Alan and DJ were super friendly and efficient . I really appreciated the time they took and the care they showed with our furniture.

This was my 3rd experience with Infinity Moving. Mark and Martin picked up items at one location, came to my house and moved the heavy items that I can't move and then did a major drop-off at Goodwill. They were fast and very professional. Everything that went to Goodwill was wrapped in plastic. Everything moved in the house was handled with care and positioned just where I asked. The TV was even put back in place and plugged in. My neighbor was surprised. She never thought about calling a moving company to help re-arrange furniture. It is so much easier because they have the right equipment and experience to do it. Thanks again for a good experience, Rachel, Mark and Martin! read more

If I can give ten stars I would. I'm slightly skeptical of too many good reviews but man did I made the right choice of going with Infinity with this move. The scheduling was super friendly and easy. The pricing was very reasonable, including truck/trailer, and all equipment needed. They called ahead close to the date to confirm. Arrived close to the agreed upon time. The clock on our two hours didn't start till they got to our apartment. And then, the magic that is Allen and Chad happened. They were lightening fast and super careful with our stuff. They've got the system down to a science. I garbage bagged all of our clothes, shoes, and bedding (soft stuff) and instead of moving them one at a time they have a giant cardboard box on a dolly and put a dozen of the bags in and moved them all at once. I mean when these two guys work they work hard. Anywho can't say too much good things about them. Chad and Allen's boss if you are listening please give them kudos from us! :) we just can't thank them enough for making a stressful move much easier. read more

I contacted these guys for a local move.Paul and Chris are your goto guys if you are looking for reliable and friendly movers. These guys are very professional.Arrived right on time.Mine was a 2 bedroom apartment.Very efficient in handling the goods. Were in and out in a jiffy.I would recommend them highly. read more

Mark and Martin were fantastic! Very professional, organized, pleasant and timely. We have moved several times over the last few years and used another top rated moving company. They would not respond to our move request, so I called Infinity for a quote. They responded quickly and with a reasonable price. Infinity exceeded my expectations and did a MUCH better job than the "other" company. I highly recommend Infinity! If we need to move again, I would definitely use them! read more

I can't say enough good things about Infinity Moving. When I called to make the appointment the guy at Infinity moving was very polite and we talked about a couple of moving options. I chose an option that made sense for me and made the appointment. As promised they called the day before to confirm and the day of the move they called ahead with an ETA. My movers were Ben and Martin and they worked effortlessly and trelessly. My move was done before I knew it. Thanks from another satisfied customer. read more

My movers were Martin and Ryan on 3.2.13. Within 30 minutes after my moving truck arrived 1 and half hour early from Houston to Austin I received a phone call from Ryan. He advised that they were at my complex and eager to get started early. I explained my time frame and they understood that I wanted to stay within the 2 hour window that I was quoted and they did just that. Martin and Ryan worked very well together. They were very professional, fast and polite. They handled my furniture with kit gloves. Thanks again Martin and Ryan you guys were AWESOME!!!!. read more

I had a move to plan and was doing it on my own and so truly relied on the service of Yelp customers. I want to tell them thank you! Infinity Moving was terrific. Rachel made the set up of the move easy, and Mark and Chris the men who handled the move arrived a half hour early (wow) and made the whole move happen in a flash. They had great attitude and took terrific care of my things and were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend using Infinity Moving. read more

Amazing guys!! Mark and Ben showed up 15 minutes early (even on the day after the time change!) They were so quick and efficient, and just SUPER NICE guys! I was moved out of my house in Austin and into my new home in Round Rock in less than an hour and a half! I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone who will listen! I mean...nice guys who are quick with NO damages to any of my stuff?? What more can you ask for? read more

Mark and Chris were nothing short of absolutely amazing. I had a lot to move, a lot of which was pretty delicate, and they were extremely efficient and very careful. It is obvious that Mark has been a professional mover for a long time - he helped guide me on the best way to get everything moved. They were very timely (even a little early, which I loved!) and VERY nice guys! Rachel was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions pre-move so I was completely prepared when Mark and Chris showed up on Saturday. Next time I move, I won't use anyone else - Mark and Chris were the best movers I've ever worked with! read more

