I came to Infinity off a recommendation from a good friend. upon entering i was greeted nicely and was taken care of right away. I showed a picture of what i was looking to have done and the nice lady was excited to do what i wanted. I told her i wasnt to picky so if she had a better pattern in mind i was open to it. I showed a very geometric stamping picture. I didn not get anything like what i showed her but respected her efforts paid and left... The owners sister checked me out and could tell something was off but didnt press. ok whatever i just wasnt going to go back whatever,...... NO! The owners sister called me an hour or so later and asked me to come back because she could feel i didnt love my service HOLY COW!!!! have you ever had a business find you and make something right?! I am FLOORED by their outstanding service! I will be back for sure! They are very knowledgable on nail heath and the place was clean and had such a nice vibe! ALSO there was no yelling back and forth between employees which in my book is a major plus!!! Katie, your sister is fantastic! The entire staff is so friendly! Went there yesterday to get my nails taken care of. I usually go to shape of nails! Best nails in the area but it was last minute and I was in a rush. I got there at 5 ish and left around 8 pm. Three woman worked on me. The salon was NOT sanitized it cleans before or between clients. A man put foil on my nails in the beginning then 20 mins later employee there (usha) tried to file my nails she then clipped off two. Making all my nails different shapes! When I complained the manager came and gave me major attitude. I was surprised she didn't want to hear why I was upset instead she was upset that I was not happy with the work. Usha then came back to the table without a mask and asked if I was Pakistani as if that matters where I came from. When the next employee mind you she left her client and came to work on me WITHOUT even washing her hand. She painted my nails so many layers that it did not even last past the salon I couldn't leave with a bad polish so she redid them and then asked me to leave since she wanted to close. I said I won't be leaving if I paid OVER 30 dollars for this service so she re did my nails but when I got home they didn't even last an hour. read more

New place, walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure and I didn't realize it wasn't open to the public yet(soft opening). I was immediately impressed with how beautiful the place is, the owner greeted me and took me in even though they weren't open yet, she accommodated me by doing both pedicure and manicure at the same time. I think what I loved most is everything they use is all disposable and only for you, even the jets on the pedicure machine! Will definitely be back when they are open!!! read more

Beautiful new spa, lacks grit I've been twice for a mani/pedicure. First time was a last minute pedicure on opening week and while there were some bumps I chalked it up to being new, no one is expected to be perfect in the first week. Important considerations for me when it comes to a spa are: cleanliness, comfort, quality of service, selection of products. Cleanliness: 5 stars, it's all brand new and as of September 2019 each room is clean. The pedicure stations have plastic tubs which are changed out for each session and no dust bunnies in sight. The bathroom is large and clean, so if you need to change out of work clothes and into something more comfortable there is plenty of space. Comfort: 4 stars. The pedicure seats are comfortable and have massage features. I've found the water in the footpath goes cold quickly, which may be disconcerting come winter time. The manicure station chairs are oversized and you have to sit at the edge the whole time as they don't roll under the table. They are also too big for the walkway and squeezing behind other clients is not easy. I'm 5' 7" and size 12 and I barely fit. Additionally, the manicure tables are one single table so every bump is felt right down the table - every time. Quality of service: 2 stars. Everyone working here is wonderfully sweet and considerate, yet the quality of my mani/pedis has not been on par to other salons in the area. My gel manicure peeled within five days and my first pedicure chipped within a few days - I'm 40 and have been going for regular pedicures for over 20 years and have never had a pedicure chip before the two week mark. The second pedicure has outlasted the first one, however, my toenails are cut at an angle and look very odd. I opted for the luxury pedicure assuming it would be the most intense and while the selection of leg scrub and moisturizing products used exceeds other locations by far there was absolutely no exfoliation. No razor, no hard pumice, no grate - nothing. My feet still have every hard spot they started with, there was one 30 second scrub with a soft buffer that had zero effect. The most important part of a pedicure to me is the removal of dead skin I can't get too - $70 for mostly moisturizer and polish is not worth it for me. Selection of products: 2 stars. The pedicure products used are very nice, you are presented a scent menu to choose from which ensures you leave smelling of the fragrance of your choice. However, the point of the procedure is the polish. Nail polish wise the selection is quite slim, I could not find a neutral gel polish that wasn't pink based and the regular colors were very sparse - none of the go-to staples. Hopefully, over time they will improve the selection. I saw some clients bringing their own colors and if I go back this is what I will opt to do. As they did not have any gel colors suited to my color palette I went with a new OPI line of "in-between a gel and a regular" polish which is said to last 10 days. Two days later and half of it has chipped off, at least I can use nail polish remover to finish the job so I don't go to work with chipped nails. $30 for 1 day of nail polish color? No thanks. Pros: beautiful decor, clean, wonderful selection of pedicure products, friendly staff Cons: services are not on par with other salons, polish doesn't stay, shape of nails was not even read more

I had an awful experience here today and will never return. I came in at 2:50pm for a 3pm gel manicure appointment and waited at the front desk for about ten minutes before anyone came to check me in. The woman told me a ten minute wait until my 3pm appointment, which was totally fair. Ten more minutes go by and it's all of a sudden 3:15pm. I had other errands to run before they closed at 5pm and I had scheduled in 40 -50 minutes for this. No one checks in or says anything and it's pretty awkward to hang around in the closed off nail area trying to get someone's attention. At 3:25 someone comes out asking if I'm here for a pedicure and I told her no, I've been waiting 25 minutes for a 3pm manicure. She says oh just ten more minutes. No way. I basically sat for 40 minutes in silence ignored. What is the point of making an appointment if its not honored? So I just walked out in silence and no one even said anything or tried to apologize. it's a really pretty salon but only go there if you can spend a few hours there. i made an appointment for 1 and wasn't started until 1:45 and then finally left around 3:30. i started going there over the summer after it first opened and the service was good and my nails were beautiful, but i got SNS a week and a half ago and they started lifting after 8 days! they are uneven on the surface and the shape but are otherwise average. what most bothered me was they paid more attention to the people who were obviously regulars and ignored me for an hour. i had a friend come with me, and she was there for the whole time i was there and they never got to her. the customer service has really gone downhill and the price was insane for what i got. i wish i could have had a better experience and may go back eventually but it won't be for a while. i'm giving 3 stars because i know that they are capable of better and can be great if they get back to where they were a few months ago read more
