I would also like to add that it was A very hot day yet, they took their time and did not try to rush or take any short cuts. They sealed off everything in the work area and did a very thorough clean up after the work was done. And, I'm not sure if it is always a part of their service, but they offered us a one-year warranty. Rats and mice did return --- probably due to a contractor leaving our crawlspace door open overnight with the lights on, several times (oops). It was already mid-afternoon when I called, so I was surprised to hear him say he could still come out same-day, but I decided to have him do that since I was free and also still a little shaky following what happened with the vent either smoking or steaming. Chris showed up during the window he quoted and wasted no time getting to work. He started the second he arrived and was done within the hour. His pricing was incredibly reasonable and fair and so far, in the couple of weeks since he was here, we've had no issues with the dryer. We wanted to replace our old insulation because of rat droppings and also improve the temperature difference between our first and second floors, since our upstairs would get much hotter during the summer. Sebastian performed the inspection and was our main point of contact throughout the project. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The estimate was very fair, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We ended up replacing all of our attic insulation, installing a radiant barrier, replacing some of the ductwork, and adding a moisture barrier in the crawl space. On the day of the installation, a large crew arrived right on time. They did an excellent job protecting our home and keeping everything clean while they worked, and they completed the entire project in a single day.
