The lady in charge offered to have someone redo them but at the point that the one lady couldn't get it right, my wife decided it wasn't worth sitting there again. My wife wanted to just get a simple gel fill which is pretty standard and runs $40-$50 pretty much anywhere else. But here they said $65. And there was no menu shown which seems pretty shady. The lady in charge lowered it to $60 but even then that's still a lot for a simple gel fill and a solid color. The lady doing my wife's nails took 3 hours to do a simple gel fill and solid color. 3 hours. She's gotten full blown designs done in less time. And not only did it take that long, but her nails were uneven. Some were not cut straight, some were thicker than others, some were the wrong shape. The lady also told my wife she couldn't make two of the nails any thinner or they'd be too thin and could break, but some of the nails she did on the other hand were thinner than the two nails she said that about. She either was newer or had no idea what she was talking about. We definitely will NOT be back. It's expensive, the quality of the work was awful, and it took 3 hours for awful work. At one point, I had to ask if she was using sterilized tools because she kept going into a bin full of obviously used nail files, clips, etc. She showed me the package that normally holds the tool but it wasn't opened in front of me so I'm not convinced it was clean. As for the deep callus, it was the cheese grater which is illegal and causes more harm than good. I wasn't even offered a drink which I think at this point is standard and just good customer service.