I've had Infinity Moving do my two most recent moves. I wish they did moves out of state because I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat (and my next move is out of state). On the first move, the owner and his wife managed it alone. It was super fast; I moved some furniture and boxes out of a house into a third-floor apartment. The second move was over a longer distance and I had acquired a good deal more stuff. It was also from a 3rd-floor to 3rd-floor apartment, which is obviously pretty rough on the movers. Chris and Mark managed the move, and they were lightning fast! I expected to have the move take all day, but instead it was over with by the afternoon. I was even able to unpack all my stuff on the very same day. Infinity Moving has also had the lowest quote each time I've moved. So their affordability and speed has made me a loyal customer. The only semi-serious issue I've had with them is that, on the first move, a handle on a buffet's cabinet snapped off. But the owners had it repaired at their expense within about a week, and it looks as good as new now. I grew up in a military family that moved around a lot, so I know it's just about impossible to go through a move without something being damaged at least a little bit. So, again, I definitely recommend Infinity Moving because of their speed and affordability. read more

We recently moved within Austin, and hired Infinity for the local move. Rachel, Mark and Martin were all great. Rachel was on top of answering questions, and quick to respond with a quote. Infinity offers a competitive hourly rate ($95/hr), which was a great deal, and easier to estimate than an itemized quote. The move was scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving, and Rachel even called us on Thanksgiving to see if we had questions. Mark and Martin were fast and efficient: the whole move took 2.5 hours from door to door. Mark even carried our couch and table on his head, alone. They are heavy. I don't know how he manages, but he's been doing it for 20 years, and it shows!!! Both Mark and Martin were very nice and professional, and we were pleased with the service. Nothing was scratched or broken, by the way. Yay! read more

I was so happy with them I almost cried when they left. And I'm a 45 year old man. We had a complicated move - pick up Apt #1, pick up Apt #2,, then move it all into House. Mark and Martin were in and out of Apt #1 in 25 minutes!! They were in and out of Apt #2 in an hour - including re-arranging the truck, a longer walk, and a flight of stairs. I was amazed at what each could lift alone, how fast they moved, and how they didn't damage a thing! They seemed to learn quickly where we wanted things and how to get them there. They also gave us some advice on TVs, appliances, and work we could have done - all while walking, never missing a beat. I will NEVER use another mover again! read more

I'm about 4 years late on writing this, but just found the Infinity Moving biz card in my desk drawer. I remember telling Ben, the owner (who was the one who did the work with a helper), that he had a 5 star review coming his way. I'll be brief... Pros: - the most inexpensive of 4 quotes I got. -Called to ask if it was okay to show up a little early. Are u kidding? Yes! -Really nice guys who were fun to talk to while they worked. -They never paused. Worked quickly, but carefully. After watching for the first few minutes, I quickly realized my stuff was in good hands and would not end up missing or broken. -I've referred several customers to them (I do apartment locating) and all went out of their way to tell me how awesome Infinity was -Again, the great price for excellent service. Cons: -There's not more businesses like this one in the world. How many 5 star reviews do you need to read? Do you have nothing better to do? Call or email them now! The sooner you do it, the more likely they can fit you in to their deservedly busy schedule. read more

I know everyone has a HORROR story about dealing with movers so here is mine. Actually found Infinity Moving while walking my dogs near my rent house. I stopped the mover and asked for a business card to my surprise he actually had one. So when it came time for my move I called for an estimate, Rachael was courteous and willing to work around my schedule so I made an appointment knowing that its never this easy. I still have this feeling of dread, on our move down from DFW we didn't have a good experience but that's another story and not so glowing YELP review. On moving day Mark calls to confirm, now I know they will be a no show this never happens. Mark calls again to let me know that they will be 45 minutes EARLY, now I am scrambling, never in my history of moving have movers ever been early. Mark and Martin arrived almost an hour early, actually introduced themselves and proceeded to move me in less time than I could have ever imagined. Fantastic crew and company they will get my referrals going forward. read more

