They had amazing and such quick service! Very trustworthy and cost effective . We'll be coming back!

Joe and the guys at AutoCheck on Park row were awesome! They were so helpful. I went to 4 other shops to find a tire and they were the only shop that would help me. read more

Auto Check Park Row was amazing! They had my daughter's car for only 2 days and their detailed diagnosis helped me figure out how to get my daughters car back Mobile and what other things I can do to bring it to tip top shape! I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service I received from my mechanic, Joe at LKJS Auto Check Recently, I needed a starter replacement, and after receiving several high estimates from other shops, I turned to Joe who not only provided outstanding service but also saved me a considerable amount of money. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, Joe demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The work was completed efficiently and effectively, with a clear explanation of what needed to be done and why. The honesty and transparency provided were truly refreshing, which can be rare in the auto repair industry. I am grateful for Joe's dedication to quality and commitment to providing excellent value for their customers. I whole heartedly recommend to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance--your car will be in trustworthy hands, and your wallet will thank you! Thank you, Joe for your outstanding service and expertise! read more

The mechanics are nice and polite but, customer service is terrible, from the guy at the desk, i wish I remembered his name, not to sound racist but he is white, and I think he's the owner or sub owner, but I am certain that he is an immature idiot and talks a lot, The mechanic named Lee, politely told me they do not accept customer parts which is fine but That other dude, straight assumed a lot of things, and insulted me because I excused my self as being on the phone with the IRS, he claimed I was lying about my phone call and I was trying to play victim just to get my car serviced, he went on further to insult me called me poor because I brought in my own part, from the dealership. Maybe it's a Houston thing not to accept customer parts but there are polite ways to do things. I would not recommend this place because of his bad attitude immature behavior and customer service. Thank you. read more

STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Joe the owner is very disrespectful/unprofessional..I need be called a Fat Bitch by a business owner..My car died at the gas station...I walked over and he seemed very helpful as we pushed the car over to his place ..First call I get ..Joe saying car doesn't have any RPMs with makes him think that the magnet fell off the cam senor into the motor.. Labor is $175 an it's gonna be 8 hours...I didn't agree to the work an told him I couldn't believe the car needed that much work..Next call ...It's was a fuse we got the car running..Til Finally in the end it was said I needed a coil pack .. Mechanic are respectful but not the owner (Joe) he's about the money an will lie to get it..Never due business where you would be disrespected read more

Clean shop, seemed to be quite busy here. I was surprised they were able to fix my car the same day as it wasnt exactly an easy job for a DIYer. They did offer a free loaner in case they were not able to. The repair work seems to be good, they definitely fixed the issue and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services or repairs. This earned them a 5 star from me. 3 year warranty on parts. They offered a ride after drop off but I took uber. From all I could tell, this place seems to be fair and does honest work. I did get quotes from other shops for the repair job which were lower, but I decided to come here based on the location and positive reviews. I can now include my own positive review. I've been taking my car here for about a year. They are certified & do charge a $69 diagnostic if needed & they don't drop the charge but they worked some stuff out by doing extras i wasnt even aware of until later so i am okay with that! Professional, friendly & have done a great job every time ive been. Follow up: State inspection. They are always professional here & do not half ass it. They charge diagnostic fee on occasion but I trust their diagnosis. Previously attempted to go across hwy 6 to carrpro for my inspection today to save time, where i was ignored, misdirected & when finally got the guy for inspection to come out. I was first in line & he addressed the guy BEHIND me as if being female causes invisibility. From now on I just go to Auto Check Park Row directly. read more

Raul, Jeff, Frank, and everyone here is just awesome! I'm so happy to have finally found this shop. I needed new tires, and my friend told me about Tire Rack. When you order online, you can choose from a list of service providers to have your tires shipped to or ship them home. I chose to ship them to a shop, and I chose Auto Check from the list. I just needed my tires replaced and an alignment done. I had no expectations, but I wound up highly satisfied with my visit. Not only was everyone courteous and personable, they also were not pushy. I bought 4 tires but ended up only needing 2. They were totally cool with it and even held on to my other 2 tires for me until I could pick them up. They found some other issues while working on my car, so they called me to let me know. My oil sticker was way overdue, and my front brakes are low. I actually had just changed my oil myself, and I also had bought parts already to replace my front brakes myself. I told them I didn't need those things done, and they simply said okay and did not try to convince me that there was a dire need for another service to be done. They're very transparent, just like all their windows. The best part is that they offer a complimentary shuttle service. If you work or live near the shop, they'll drop you off and pick you up. On the other hand, if you wait there, the building is big and clean with plenty of comfy looking chairs to sit and watch TV or watch the guys work. Amazing guys, amazing service, amazing shop. Highly recommend! read more

