This is an excellent company! When I needed to have two bedrooms in my house soundproofed, lldar and his team took great patience and care to provide me with exactly what I needed. They were extremely responsive, polite and professional. Even when we had a little hiccup during the insulation process (didn't have quite enough to finish the job), lldar personally showed up to take care of the issue and ensure that the job was completely properly and successfully. I highly recommend this company! read more

I needed loose fill cellulose insulation for the wall and insulation for the floor. Umar came quickly to give me a quote. Among the 4 companies I asked to come, he was the most careful one, he drilled 3 holes to verify there's no existing insulation. Two other companies recommended crawl space vapor barrier but Umar said I don't really need it because he saw my crawl space was very dry (I've been down there below and did notice that). This is also the only company I found who can do spray foam under the floor. The other companies do fiberglass batts - from my internet research can get moist and cause mold issues down the road. Spray foam is more expensive, so I asked to do only one room to see if it is effective and Umar gladly accepted, he even offered to do the adjacent small bathroom for free. On the day of the insulation a crew of two arrived on time and completed both jobs quickly. Umar also arrived about an hour after they came and stayed for a while to give instructions and check the work, also talked to me about some my concerns. There are some diagonal beams inside my drywall (showed up in the infrared camera) separating the spaces between the vertical studs a lot, so they ended up having to drill about 5 vertical holes in each 2 ft bay to make sure all is filled up. I'm very satisfied with the job. read more

Insulation Alliance - Insulation Installation Near Me

They did a great job insulating exterior walls. Quick, clean, thorough. Highly recommend.

Umar and his guys did a wonderful job insulating the attic and walls of our 1950s house. They were very respectful of our home and took special care to cover all our belongings with plastic before starting work in each room. They were diligent in adhering to Covid precautions. Their professionalism and results were outstanding! We would definitely use them again in the future. read more

I hired Insulation Alliance in December of 2020 to clean and reinsulate my attic and add insulation to my outer walls. Communication was great. I dealt directly with the owners Umar and El who came out for a estimate and was able to give me a price right away. The work was done in two days. With my receipt I recieved pictures of the process such as gaps that were filled and old insulation that was removed. They cleaned up the best they could. Loose insulation gets everywhere so I wasn't that upset that some was missed at cleanup. I would recommend and if needed, definitely hire again. read more

I wanted to get insulation for attic of my house , and contacted multiple companies in my area. The best quote and professional attitude I got was from Attic Professional. El and Umar handled my project and were very open to communication from the get go. I told him that I wanted to get removed old insulation, rodent proofed and attic insulated. They provided me a budget, which seemed fair. Didn't create a complete mess of my house during the installation and even cleaned up everything when they were done with the insulation. And also they fixed exsauste fan as complimentary. Thanks guys. read more

The professional did a grate job getting rid of the rodents and dust.the crew were very prompt in their replies, setting up appointments being on time for the initial and follow up appointment. They come in time and informed on the progress along with pictures before and after completion. I'm strongly recommend this team for you attic cleaning!! read more

Umar and El rocks!! I met 15 people for quotes and I picked them because of their honesty and competitive pricing. My house was infested by rays and mouse. We can hear them scratching at nightime from the corners of several rooms. At first we thought it was racoons but after several quotes, pics and videos, we saw the rats and their droppings everywhere! Our biggest problem was the rodent proofing, but then we found out our fiberglass insulation was only one ir two inches instead of the standard 12 inch for comfort. Another problem was the attic opening was from my bedroom and they creatively suggest to create a door from the garage attic with latch and seal my private room entrance. There were many holes on the light gap so they help to put light caps and closed the big gap on my furnace area to save energy. They use foam and mesh wire. It took them 9 hours and what impressed me was that they don't take short cut in blowing the loose cellulose insulation into 12 inch. They told us they were coming back the next day to get more cellulose supply. I really appreciate their hardwork, professionalism, and honesty. El even helped me to fit my furnace filter which I really appreciate! The cellulose has limited lifetime warranty and 5 years warranty for the rodent proofing. We went up to the attic for inspection and was impressed at how clean and nice smell our attic is now! They really make sure we're happy and satisfied and to call them anytime if we have any problem. That's really standing behind your work and A++ customer service by Umar and El! I'm pleased to recommend Attoc Professional company by Umar and El! read more

