I'm not into getting my nails done, just because I never had good experience from nail salons. Minute I walked in place was very clean, organized and welcoming. Thought well at least atmosphere is great, but pretty sure it'll be same old like every other place...wrong! I loved it! Very professional, precise and great customer service. Asked my mom to go there and she had nothing but nice to say about this place too. Although we live far from it, it's definitely worth going back again and again. read more

And the lady doing my wife's nails took 3 hours and still messed them up, making them uneven in length and thickness. The lady in charge offered to have someone redo them but at the point that the one lady couldn't get it right, my wife decided it wasn't worth sitting there again. My wife wanted to just get a simple gel fill which is pretty standard and runs $40-$50 pretty much anywhere else. But here they said $65. And there was no menu shown which seems pretty shady. The lady in charge lowered it to $60 but even then that's still a lot for a simple gel fill and a solid color. The lady doing my wife's nails took 3 hours to do a simple gel fill and solid color. 3 hours. She's gotten full blown designs done in less time. And not only did it take that long, but her nails were uneven. Some were not cut straight, some were thicker than others, some were the wrong shape. The lady also told my wife she couldn't make two of the nails any thinner or they'd be too thin and could break, but some of the nails she did on the other hand were thinner than the two nails she said that about. She either was newer or had no idea what she was talking about. We definitely will NOT be back. It's expensive, the quality of the work was awful, and it took 3 hours for awful work. Whoever is in charge here should be ashamed of themselves.

I came with high hopes for this nail salon as my current Nail Tech was super booked up and she's only 5 minutes from my house. I paid the same amount that I would for my current Nail Tech who was busy then I would for a 50 minute drive Nail Tech who didn't give me what I wanted. I went for a gel pedicure and a very light massage not even 5 minutes and it was a $20 add-on for French pedicure. At my normal nail salon it's only a $10 up charge for French and she gives me the exact French that I ask for. Emily was super sweet but I like my French to be thick and it was hard for her to achieve. She painted it took it off repainted it took it off painted it took it off and at that that point I was already super disappointed that I paid extra for French that was not achievable. I'm very picky with my French and as you can see in the picture the French toes aren't even even. All in all I don't know if I will come back it's a very pretty nail salon cuz they have separate rooms for pedicure and separate room for manicures and all that jazz. It was just way too pricey with tip I paid about $120 for a very basic pedicure didn't come with anything extra. For the same price at a lot of places you get an orange sugar scrub a hot towel a 10 minute massage that's actually worthwhile. Heck!! Some even give you a paraffin wax to go along with it or a candle massage.
