I love absolutely everything about Infinity Nails! The shop, the staff, the services and the results! Since I started coming here in 2024, at one time or another, everyone in the shop has done my nails. And I have never had a bad experience or complaint. The entire staff is that good!! I can trust them to pick the nail color for me (I can be indecisive in that area) and I walk out happy every time. Just check out my Valentine's nails! Visit Infinity...you won't be disappointed!

I'm one to pamper myself when needed, include I hate taking care of my feet myself I enjoy some time out of the office to get them taken care of. They took care and weren't pushing to have other treatments or upgrades. Preferably I schedule an appointment over the phone, online can only accommodate yourself if you have +1 or more with you.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this place! It is a little hidden away next to Nandos and Coopers Hawk. This place is definitely not going to be my new go to salon but on days you really want to treat yourself to a place that is very clean (which is a super important in this coronavirus age), great customer service, quiet and peaceful... This is the place for you! Don't go here expecting to ball on a budget... My spa pedicure was awesome overall but I certainly expect nothing less for approximately $60 including tip . There was also not a large selection of colors but I even got a lower leg massage that was much more than I typically get in my spa pedicure. Upon entering They offered me a Diet Coke, water, and were otherwise very respectful and laid-back. During coronavirus they ask that you sign a release form and sanitize your hands and sign up on an iPad to receive points and payment. You can also pay through Venmo!! My best friend made our appointment and they actually took us to a private room with two chairs so we could chat freely and there was no major concern I had for cleanliness or social distancing. I do have to say that while the massage and the overall toenail cutting was awesome- I did wake up the next morning with my heels still rough...However I called and her office has such great customer service that I came back the next day and they took care of that without a fee.

I went in today wanting something for the winter holidays but not red or green. I picked blue but really didn't know what design I wanted. lol so I knew I needed help with ideas. Linh Vi is my nail tech and I told her just do something. I was NOT disappointed!! I love the designs she did with the blue. The blue by itself is poppin. Thanks Linh!! I will definitely see her again.

I booked a Spa Pedicure and Classic Manicure with Linh as a birthday treat to myself. I liked that I was able to book online. I rarely get my nails done and noone told me what to do when I got there, so I didn't know I should have selected a color before my pedicure started. I really enjoyed my pedicure, especially the remote controlled massage chair (though my back/neck hurt the next day so I think I used it too long). Linh did spend much of my manicure chatting with her coworker in her native language, which may bother some, but as an overstimulated mom I was just happy to not have to small talk:). My nails looked great and held up for a week with LOTS of dishes and they weren't even gel. Reminder to bring cash for tip! I'd definitely consider coming back in the future.

I looooove infinity! Katie does the best liquid gel nails ever and always makes sure my set comes out more beautiful than the picture I show her for inspiration. Usha gives the best massages ever! The massage with body scrub is phenomenal and the most relaxing experience. If you're looking for a full service spa, Infinity is definitely the place to go!

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Almost cut me and the nail polish looks like a 2 year old did it. Gel polish is uneven, think and looks horrible. She cut my nails way too short and they are not even. I didn't complain when I was there, because I couldn't wait to leave. When booking my appointment, I specifically told them that I get pedicures all the time and I'm looking for a new person and I need somebody that knows what they're doing and are experienced etc. Awful and not relaxing experience. Will never go back.

My nails always turn out fantastic and last beyond any other salon hence why I keep coming back. The staff is always having fun and ensure that their patrons are as well. They are so very accommodating and just do a great job. I also appreciate how clean the facilities are. The massage chairs are also AMAZING!!! Normally I avoid the massage chair because I feel they hurt more than relax but there really is something magical about their chairs. Anytime my girlfriends come for a visit I ensure I book us a mani pedi to kick off the fun. read more

This salon is a great addition to Reston. I have only had nail services (though they are marketed as a day spa and do offer massage, facials and hair). The managers and other seasoned staff are attentive and great. The polish selection is good. The prices are higher than many in the area but because of the service I will continue to return. read more

