I made an appointment with Susan who is a sweetheart! She did a great job with everything. I don't like really like anyone messing with my cuticles and she was gentle and shaped my nails well. She also tried to keep the length and was very receptive with what I wanted. Overall, a mani-pedi is only $25 here and I definitely will be back. read more

Awful customer service, rushes your nails, gel comes off within a week. The older lady that did my nails today didn't clean up my cuticle properly, never let the gel light finish ones and tried to put alcohol on them when they were still tacky. She then pulled the gel light right from under my hand and said "you're done." I will never go anyplace else for my nails in Chatsworth. I used to go to another salon very near-by for many years faithfully, until the owner decided to rip me off, sooooo, they lost me forever. But I'm glad, because Infinity Nails is by far a nicer and better place. TT is my girl. Shes terrific!!!! read more

I just left this place & they did a terrible job!!!!!! When I first arrived I said I would like a Gel x & they assumed I said Gel x manicure. So when the manicurist started with my nails I didn't mind the clean up but once I told them I actually liked the Gel x nail they switched me to a new manicurist who came off so fucking rude & just seemed super annoyed that I had them do a semi manicure like bitch I'm paying for the work you set out to do so if you don't like it then maybe you shouldn't be doing what your doing. Then I proceeded to show them a photo of the nails I like & she epically failed. They also charged me $76 for the Gel X French tip That loooks like fucking shit. !!!!!! It's my birthday & not only did I get the worse service. I also got the worse fucking nails done. They are thick and not even filed correctly. I honestly can't believe I tipped these bitches but whatever their rude katana will come back around. So now I have to go spend another idk how much to fix this fucking mess read more

I love coming here for pedicures. Every time I'm here I notice the salon is consistently clean which is what I need to feel comfortable for a relaxing pedicure. Just thinking about their massage chairs makes me want my nails done (like everyday) It's so relaxing and comfortable!! Literally the best part. Each nail tech I've had so far has been great! read more

I have been coming to this salon for years! During the start of the pandemic went on a slight hiatus. August 2021 I found myself back in again, after being disappointed with the shop right down the street from where I live. So I do take the 5 to the 118 to see them because I am all about relationships. I can come in with inspo from Pinterest, coupled with my crazy spin and in the end, they always make art! Had an appointment yesterday for a gel mani pedi... I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes!!!! They had me sit and wait, despite having an appointment, then did my pedicure. Then when she was done, someone else started my nails. Even that might have been ok had my GEL NAILS lasted more than 24 hours!!! And I have been soooo careful with them since I'm going on vacation tomorrow! I paid $85 (plus tip) to have my gel nails chip in a day. Don't waste your money, or time. Go somewhere else. read more

This review is solemnly based on the spa pedicure service. First of all this place replaced Kimberly Nails by Nancy. Fortunately, Lee is still there. She is by far the best pedicurist I have ever come across. She gets everything out and leaves my feet smooth and clean and is a perfectionist with polish. If she is not there I will not get any service done. I always get a pedicure spa. The spa chairs offer back massage which makes me feel so relaxed. In addition, I also add sugar scrub to my service for extra smooth legs and feet. Another reason why I think Lee is the best pedicurist is because her massages are AMAZING and longer then most places. The facility also gifts you a small water bottle. Its something small but it makes it better than other places. As long as Lee is working there I will keep going to Infinity Nails and Spa. Only thing I can complain about is that they only accept cash tips. read more

I LOVE this place!! I have been coming here for quite some time now, before the COVID shutdown and once they opened again. This place is always on point with service ans cleanliness. All the employees are amazing and take pride into their work. I always go to Titi, she is amazing and always is on point with what I ask for! She and all the employees are amazing at what they do. Worst nail experience I've ever had. The woman who worked on my gel x, completely was rushing through, not paying attention, and on top of it all was coughing and sneezing. My nails were messy, uneven, and were FILLED with the gel x glue. The glue was oozing out of every side of my nails. After expressing to her that I didn't like how they looked, she had the worst attitude. A few days later, three of the nails have flew off. Terrible. read more

The place I used to go to went up in price and now charges $35 for spa pedicure and callus treatment which is a lot for a quick 1 hour pedicure. I remember going to this place once and decided to go back and give them a try again. The price was reasonable at $26 for the pedi and callus treatment. That said it was just okay. They wouldn't put on the AC and it was hot as hell so the experience wasn't relaxing. The people working there weren't particularly friendly and the massage sucked (in fairness they are wearing gloves due to Covid so maybe that's why it was bad). The callus treatment was decent. I'll look somewhere else because it just wasn't that great when there's nail salons everywhere. read more