Ryan & Kevin moved me in record time today! They called ahead, showed up on time, were extremely courteous, spoke and acted very professionally, and got (and stayed) right down to business the entire time. I was extremely nervous leading up to the move as I wasn't sure what to expect because I had to have them dismantle and re-assemble some tough pieces and move some precious-to-me art pieces, but Kevin did an amazing job taking the furniture apart while Ryan handled the art. Needless to say, they exceeded any and all expectations I could have had, and I have already recommended them to a friend who is moving shortly. These guys are the real deal, and I would totally use them again! read more

I usually don't write reviews but this company is fantastic! Mark and Martin had my whole 1 bedroom apartment packed, moved across town, and unpacked in less than three hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

We had an amazing experience using Infinity moving services. Not only did they help us move very quickly, they assisted in the placement of our furniture to make it feasible for our family. All of our belongings were handled with care and respect. I was very pleased with the level of competency and time management. The guys showed up right on time and took all of the stress out of moving. We will definitely use them in the future and recommended them to everyone ! read more

Had a great experience with Infinity Moving. Called ahead, showed up on time, worked hard and finished early all while taking great care with with our belongings. Even recommended a guy who could mount my TV which also turned out great. Chris and Ryan were professional, polite, and easy going. I literally nothing bad to say and couldn't recommend them enough. read more

We used Infinity Moving the other weekend to move units in the same apartment complex. Mark & Martin were the two movers who helped us and they were absolutely amazing!! So efficient, fast, helpful and nice. They arrived 20 minutes early and moved our entire apartment within the 2 hour minimum. No wasting time or anything of the sort. They were a super great team! They deserved the 5 star rating and more! Highly recommend them. read more

I'm a little late getting my review in, but I have to say that Infinity Moving was EXCELLENT. They completely blew away my expectations - I was moving from a 1 bedroom condo to a 1 bedroom house, but have some pretty large and heavy pieces of furniture. The whole process was so quick, easy, efficient, and affordable - I normally don't write reviews, but I have to in this case. What would have taken me and my family all weekend and multiple trips back and forth was done in 2 hours, leaving us more time to unpack and set up my new place. read more

The men at Infinity Moving were fantastic! Paul, Chad and Arron were the best !

We highly recommend them, they are so courteous and careful with your things. Rico and Mark were awesome, we were very impressed. I used them for my move a few months ago then told my boyfriend about it when he needed a moving company. He could not be happier. I am recommending them to all friends and family. Wonderful job! Thank you guys. read more

Very satisfied with the boys who moved my furniture! They are very accurate and listen to what you say. They do not cut corners and do everything like they suppose to. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. read more

These guys were extremely nice and helpful! We initially lost a glass lamp shade during the move (entirely my fault for not putting any effort into checking for all my items when they asked me to), and wrote it up as a loss. Without ever asking them about it they came back to our house to drop it off a few days later. Amazing service! read more

Made arrangements online. Communication was fast and easy. On the day of the move Ryan and Allen kept me posted as to their arrival time. They arrived ... checked out everything that needed to move and assured me it would easily fit in my storage unit. I was worried I had rented a unit that was too small. While here they worked carefully yet quickly. At the storage unit they took care to arrange things so that everything fit and they were able to leave me some extra room for those last minute misc things. No surprises. No hiccups. I'll use them again and I'll request Allen and Ryan - great guys. read more

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Martin at Infinity Moving. They moved us a few weeks ago, and I must say, though I hope we don't have to move for a very long time, when we do, I will definitely call for Mark and Martin again. They were amazing. They were on time. They reviewed our stuff and gave me a reality check. I had waaaaaaaay underestimated how much stuff we had, and thus how much time it'd take to move us. They sized up everything and let me know they would move as fast as possible, but it was going to take much longer than I had estimated. They tried to help us as much as they could by working as fast as they safely could, and they kept telling me what the amount was as they went so I could decide whether to change plans or keep going. We had a TON of stuff, including some very heavy, teak furniture, and they had amazing techniques and systems for moving everything. Nothing was too challenging for them. And they were friendly and fun the whole time. I've dealt with some real creeps in moves we've done in the past, so I was nervous about hiring help this time. The reviews on Yelp about Infinity Moving and Mike/Martin were definitely spot on. I would recommend them to anyone. Infinity Moving's prices are reasonable and fair, also. Great job, Infinity! Thanks for making the unpleasant, dreadful task of moving as palatable as could be. read more

