Also got a gel French tip manicure.

I have been to Worldgate nails several times, but never had a chance to review. Today is kind of special; I arranged a family pedicure day for my sister and I along with our parents. We did a Spa pedicures; it includes foot massage, deep cleaning and choice of lavender, citrus, and green tea scrub+moisturizer. My mom had Sally, Dad had Ratha, little sister had Cici, and I worked with Kim. All of them did a great job and I can't recommend this place enough. The whole time we we're laughing and enjoying ourselves.

They look great from a distance.

3.5 Overpriced. I got a gel mani. 3 of my natural nails needed to be repaired, and she said she cld only do it by applying acrylic. They do not look that good. They are bumpy, thick, and crooked. This part took about an hour. I got white swirl designs on all 10 nails. The design took her literally under 2 mins & she charged me $15 for that. I wasn't blown away, but I am happy with the way the other 7 fingers look, lol. I just don't think they look like a $70 gel manicure. The lady doing my nails was very, very. nice, but she wasn't the one who did my design.

Worldgate Nails is wonderful. Kim was my go-to for nearly 6 months on a regular basis before I recently moved back to Maryland. Fantastic with designs! Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of any I had Hugh. She is so sweet. and I will miss her! Cici is also great if Kim is unavailable. Great prices for what you get! They take COVID precautions seriously as well. When you walk in you must go wash hands immediately, answer a questionnaire, and have your temp taken.

Spa pedicure. You can see the polish is a little bit messy. Not the best but not bad for a quick job before a work trip.

Have gone to this salon multiple times, as it is a less than 5 minute drive from my house. I've gotten dip manicures, gel manicures and pedicures there. Jenny and Sally are my favorites for manicures. My finger nails look great every time. My toes, eh it depends...They're good maybe 60-70% of the time but sometimes they can be a little sloppy with the polish. They always do a good job with cleaning and callus removal though.

Gel manicure, not good looking.

If you absolutely need to get your nails done and its convenient because you're in the neighborhood then it's ok, but expect high mystery prices and ride service and not having any modern or new colors available. Very rude service. I won't be back. I wanted a lighter pink and natural french gel manicure, after being told it's my own fault for not knowing what I want, I for a gross fake looking french gel manicure.

i've been coming for 10 years now. wouldn't go anywhere else!! Sally, Michelle, Kim, and CiCi do an amazing job everytime. friendly faces who know how to take care of you.

Amazing experience! First time here !!! I wanted professional, clean and aesthetically pleasing nails. The nails tech understood exactly what I wanted and made suggestions. My nails are exactly what I wanted and more.it's hard to get great service these days. Thank you for a great experience.

I've been coming here on and off for years because it's not near me but it's one of the few salons I've found where all the techs are competent, so you can walk in and not worry about who is available. Of course there is always one who is a rock star. Here it was Jenny but she left! It's not the luxury type of place you come to relax and be pampered. It's clean, reasonably priced and do good nails. Management is customer focused and techs are business-y. That suits me fine. Anyone know where Jenny went?

Zero stars. Nail tech stabbed my toe, did not apologize, and it is still hurting after a day. She was distracted during the entire pedi session while she kept her eyes on her previous client for her tip. She ONLY cut my toe nails, did not cut around the nail cuticles, or gave a proper basic pedi session. Very disappointed and was expecting an apology but left after she cleaned the tub without saying anything. Update: I cannot walk on my foot today because it may be infected. Manager did call and apologize. I appreciate it.

Friendly staff members, with basic design skills and well trained wax technicians. It's always an easy transaction to schedule an appt and upon arrival I'm always seen at my appointment time.

Mediocre quality. Uneven tips.

Mediocre quality. I paid $50+ to pamper myself which doesn't happen often and left not feeling very good about having wasted money. French tips came out uneven and I asked for thinner lines but she said that's not what I should get and proceeded to give me thicker lines. This is also the same lady that stabbed my friend's big toe and had thick blood running over her toe while giving her a pedicure, and instead of apologizing said she'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend getting detailed worked done such as manicures/pedicures from someone who needs reading glasses. Am I being too picky here? Maybe, but if you're spending money on a luxury you should get quality that leaves you feeling good about yourself. Update: manager called and apologized for how my nails turned out and also for the incident with my friends toe. That was really nice of him and the apology and offer to fix our nails was much appreciated.

It was amazing really relaxing , i did pedicure spa and manicure . I totally recommend this Spa

Took forever and the quality of my manicure is not great. Also I noticed a lot of their regular nail polishes are gloopy and not fresh which is probably why the manicure is subpar. My nail tech was friendly at least.

Disappointing Experience with Management Despite Loyal Patronage…read more As a licensed esthetician with over seven years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, I have always valued professionalism, collaboration, and mutual respect between practitioners. I had been a regular client at Elite Nails since the most recent change in ownership, consistently receiving excellent service from Heidi, whose work is truly exceptional. I supported the business consistently and even referred my partner for services. Unfortunately, my experience came to an abrupt end when I received a call from the owner, Bob, accusing me of soliciting clients and informing me I was no longer welcome at the salon. The accusation was both unfounded and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. For context: I am in the process of opening my own skincare and lash studio, located over 11 miles away in a different market. During casual conversation with a technician (not a client), I was asked about my business, congratulated, and even invited to leave a card. At no time did I engage with other clients or promote my business inappropriately. The situation could have -- and should have -- been handled differently. No one reached out to clarify or confirm details. No questions were asked. The decision to remove a long-standing, paying client was based purely on assumption, not evidence or dialogue. If a business leader is confident in their services and team, there should be no concern over a respectful client sharing her professional journey when asked. This incident reflects more on the insecurity of the leadership than anything I did or said. It's unfortunate, especially because I hold great respect for service providers working hard in this industry. While I won't be returning, I sincerely hope the team at Elite is treated with more understanding and fairness than I was. A business's reputation is built not just on the quality of its work, but on the integrity of how it treats people -- both clients and staff.

I usually tip $40 but left with worse nails than when I came in. Go somewhere else, several nail places on Centerville Road.
