximum of three days to do the repairs. I brought the car in on Monday, expecting it back on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the repairs took a bit more time and I didn't get the car back until mid-day on Thursday. I had called Ted and told him he was impacting some vacation plans and, to his credit, he really tried to accommodate me. When I saw the car, I was impressed. The work was impeccable and there was no visual evidence there had ever been any damage on the two panels and the door. I was very pleased (and so was my daughter). Ted has a small shop but he does around $500,000 to $1,000,000 worth of business a year according to the Manta website. He has been in business for over 15 years and I can now see why he makes a good living on this side of town. Bottom line: he does what he promises (with a small caveat for timeliness) and does a good job of it. The Better Business Bureau agrees with me. They've given Ted a grade of A-. He gave me a bottle of Greek red wine as I walked out the door. It was a nice touch and the full-bodied fruity flavor enhanced some "jacuzzi time" later that week in a Bed and Breakfast in the Texas hill country. I hate to say, "I'll be back," when it comes to body work, but if I have to have some done in the future, I'll head to Ted. read more

Memorial Collision Center - New windshield, bumper and passenger mirror! - Body Shops Near Me - Houston, Texas

Memorial Collision is a God sent. I originally found this biz on Yelp. I went to a biz that fixed the front of my car and that repair alone was recent. I was a return customer with Texas Electronics (TE) on Westheimer and I will NEVER go back. Because I found Memorial Collision (MC). I got quoted HIGH with TE. I was very unhappy, so I went with my gut and found MC. Long behold they actually saved me quite a bit of $$!! Plus a free loaner car. Ok wow no brainer! Let alone, they are far more professional, courteous, and warm compared to other place. They even provided me an itemized list of what my money is going towards. I mean I know it's biz they have make their money ok, but most woman or people get taken advantage of in car places. Anyhow, I came back when my car was ready and btw- my car was ready in a timely fashion!! Not 4 days like the other place. I came back and the owner I met is kind. He even gave me complimentary extra virgin olive oil all the way from Greece!! He asked me if I wanted wine to take home as a gift, but I don't drink. Not to mention, AMAZING homemade Greek dessert snacks is available for customers too. All in all guys, this place is a hidden gem in Houston!! Thank you so much for repairing my car and for your kindness. My rear of my car looks brand new I won't forget! read more

Insurance claim $846 for a deep scratch in back quarter panel.