customer service, 5 stars! the wait for an oil change 4... I got a Groupon that morning and used it that morning! I was greeted by the owner Mac i think is his name which was cool. He took my info got my Groupon and they started the service... I even got 10% off which is always a good thing when your not expecting it :) read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year now. These guys have not once tried to sell me something I didn't need. The sitting area is fun and the guys here enjoy themselves. Horrible place, waited forever to get an alignment. They bugged me with questions about how I found out about the store. I said online and asked why they keep asking me these questions and the guy replied with, "We need to find out where to invest our advertisements" Don't believe these guys own reviews that they write online. The Owner, "Matthew" was rude after I confronted him of a scratch they left on my car. He said it wasn't fresh when it clearly was and wasn't there before. STAY AWAY FROM AUTO CHECK ONE!!!! There are plenty of other places around that do a fantastic job. This place was very unprofessional and my car still pulls to the left after an alignment. read more

I went to this place after my power steering went out randomly and I wanted to support a local business. They called me and quoted me $2700 for everything of course that wasn't going to work. Scheduled my Appointment for today first thing which is 7 am . I brought my car in cause my head lights kept going out on me then they would come back on . So I needed to get them checked out cause I can't be driving like that . Good way to get pulled over . I brought my car in and with the help of Jessica and Julio they figured it out my connectors are bad . They order the parts and they estimated two hours till arrive . I decided to wait and hang out at the shop due to my luck with my cars . But they offer either a loaner car here that you can take and bring back while your car is under going repairs or they have a person that can drop you off and pick you up as well. I just heard that if your car needs to be left here for a day or two they let you use the rental for however long . After the parts arrived they fixed me up and put my bumper back on with no issues . I'm extremely please and relieved that I found a good and honest mechanic. Not to overly priced like the rest of them . Will be returning . Thanks for the service. read more

Auto Check Park Row - The style of car I have they had to remove my bumper to see about the lights. - Auto Repair Near Me - Houston, Texas

Walked in looking to get an oil change. Ended up leaving with my pants around my ankles and lube running down my inner thigh. Cant say I didn't see it coming but the mechanic was telling me it he would take care of me. At the end of the day if you run a business like this you need to communicate to the customer and tell them exactly what they are paying for. Don't just "my friend, I take care of it". No sir, you are not my friend, nor will I ever stop in here again to have any part of your services. read more

Since I wrote my originsl review in 2012, practically everything this place fixed on my car had to be redone. Also they are grossly overpriced. For instance, they gave me an estimate to replace the rear brakes on my 2006 Honda Element. It was over 700. I took it elsewhere and got it done for 250. Also, the first thing they do is charge you 80 to put your car on the diagnostic machine. I really don't care for that practice even though it might be standard. I'm not sure. Previously they would waive that charge if you got your car repaired there after the diagnosis. Looking back at my receipts, I can see that I was charged a premium price for new certified Honda parts, but I receive remanufactured parts , ask stated on my receipt . I asked if they were Honda Certified parts at the time of the repair & I was told they were. But I was not told they were remanufactured. I have a warranty on a part they replaced and now I have to have it replaced again. I am taking it to another mechanic because I will end up paying less by buying the part again than taking it back to Autocheck and not having to pay for that part again. I have receipts to back up everything in this review. Check your options before you go here. 2012 review..... I brought my vehicle here 10 years ago and they really impressed me. I have recently moved back to the area and I am pleased to see it is still the same. The guys in the front are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They keep you informed at all times. I have never had a problem with any of the work performed here. The waiting area is the best of any type of automotive service facility I have been to. Its clean. There are interes ting books and comfortable sofas. Also, its very peaceful with no blaring daytime TV. This place is top notch! read more