Umar and El and the Insulation Alliance team did a great job on our attic insulation needs. I needed them to remove all the old insulation and replace with new for the whole house. They were flexible with my schedule and did a very clean and complete job. Would definitely use again (but hopefully we won't need to very soon)! read more

A flaky company (I guess). This was the most difficult company to schedule an appointment with for an attic insulation estimate. I offered a couple of days but they could only arrive "between 10 and 1" on a day that THEY specified. So I confirmed arrival time and at their request sent my address. I took the morning off and they "no-showed". No call, no email, no estimate. A pretty big project that will go to their competition (many of whom get 4.5 to 5 star ratings). I find this level of customer care right off the bat disrespectful and unreliable. A phone call is easy if they needed to reschedule. Makes me wonder how well they would address their work schedule and warranty service. read more

We hired Insulation Alliance to insulate our bedroom and dining area for heat and sound as houses built in our area of Daly City are lacking in insulation. El, Umar and his crew did a great job covering our floors and furniture, drilling holes in our existing drywall and ceiling, filling in the insulation, sealing the walls/celing and finally cleaning up. They promised that the work will be done in 1-2 days and promptly delivered. The end-result after their work is incredibly noticeable as both rooms retain heat much better (which will lower our gas bill), in addition to the great reduction of sound leaking from the outside. The difference is actually night and day! In the future, we are thinking of expanding to other rooms in our home and will definitely call Insulation Alliance again for the insulation job. read more

Umar and his crew did a phenomenal job yesterday !! They showed up on time, set up their equipment quickly and started to remove old insulation from my attic in a very clean and methodical way. They did a great job sealing and patching holes with foam and mesh wire to prevent rodents and other critters from entering the attic. They took zero short cuts and they even disinfected the area before blowing in new insulation. Umar made sure I was happy with the work they did and was open to answer any questions we had. One more thing that was impressive it how clean these guys worked. Removing insulation is a dirty job and not only did they make sure to not create a big mess during the installation, they cleaned up everything when they were done. The also did reconnect my furnace pipes and installe a new attic fan!! Thanks Umar and team, ... Great Job overall and we definitely would recommend these guys to come and take care of your project l!! read more

El and Umar and the Insulation Alliance team were fantastic! I have an old 1920s house that had insulation (or lack thereof) from 100 years ago. Ok, maybe it had been updated since then, but it was chewed by rodents, falling down and barely existed anymore, so we decided to call Insulation Alliance to give us a quote for replacing the attic and crawl space insulation. El and Umar responded immediately and gave us a quote that I know we wouldn't find anywhere else. They are a family-operated business and took time to inspect my attic/crawl space and talk with me when they came out for the free estimate. They're also super nice guys! :) On the day of installation, they arrived promptly on time and began working. They used plastic and drop cloths in our home (think Dexter plastic sheeting) and left everything completely clean for such a dirty job. They removed the old insulation, cleaned and rodent proofed/air sealed and installed the new blow-in insulation in the attic. We had an issue with a lack of supply for the batting insulation for the crawlspace, so we had to schedule completion of the job for a later date when the materials were available (nobody's fault but the pandemic). When supply was still low approaching the reschedule, El and Umar problem-solved with me to use a different product and they just completed the job yesterday with absolutely no problems. They also honored a discount they had given me for completing the job in one day (even though it required a second day). Amazing. I am so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of this company and highly recommend them. Thank you El and Umar!! read more

