AMAZING customer service!! I had gotten a bad full set gel French tip from another salon 20 minutes before coming here to have them fixed. They completely fixed the shape, thickness, and quality of the French tip (they were straight across before, now they had a swoop to them). Kyle was the associate to assist me in the fixture. He was kind, efficient, and talented. I appreciated all the staff making me feel comfortable and leave more confidently than I arrived. He has an Instagram for all of his nail designs! GO FOLLOW HIM! I just moved to Vista and I needed to find a new nail salon. The first two salons I went to were not up to my standards. I am very picky about my nails. I like the pink and white and not everyone can pull it off. I went to give Infinity Nails a shot, I met Julie and she told me she can do "Pink and White" I gave her a shot and I want to say she is the BOMB!!! I found my girl I was very sad when they were shut down do to our governor shutting the salons down. I am a happy girl now that they reopened. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was very disappointed with my visit to this salon. I was there with my daughter and granddaughter. The guy who did my pedicure seemed very inexperienced but he was very kind. Kristine, who was doing my daughter's pedicure looked at mine and fixed the polish by putting a couple more coats on which I appreciated. My daughter wasn't thrilled with her polish that didn't even cover the nail completely. There was a very unfriendly young guy at the front when we arrived. He did my 6-year-old granddaughter's polish on her toes. He acted as if he was put out having to work. Never smiled once. My granddaughter picked up on his vibe and decided not to get her fingernails done. Kristine came to the rescue and she did them. Meanwhile, the young guy decided this was a good time to clean the fish tank with customers in the store. All the while there was a Vietnamese show on the TV. Any other salon I've been to has English-speaking shows on to entertain the customers NOT the staff. Overall, this salon is managed very poorly which is too bad because the location in Vista Village is great. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because I called a couple days later and complained to Ann, the manager. Had a great experience with Winnie. I got a pedicure. She made my natural toe nails look amazing that if it wasn't for an event I would have just put clear polish on them. She also had a great alternative nail polish color since the one I picked was too light for my toe tone. (In my opinion). I also receive a fill. My nails looked amazing. The shape was perfect and I had no complaints. I will definitely be coming back. Over all the salon is clean and nicely set up. The prices are similar to other salons. read more

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. ZERO customer service, ZERO support from owner/manager, NO apology. My mom just WALKED OUT of this place because of her terrible experience. They hurt her multiple times, and even when she expressed to be more gentle, they continued to hurt her until she couldn't take it anymore and got up and LEFT in the middle of her service (which she never does). She called back to speak to the owner/manager to explain what happened and he offered only excuses and NO APOLOGY. She even left the money for the service before she left but not even that got any acknowledgment and thanks. He kept telling her, "You should have told me, you should have told me." Man, nobody wants to continue a service after the person working on them has been reprimanded by their boss. It should have been enough that she asked them personally and they should have listened when the customer is unhappy. What a waste for such a prime location... read more

not impressed with this facility, they have no customer service skills. They don't speak English too you, they (employees) talk to each other in their foreign language, which I consider rude to the customers. ( without malice, my mothers from Asia, she speaks English to everyone). Now down to the work ethics, I will contact the health board in regards to this: They don't clean manicure tools, nothing in alcohol, no clean packaging or sterile containers for tools that they use. Their individual work station is not clean either. Dirty rolling carts with products in them as well. I will contact Attorney generals office, as I don't believe all the employees have a cosmetology license. The woman who did my gel nails, nicked my cuticle, didn't apologize, I was bleeding for at least 3-5 minutes, minimum. Didn't appropriately give me first aid, no alcohol wipes or band aid. with that being said, Of course I never went back. If you value your health, please inspect each workers, work station and check their individual license. Make sure they have clean and sterile tools. Remember your hiring them to provide a service, not the other way around. They are not doing you a favor. and always use a credit card to dispute the service you've received. read more

My toes turned out fantastic with Julie, but the girl who did my fingers did awful. I've been getting French tips for a long time and new have I seen such rushed, ugly lines. Didn't take the time to straighten them or anything. The white is lumpy and some parts you can see through from bubbles. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I've given this place many opportunities to fix their mistakes. I went in for deluxe pedicure with gel and never received the massage. Me being pregnant, I was looking forward to the massage. I have social anxiety and didn't want to say anything on the spot. I called after to let them know and they said to come in another day for massage. I came in, and the man doing the massage was young and didn't even massage. He just rubbed lotion on my legs over and over again. Nothing close to a massage and didn't even touch my feet. So disappointed in this business and won't be returning. Go down the street another nail studio. Save your time and money.. not to mention during the pedicure my nails were cut crooked and the overall longevity has been terrible. This was my second time there in a years time. My nail staff was not going to be available for another four days at my usual salon and it was high time to get them done. I remember the lady doing my nails was the same one who'd last time I was there walked through the salon kind of secretly videotaping the customers. This time, without any notice she turned on her phone and started videotaping us as she was doing my nails. I told her that she needs my permission to do so and to turn it off, only to find at the end that she secretly started the video again, pretending to video chat with someone. Her work was not as I am used to and expect. My nails were done today and already look grown out. They are uneven and I'm used to have the gel color or polish over the whole nail. She did not spend much time smoothing and left them thick, unnatural looking. My nail staff makes mine thin with lots of filing. read more

I am never one to leave reviews but this place is very unprofessional. I've been here twice before and they did an okay job. Yesterday I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure and left with destroyed cuticles and mediocre nails. The woman spent about 30 minutes just cutting my cuticles until multiple were bleeding. Then proceeded to tell me it was because I had "hang nails".. I was bleeding where hang nails cant even exist and I don't have hang nails to begin with. The woman also got up several times to answer phone calls/FaceTimes and talk extremely loud the entire time to people across the room. I don't mind nail salons that aren't as relaxing as long as they do a good job but this one provided neither. read more

Julie does a great job. But the atmosphere needs work. A salon should have a relaxing spa vibe. But here they only have Asian television shows on. So the tv seems to be for the employees rather than the customers. The employees sometimes watch videos on their phones with speaker on instead of using ear buds. It's very annoying.