Yelp said this place is great. Okay. I walk in at 8:30am on a Wednesday morning and there were no other customers there. I needed an inspection and I saw they do car wash as well so I asked for both. ETC was an hour and a half. They offered to take me home and pick me up when it was done. I said sure I can get some laundry done. I was dropped off my home at 845 and I live 5mins away. I called at 11 and asked about my car and they said they are just starting to vacuum and it will be another 20mins and they'll send someone to get me. I didn't get picked up until almost noon. It threw off my whole morning schedule. I took a day off from work to get stuff done. I woke up early and I got to this place early enough to get this crossed off my list before lunch. I was expecting it to be done by 11 at least. The people were very nice, Sergio was kind enough to drive me back and forth. Next time, I'm just going to wait it out on the couch in their waiting area. Probably a quicker service that way. read more

I came back because I needed work done to my car! They're super efficient and honest and have very fair prices. Sam brought out the cabin filter to actually show me it was dirty- most mechanics don't take the time. Everyone here has an awesome attitude and personality! They exceeded my expectations so when my moms car got into an accident I recommended she bring her car here. I'll recommend them to anyone! read more

I stopped here to get my car inspected because of all of the yelp reviews. They were all right, because I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The service was friendly and you could tell that they knew what they were doing. I will definitely be back for my inspection next year, and probably a few oil changes too! I also saved $10 for checking in with the yelp app. read more

I'm a female and I don't ever feel like they're talking mumbo jumbo or trying to sell me something I don't need. Great customer service. You can set up an appt online, they will call you if they can't fit you in. The first time Conley helped me, the second visit I spoke with Mo. Both great guys. They also offer shuttle service for those who need to get back to work etc. The yelp coupon is a great bonus! read more

I brought my car here to get a 2nd opinion after taking it to another shop and i'm so glad I did. Not only were they much cheaper than the first place I went to, I feel they fixed it the right way and not just trying to throw a bunch of parts in there to make extra money. And since he knew how much my first estimate was he could have easily screwed me and charged about the same and I would have never known the difference, but he didn't and that to me speaks volumes.. Also the work they did comes with a 3 year warranty whereas the first place I went only offers a 90 day warranty. Needless to say i'm a happy customer and will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Thanks AutoCheck read more

Granted we went there cpl of yrs ago when we were in Houston. I dropped by this place based on reviews from google (my review is on google and now It's on yelp as well). Went there for State's Safety Inspection Certification for our cars (both drop-in no prior appointments). Staff is really friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. I chose them based on reviews on Google and have not been disappointed....I remember they told us that the order of paperwork and best times to go to renew/get inspection certification done for our cars... I highly recommend this place.... read more

Spectacular shop! People generally have a sort of anxiety when taking their car to an auto repair place. They have to leave their car unattended and think something might happen to it, they think they might be ripped off because the thing the shop is "replacing" is not even broken or has not actually been replaced. I know that I have this same anxiety about auto repair shops. Do not even hesitate when considering Auto Check One. Auto Check One and its owner are the epitome of how a shop should do business. When things go wrong, they fix it and make it right. I cannot express to you enough how positive my experience is with this shop and could not reccomend it in any higher regard than I am right now. Yelp keeps on filtering my review, I guess because It does not think my review is legitimate, but I am an actual customer who lives in the katy area. I brought my rims here with tires to be put on the car, and after a slight misunderstanding, Mathew, the owner of this shop, went out of his way to earn my business in the future. People generally post reviews on here because they are incredibly dissatisfied, or very happy and I feel after my experience here that others should know that this is a trustworthy place to bring your car. Mathew even took me around the shop and showed me the state of the art equipment they have, such as their allignment machine, which never even touches the rim with a hard surface. You've been informed! read more

I have been to this service center a few times for engine light on, repairs , oil change etc. and they never fail to impress. The staff is courteous esp. I would go again. read more

Don't usually leave reviews but the customer service is terrible. Called to ask a question and was cut off before I could even finish and met with extremely rude energy and tone . I still bring our cars here almost every other month for something. And every time they're consistently great, not just with the work the do but more importantly their service. Yesterday, I brought my car in for an oil change and they let me know I would need front brake pads changed soon. I asked if there was any way they could do it the same day but within 3 hours because I'm hardly at my office anymore. They did. And not only that, they completely went above and beyond any of my expectations. (My expectations of them are already so high since they've consistently been amazing) I can't recommend them enough! Great service will always bring in loyal customers and I intent to stick with them for awhile! read more