A great company with a state of the art approach to communicating with customers, and delivering as promised on their precise, comprehensive estimate. I recommend them highly. One thing I liked is that they photographed everything, from the Before shots to the Completion shots. And the price was very reasonable. read more

Five star service! Attic professional responded quickly to my home advisor request and came to the house to give a free estimate. They took the time to fix all the holes in the attic and worked really hard to clean up and put in the new insulation. Reasonable pricing and great honest service. Highly recommended! read more

I definitely can recommend the Attic Professional. They are really cool guys. Denis came to inspect the attic and give quote. I had couple questions . One out of them it was important for me are attic vs crawl space, which one would be the most beneficial? Denis explained me describing each detail that house is complex systems: Energy, moisture, heat transfer, people, structure, and mechanical systems all influence and affect each other. Mostly important of them it is heat transfer which is the movement of heat from indoors to outdoors in the cold weather, and from outdoors to indoors in the hot weather and so on. After completing job he showed what they had done, what kind products had been used. read more

El and Omar are reasonable, responsive and honest. It was a pleasure to work with them. They updated the insulation in my attic including removing the insulation which had lots hidden wood from the roofers and they had to spend extra hours unclogging the vacuum without charging me extra. They also installed soundproofing insulation in my basement ceiling, working with my electricians who were wiring at the same time. They had to do that job twice because I made a mistake with the wrong insulation and they had to correct my error! I really like their desire to match other bed that might've been lower and their five year warranty. I loved working with them and would hire them again. read more

After we move in the house we instantly know that insulation work is needed: a dirty attic with lots of rodent droppings and very thin blown in insulation. After getting quote from 4 different companies we decided to chose Attic Professional to do the work. They replied us in a timely manner and their quote is reasonable and honest. The crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and putting in new insulation in the heat. We climbed in the attic and checked their work afterwards, it looks great! I would highly recommend Attic Professional to my friends and neighbors. read more

I had quotes from several different companies but Attic Professional was the most reasonable priced. They replied to us in a timely manner and was able to schedule the work promptly. They cleaned, installed new insulation and sealed gaps where air can escape. I am looking forward to not having my house be an icebox this winter! I am so glad I went with this company. They are very professional and they do great work. I would definitely recommend! read more

I have had such a positive experience with Attic Professional. I'm a property manager and the hallway for a building I manage gets extremely hot. We decided to try out blown in insulation to see if that would help our heat problem. The team has been super easy to work with. They work quickly and efficiently. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finished. I could not even tell any work had taken place. read more

Thank you Attic Professional for the amazing job! Used them last month for helping my relatives from San Leandro, they had their attic in terrible condition, so we decided to hire pros for this project. I had blown-in cellulose type insulation removed from my entire attic. The owners sent Jose with a truck and heavy duty equipment to vacuum out all the insulation. Jose had proper protective equipment and spent 1/2+ of the day working front to back of the whole attic. I popped my head in afterwards and it looked very clean. The true tell-tale was when the demo work began and the ceiling was removed from the inside. Now, all of the inside of the attic was fully exposed. Every nook and cranny was clean. The price was reasonable, the quality of the job was excellent. read more

I want to give this team 7 stars! From the check up appointment to the end of the project, Umar has been very responsive, honest and share his professional advise with me. Lots of home project vendors say " you get whatever you pay" , basically you get substandard work with inexpensive quote. This doesn't apply these guys' work. I have been working various vendors so far and never place my review in any social network before but I decided to do this for anyone who is in desperate for attic noise, sleepless nights, and substandard work ethic from other professionals. You will be very happy to work with Attic Professional . Thank you so much for your dedicated work , I feel like I could sleep in Attic tonight after your cleaning and new insulation. read more