Very cute nail salon. People are very friendly. I got a spa mani and pedi for $25. My feet and hands both look good so thats always a plus in my book. The only real reason why I am giving this place 3 stars is because when I sat on the spa chair and dipped my feet in the water I did not see not 1 lady put anything else in the water. Usually, nail salons put in some type of antibacterial powder or soap but nope nothing. Just warm/hot water (my fav) and thats it. It felt pretty weird for me and then thats when I found out when looking at their foot spa menu that stuff like what I mentioned is at additional cost . I wont pay for stuff like that but I saw other ladies who would. Much appreciation to the ladies who did my nails and toes. read more

Bad experience!!! I got dip powder nails and the lady didn't even file my nails or clean my cuticles. SLOPPY JOB! She was the owner I believe. My nails looked so thick and uneven I asked her to make it thin and she didn't seem about about it. They still look ugly and buff! The very next morning my nail cracked!! How's that even possible?! Went to this establishment right by home in efforts of finding a better place than Chatsworth nail spa (quality wise) I waited about 10 minutes for a pedi which was ok and everything leading up to when I got my polish on I felt like I found my new nail place. All I want ever is white polish on my toes and as soon as I left I realized I had what Looked like speckles, dots, or air bubbles on my toes and in thoroughly disappointed with this nail salon. They also charge a dollar to use your debit card. read more

Helen is great at gel nails. I would still be going there if the owner wasn't so rude all the time. The owner has her "favorite" people who she loves to make priority and be generous to. On several occasions my sister and I have greeted them and we've gotten ABSOLUTELY no response. It's crazy how you can show up to a place and be so generous and receive the complete opposite. I do want to say that the employees are NOT all like that but, MOST of them are rude. read more

If anyone wants Chrome mirrored nails in the valley, JOHN is your guy!!! He does them now which is rare in sfv. He is the BEST when it comes to acrylic nails! He takes his time, is super sweet, and is great with whatever shape (stiletto, coffin, etc) you want. Trust me I've gone to over 100 nail salons in my time lol and JOHN is hands down the best! #chromeNails #MirroredNails John gets a 10/10 Helen and Lena are excellent with pedicures! Super sweet girls who are great with whatever you ask for. The girls get 7/10. Only reason I give an overall 3stars out of 5 is because the owner. Although the husband is nice and hands you a costco water as you sit...the wife is THE WORST! She is cold, rude and mean. She acts as the receptionist and you would think she wants businees, especially because I go every two weeks and add every extra treatment, however she seems to drive all the customers out and honestly although I LOVE John I may not be back! It's just not worth all the negativity and bad vibes she gives off when she answers the phone and takes your appointment. Ive never had anyone be so mean and rude. If you don't care about those things and can brush that out I would still highly recommend going to JOHN because he is an angel and the greatest at acrylic nails! I just can't deal with the stress. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE: Icame to this nail shop, for the first time after my sister had told me about this place, on January 26th expecting to get my dip power nails removed so I can get my regular manicure done after. Well, I came in for my mani and pedi appointment and once I sat on the chair and the manicure lady started my nails, I knew something was wrong. She first started to file my nails, which seemed to be the wrong process to remove dip powder nails, so I stopped her and said "I have dip powder nails, not regular nails" she then stopped and proceeded to give me a confused look and looked at my nails and started to make a comment in her language to her other colleagues. She then looked at me and said "dip nails?" Then I said "yes, like gel nails but dip powder?" she continued to look a bit confused. That is when I knew she might had never worked with dip nails. But she proceeded to use the file machine to remove the top later of the nail. It still seemed a bit odd. She then said something in her language to another colleague and few minutes later she ended up switching with another colleague to continue to work on me. It just seemed odd that nobody knew how to remove dip powder nails properly. Well, the second lady came back and continue to work on my nails. She placed my nails in remover but not for too long and continued to file my nails again. She seems to be in some sort of rush and was not very happy having to go through the process of my nails. After filing my nails with the machine she proceeded to paint my nails the color I had choosen, as I was going back to regular manicure (no dip or gel). I knew something seemed off because I could tell she didnt remove all the dip powder nail residue. Well, two weeks later I removed my nail polish after it starting to chip and the pictures show how I found my nails below the polish. That is DISGUSTING! she left so much residue and just painted over my dip powder nails. That is UNACCEPTABLE. If they do not know how to properly remove dip or gel nails they need to allow someone else who does! I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE OR WILL EVER RECOMMEND!!! read more