Fabulous salon! I was in town for a wedding and looked up nail salons on yelp - I'm so glad to have found this place. Staff is incredibly talented and professional and the space is beautiful and clean. I was offered cucumber water, which was such a lovely touch. I already walked in with my own coffee, but that was an option as well. Katie did my manicure. I highly recommend! read more

Amy was pedi lady and she did amazing handled with care and was very nice. Great communication skills. No offense sometimes there are hard language barriers. Presentation is very nice and clam and decoration is beautiful and it's clean. Definitely a happy customer. The price is on the higher side of nails but my basic pedi was only 2 dollars more than the one by my house and when you walk in the 2 extra dollars definitely worth it. read more

I Just recently built up the nerve to go get a facial finally after 2 years of Covid restrictions. I am so nervous being around a lot of people. I decided I had to venture out of my comfort level and treat myself to a deep cleaning of my face. My technician Usha was amazing my skin felt rejuvenated and amazing. This place is very nice on the inside. I walked in on a Monday at around 3; of course if it was a Saturday at noon I would make an appointment, but i thought it being a Monday and during work hours was fine. They weren't rude about it, but I just got a feeling that my being there was a burden-- even though there weren't really that many people, like it would be on a weekend. For a relaxing spa, they didn't really go out if their way to make you feel welcomed. I got the spa pedicure which was good and French color which was rushed by another tech, but it didn't look bad. My experience wasn't bad, but I just didn't really feel like I was welcomed there and felt a tad like I was burdening them. I didn't have a bad experience, but I'll probably search for another place with better customer service if I'm going to pay the same price the next time I get my nails done. read more

From the moment I walked in, I felt valued by each staff member with acknowledgments and smiles. This place is beautiful; super clean, modern, and simply elegant. I was offered a wide assortment of complimentary beverages, including the bubbly variety. And you must ask for Ian...he is a kind, highly skilled gentleman who is meticulously detailed and literally provided the best spa pedi and classic mani I've ever had. Although pricier than I'm used to, this whole experience was worth EVERY penny! I am here on vacation and so had no idea where to go, and decided to come here because of the great reviews, and it did NOT disappoint! I used to go to another nail salon in Herndon until a coworker of mine recommended this place. Everyone is very kind and attentive. The check in process is much more welcoming than being screamed at by a tech asking what I want/need. Payment options like Venmo are encouraged which is much better than having to dig through your purse for a card or cash. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know! read more

Amazing service. I went in with old acrylics that were falling off and they recommended that I switch to SNS dipping powder with tips. While taking off my old nails, she discovered that I had the beginning of a nail fungus from my previous nail place... GROSS! I'm so glad she said I should take them off. She helped clean it up and put on the new nails that will let my nails breathe. She also recommended and different nail shape to suit my hands better... I love them! I also had my eyebrows cleaned up while I was there... they look and feel so much better. I will absolutely be back! read more

The best experience I've ever had. Luxury and quality. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back every chance I get and recommend everyone to try it out. Seriously, you can't beat the ambiance, awesome customer care, quality of services and cleanliness. They didn't try to up-sell me, of course they offered their other services, but without pressure. They listen and do exactly what you need. Infinity is definitely the best place for all your spa needs!!! I'm so happy I walked in! Even though they are high quality and high-end, they didn't turn me away for not having an appointment. Wait time was a few short minutes and I was well taken care of. Don't waste your time going here. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, but inexperienced. And I was charged $20 for a polish change?! That's insane - even for Reston. And to make matters worse, she filed my nails so hard she made my finger bleed. Never again! read more

DO NOT GO THERE! LAUGHING ABOUT SLAVERY! I went there for a refill (second time going here) because my gel mani chipped within a few days so I went to get another gel mani/pedi. The nail tech cut my toe nails so short they were hurting and throbbing after telling her it was too short she kept telling me she'd "file" them to fix it... I kept saying that its so short and to please not file and she didn't seem to understand. The most shocking piece is that the owner was talking to another customer and laughing about SLAVERY! The customer made a remark that she is a recruiter and will recruit some slaves to come work for her and they kept laughing out loud at the slavery jokes. I felt so uncomfortable that I asked the nail tech to not fix my nails (she had messed up the polish) and I was going to get waxed right away. The wax lady was super nice however, she did not wax everything (I asked for a Brazilian) and the grossest part is she used some old tweezer she found in her drawer to tweeze the one's I pointed out weren't waxed off. I am horrified at how this salon runs. Who jokes about slavery? STAY AWAY! read more