I chose Insulation Alliance because the owners, El and Umar, took my job seriously and they offered the full range of service that I needed -- removal of old blow-in attic insulation, cleaning and rodent proofing, verification (by the placement of baited traps for a week) that points of entry were sealed, installation of above-standard insulation, and installation of a wi-fi controlled attic fan! I spoke with 3 other attic insulation companies and no one offered such comprehensive service, although a couple charged less for a different type of insulation. Their workers were courteous and careful to keep the materials under control. I felt badly that I changed my mind about the location of the fan while they were setting up, but they were good sports about it. Note: I got the 3-yr warranty on the rodent proofing, which I believe meant that they were extra thorough about barrier placement. Not a bad idea if there are trees around your house! I would hire them again! read more

I called for a bid and Uri contacted me within a few hours. He came out the next day to give us a bid on insulation the ceil in our garage and a downstairs family room. When the left, the area was clean and the job was well done. I have already recommended this company to friends read more

These guys did a great job. They came in to remove all the insulation prior to my new HVAC installation. They clkep the floors clean putting tarps down the hall. To minimize the dust in the house, they put plastic sheeting up all the way down the hall to the attic access. I will be using them to again to install new insulation as well. Great job! read more

A couple of weeks ago, we used Insulation Alliance to remove all of our existing "blown-in" R-13 insulation and replace it with R-38 "batted" insulation. We also had a Quiet-Cool blue-tooth-controlled attic gable fan installed. We received four bids from four different companies. The lowest bid was from Insulation Alliance, but that was not the reason we picked them. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the bid from Eldar. He was quite detailed and knowledgeable, and a very likeable guy. The removal and installation was supervised by Umar. He and the crew did an outstanding job, and it was completed in only two days! Umar installed the blue-tooth-controlled attic fan, and he helped me set up the blue tooth connection, and he showed me how to use it on my cell phone. Every aspect of the job was done quickly and professionally. I highly and unreservedly recommend using Insulation Alliance. read more

They wore their mask and worked very hard to get the job done in a day, they clean up after which was great. Thank you

My house had animal waste, nests and different kind of insulation in the attic. The previous owner left a big mess when we moved in. It was horrible, bad smelly. Alex and his team made perfectly clean up job as well as insulated the attic. The price was fair and they showed me everything in the job processing time. They were prepared very well so that they completed job within one day. They also fixed attic fan which didn't work since I moved in. Thanks Attic Professional. read more

And our home is warmer! Umar and El came to my home to give an estimate for attic insulation - same as the other 2 companies I asked to quote - however they brought up a lot of items that they would do - look at an existing fan that had problems, wrapping the overhead lamps, and insulating the trapdoor to the attic. The other companies missed that. Their quote was the lowest, but not too low for me to question quality. So the day came for them to install the insulation. They worked hard, we heard them vacuuming all the old dirt from 50 years worth of existing insulation plus all the other dirt from our roofing job of 7 years ago. Then they installed all the batts. It was quite a lot. They finished the job around 7:30, and it looked good. Here's an even better part... The next day we noticed that 2 of our overhead light canisters were jiggled during the work, one no longer came on and the other dropped about half an inch. I called Umar and told him, he said he'd be back in 3 days. He came and fixed everything and even said he'd come the next day and bring a painter to repaint around the cannister in the bathroom. We had leftover paint and declined his offer, but it just shows how he went way above our expectations. I thoroughly recommend Attic Insulation. You will be happy and warmer. read more

What a great experience with attic professionals! I was dreading getting insulation in my attic. Honestly I was going to do it myself until my wife told me to leave it to the professionals! I'm glad I listened to her because it was a lot more work then it seemed. It was a crew of 3 guys . They were very nice and very informative. I appreciated that they let us know every step they were taking in order to provide a great service . There was some obstacles that they had to over come but they worked through it and I was very pleased . Before committing to attic professionals I got 4 other quotes and attic professionals were by far the best rate . It was very fair and clear-cut. No bs to try and get me to spend more money . I appreciated the honesty. I highly recommend attic professionals!! One of the cool things was that they were able to give me a quote via text message.