I am a horrible nail biter. It's a ridiculous habit that has plagued me for years. For about the past month I've worn acrylics which were applied at Titop Nails in Lincoln heights (probably my favorite nail place in terms of designs and longevity of their work) - however I live in Chatsworth, so they aren't exactly the most convenient nail salon for me. After removing my acrylics I decided that my nails deserved a manicure so I can keep them in tip-top shape. I used the Yelp app to locate a salon that was closer to me & that lead me to Infinity. I walked in with no appointment on Sunday and signed in to their waiting list. I wasn't immediately greeted or anything so I set out looking at their nail colours (they had a mixture of Opi, Essie, China Glaze, & lesser known brands). It was a weird setup; another girl was told they had no time for her (I'm not sure what services she was requesting) but when she asked if she could wait they basically told her "don't bother". No one addressed me directly so I chose to wait and was seated within about 20 minutes. When I was seated the male working there gave me the complementary bottle of water that other Yelpers have mentioned. That was a nice touch (and very welcoming on such a hot day!). I was soon seen by a worker, who didn't give me her name, and she showed me the nail wheel and asked me if I wanted to do one of those colours which were marketed as soak off gel colours. I chose a pink and silver (DND flaming pink and shooting star- which is a silver glitter). After carefully soaking my hands and cutting, filing, and prepping my nails she applied several coats of each. I was reading the case that both bottles were kept in and it mentioned that the gels should be cured under a gel lamp after each layer - this was never done to my nails. Instead they were dried with a regular fan. When I went to pay however they only charged me $12, which is the cost of the standard manicure, so I decided not to bring it up (I most definitely would have if I was charged the gel up charge). The problems started later that night when after some light typing (about 2 pages of a word document) I noticed that my thumb nails had begun to chip. At first it was a small chip but now about 2 and a half days later half of my thumb nail on my right thumb is off. I had also noticed that on certain nails the polish had different thickness. Overall I would say I'm disappointed - while my nails looked cute when I left I wish for the money the manicure would have lasted a few more days. At this point over half my nails have chips on them. The silver polish is holding up pretty good, so maybe the pink polish was just bad/older, but honestly I don't think I'll be back to find out. read more

My lashes always come out beautiful, and I never deal with irritation like I have at other places (no itchy or puffy eyes at all). Booking is also so easy since it's all online--you can book, reschedule, or cancel super quickly, and they have options for 1-3 week fills which I love. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast and on-time they are. I cannot stand laying there for 2+ hours with my eyes closed, and here I'm usually in and out in about an hour to an hour fifteen for a full set (maybe a little longer if I go extra), and fills are usually under an hour. They are so on it--if your appointment is at a certain time, you're getting started at that time and finishing on time too. It makes it so easy to plan my day. I wanted to share this set Anna did because I'm literally obsessed with it. She always listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time (and she smells good too lol). I also want to shout out Claudia because she's amazing as well. Honestly, from what I've seen, everyone there is talented--you really can't go wrong. Also, my first time coming in, they gave me a lash wash and brush as a complimentary gift, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, I 100% recommend Pania's if you're looking for a new lash place. They look great always and I can go like 3 weeks almost without getting a full and she also offers an express fill in case you need a pick me up! She works out of a cute studio area and it's super peaceful and serene and honestly best lashes I've gotten. I used to go to other people before but they just ended up looking fake or I'd always have a problem with the glue or not liking them. I'm surprised she doesn't have 100's of reviews and I would gatekeep but I'll give the girlies my secret. Plus her prices are so reasonable and it's super easy to book with her! After a week, almost 50% of her extensions fell out on one eye. This was disappointing because both my mom and I have been getting lash extensions for several years and usually after one week, 2-3 extensions might fall out but not usually half of the lashes. So in attempt to try and resolve this issue my mom went in person and gave Tina another chance which was a complete waste of time. Tina didn't take any accountability for her work but instead treated my mom with disrespect and blame. With attitude Tina said her lashes didn't last because her skin was oily, that she must've rubbed her eye while she was sleeping, that my moms eyelashes were short, Tina named every excuse in the book except for taking responsibility for her work. Tina was extremely defensive and did not maintain a level of professionalism when dealing with my mom. Tina dismissed her at the shop and told her to,"Go where the lash extensions last for two weeks". There was no attempt to make the customer happy, even just sticking a few lash hairs where it was missing and putting your pride aside would have solved the issue.. But instead, Tina kept insisting that my mom should pay for a new fill (after 8 days....? Really?) Needless to say, my mom is extremely disappointed with the service that she received from Tina. My mom also works in a service industry so she's further disappointed with the way Tina handled the situation. Lashes are not a cheap service so I highly recommend you choose a better, more qualified and respectful place to do your lashes.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