Inside of the salon is really nice; very clean and up to date. Unfortunately, that's about the only positives I can list. The tech who did both my manicure and pedicure was SUPER rough with me, nicked my skin multiple times and just tried pulling skin off vs clipping it. I wouldn't have minded as much since I know accidents can happen but she barely uttered an apology for the injuries. Felt really rushed at the end of my services, personally I believe if I have a set appointment I should be focused on until done. Hopefully they can make some improvements as the salon is in a great location! read more

This place opened on May 4th and is, understandably, still getting into a good rhythm. Yet I was disappointed that I called ahead to see if an appointment was needed, told no, and showed up and told it would be a thirty minute wait. Since I couldn't wait, I made an appointment for later in the day, showed up, waited 15 minutes before sitting to soak my feet for nearly 40 minutes waiting while the pedicurists worked on a family of three that walked in just moments before my scheduled appointment time. Overall the atmosphere and services were above average, but I doubt I'll return any time soon. read more

Came in for a pedicure. I was told it was a 30 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes. Then they moved me to a chair. Then I had to wait another 35 minutes just sitting in the chair with the water turning cold. Would have appreciated if they were honest about the wait time. Sat there for over 1 hour still waiting for services. When I asked how much longer, I received attitude that others were here first. Don't waste customer's time with phony wait estimate. Otherwise, the pedicure service itself was nice. read more

And the lady doing my wife's nails took 3 hours and still messed them up, making them uneven in length and thickness. The lady in charge offered to have someone redo them but at the point that the one lady couldn't get it right, my wife decided it wasn't worth sitting there again. My wife wanted to just get a simple gel fill which is pretty standard and runs $40-$50 pretty much anywhere else. But here they said $65. And there was no menu shown which seems pretty shady. The lady in charge lowered it to $60 but even then that's still a lot for a simple gel fill and a solid color. The lady doing my wife's nails took 3 hours to do a simple gel fill and solid color. 3 hours. She's gotten full blown designs done in less time. And not only did it take that long, but her nails were uneven. Some were not cut straight, some were thicker than others, some were the wrong shape. The lady also told my wife she couldn't make two of the nails any thinner or they'd be too thin and could break, but some of the nails she did on the other hand were thinner than the two nails she said that about. She either was newer or had no idea what she was talking about. We definitely will NOT be back. It's expensive, the quality of the work was awful, and it took 3 hours for awful work. Whoever is in charge here should be ashamed of themselves.

I didn't go out of my way trying to find one that specializes in Russian manicures, but it just so happened that Diva Beauty Lounge was the one that I found. The scheduling process was super easy, I believe I just called them and afterwards had to text my information to them. Maybe a second later I got a text confirming the appointment, with a link to their Square website. I especially appreciated this aspect because I was able to see the location on my Maps app. On the day of my appointment, I noted the salon is close to Main Street/Old Town Fairfax but it's in its own area with ample parking. I accidentally went to the wrong building, but Vera was super nice and came outside to get me. When I walked into the salon, I noted how clean and neat it looked inside. It doesn't have a million pedicure chairs, but this is because they specialize in dry pedis, which require special chairs (look up dry pedis online, they're life changing). It wasn't super loud in there either, which added to the peaceful vibes of the place. I was offered a beverage once I got to Vera's work station and she brought me water. So right off the bat, customer service gets a 10/10. Next, I showed Vera what I wanted. She confirmed the shape, the color, and wanted to know if I was okay with my color being more sheer (I picked a pink that actually comes out more see through). This was perfectly fine by me, because I wanted more of a natural nail moment. Once Vera confirmed all that I wanted she got to WORK. When I tell you no kind of manicure compares to a proper Russian manicure, I mean it. They devote so much time to cleaning and cutting your cuticles (dead skin only, no live skin), making sure the polish isn't lumpy, and maintaining the shape, that it's literally giving a LUXURY experience. Despite having to take the time to perfect all of these little things, my mani really didn't take all that long and by the end of it, I was in love. Other than how perfect my mani was at the end, I especially loved that I hadn't been nicked or cut at all by the nail scissors. I have actually been to some places that say they specialize in "Russian manicure" and left completely cut up everywhere (an infection waiting to happen), but at Diva Beauty Lounge, Vera really took her time and ensured everything was done properly, safely, and hygienically. The one thing I will say about getting this kind of mani (or pedi if you so choose), is that it will definitely cost more than your typical manicure/pedicure. The reason being that it's a much more specialized technique and your nails just look that much better due to them taking their time and perfecting everything. If you're not the kind of person that can come often, I highly suggest getting a nude color (what I did) so that you don't have to come in sooner when it starts growing out. Otherwise, this is a great kind of mani to get if you're getting engaged, have a party, some kind of special event, etc. It's well worth the extra coin. And if you can come regularly, I say do it! This kind of manicure also keeps your cuticles perfected and helps your nails to grow out nicely. Overall, have got to give my girl Vera a 10/10, this was an A+ experience. I was super pleased with my visit and my nails, and can't wait to come back again!

I had an amazing appointment work GiGi! She was kind and gave me some great advice on the direction I want to go with my nails. The location is very clean inside and there is plenty of parking. I've been getting pedicures for decades and the bottom of my feet are always treated (remove dry skin) either a pedicure and no salon has ever asked me if I wanted the bottom of my feet's dry skin removed because it's always included. Vanessa said, "what did I expect for $22?" I said I expected what the advertisement said, "a regular pedicure." She's a scam artist.

Asked if I wanted sparkly red nail polish and I said no just need something clear for now. There was no push or anything else. She did a great job removing my old gel Polish and gave me a manicure. I asked for my nails to be cut down. She checked how short I wanted before she cut it. After she was done, she said wait 5-10 minutes. I waiting for 5 and they were dry. I'm happy with my experience.

Too expensive for terrible quality! My girlfriend got her nails done here and it came out to $80 plus tip. They messed up her nails so bad she was almost crying on the way back home. First, they gave her the wrong color. She wanted dark red and they put clear red. She asked the lady before she started if she was sure she had the right color because the powder seemed clear but the technician insisted it was correct. Second, they skipped the basic manicure steps. No cleaning, no prep-just applied the product and called it done. They left excess product underneath the nail plates and all around the nail folds. She could have done a better job herself at home with a $20 dollar kit from Amazon. Imagine paying close to $100 dollars to have this kind of work done. Terrible for the price in my opinion. Infinity Nails is awesome! I booked a girls spa day for my birthday in May when they first opened. Claudia, another reviewer, was part of my party. I agree that the male manager was not great on customer service but he was here bc of the opening and hasn't been back. The part owner is Katie and she is awesome and her sister Liyah is incredible with customer service and meeting every need you have is their priority! I have been back several times and have been nothing but happy about my results for both mani-pedis. They clarify regarding needs, they make sure you are happy with services and go the extra mile. Usha did my pedicure and is sweet and a perfectionist and such a great massager! I die for Infinity Nail & Spa bc of the customer service and the end result. The part owner is no longer working the front desk and Liyah and Katie are running the business now. They are truly amazing. I highly recommend them (sisters with experience and great personalities). this is an anonymous comment. i was in the salon on saturday , and the worker there was spouting off about leaving the country if 'things go bad here' and moving to Germany, and then completely denigrating and making racist comments about "she wasn't a dumb blonde". Then she was completely RUDE to other customers as she sauntered around the salon still talking about how her stupid husband made $180K a year (which no one cares about). that lady needs to be reprimanded. again she is the worker that has the daughter that works there and she had a serious case of diarrhea of the mouth. i will never return to this place. read more

So tired of having the dip manicure pop off -- the most I got from a dip manicure was 2 to 3 weeks (and they say 2 is all I should expect) and every time at least one popped off and I had to glue it back on myself.