Chad and Paul were great! They came on time and were very efficient. They were accommodating of a few last-minute changes we had to make, and I was impressed with their work. It was a hot day and there were elevators, long hallways, and stairs involved, but they handled it no problem. Thank you! read more

I was highly impressed with the service from Infinity. I had my belongings shipped to Austin from NY, and Infinity was responsible for the unloading into my new apartment. They did a flawless, efficient job. The movers (Ben and Elijah) worked their asses off in the rain and heat but maintained a positive, friendly attitude throughout the moving process. My couch was particularly challenging to fit into my apartment and they were extremely creative in their moving of it. I felt that the overall cost was very reasonable... especially while I was watching them carry my 8 foot couch up 4 flights of stairs! I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to any of my friends in the Austin area. read more

Paul and Chris did a great job moving me into a second story apartment. Super quick and really nice!

Originally I got the recommendation from my sister so I used them for a small move today. I like them because they will charge by the job or hour. They were hard workers and took great care of our items. read more

They helped us move from apt into a house. Both guys were very efficient but careful, didn't waste any time and got it done so fast. They were patient and courteous, took time and direction with where to place furniture even with a heavy recliner couch. Great work, quote was lower than other companies and would definitely use them again. read more

Excellent moving company! They wre able to come early and they got the whole job done in record time. The movers were very polite and courteous!!! They moved all of our furniture and boxes without any damages. read more

Very professional, and great at their job. They ran a couple hours late but for good reason and gave me a 10% discount because of it. It was a four-location move, and it went seamlessly. Every person on the team was good and pulled their weight. They brought plenty of moving blankets and made sure my furniture was protected - not a ding in a single item. Very up-front - no hidden costs. Very courteous and careful. Just all-around great movers. read more

Moving can be incredibly stressful. That's why I'm glad we hired Infinity Moving to help us move from a first floor apartment (with a difficult landing) to a second floor condo across town. They were extremely patient in the scheduling process. Since the closing date was pushed back, we actually had to reschedule with them three times! Thankfully, each time I spoke with Rachel, she was so patient and professional. Martin and Ryan did all the heavy lifting! On the day of the move they called 2 hours ahead of their scheduled arrival time to say that they would be an hour late. No problem. Instead of 2pm we planned on 3. They arrived just before 3, and had everything loaded up before 4. They actually arrived before us to the new place, and had everything unloaded before 5. They made everything so easy! I shutter to think if my husband and I were negotiating the leather sofas up and down all those stairs! While I don't plan to move again for some time, I would absolutely recommend them to those who are! read more

Ryan and Allen were great. They made the move stress-free and were very easy to work with. We moved from an apartment into a three-story house (plus had to make an extra stop at a storage unit), and couldn't have done it without them. They arrived at the front-end of the range given and worked quickly, but carefully with our stuff. There were a few pieces I was worried about moving, but they never made it seem like a hassle when we asked they be extra careful with a few things and moved everything without any issue. Highly recommend! read more

Paul and Chad were amazing! The house we moved into is tiny with tiny doors and I was positive that my couch and table wouldn't fit but they got it in! They even got the couch through a tiny hallway and into a very small guest room. There's no way I could have figured out how to do that by myself. They were on time, friendly, and way cheaper than Little Guys. Definitely using them again next move! read more

These guys are awesome. Quality - done fast, and done right. They moved my wife and I from a small 1 bedroom condo to our new home across town. A friend of mine used them and referred them to me. They were very professional and courteous and great to work with. They were very efficient also, which was great because the charge was hourly. They also, per my request because we wanted to keep our new carpet looking new, laid down plastic over the carpet and stairs during the move. Where they really scored with me though was, instead of just moving our bed and leaving it in the room for us to setup later, they took the time to setup our bed exactly how it was setup in the old house. That made all the difference because the last thing you want to worry about after a long day of moving is setting up your bed so you can sleep. It's 5 stars for me and I will definitely be using them again. read more

When it comes to movers I always feel that you get what you pay for and since they are handling everything you own -In the past, I went with the "big guys" (United, Atlas) in moving to have a peace-of-mind..I was told through a trusted friend to use Infinity..I was a little nervous at first....These guys were not only friendly but fast. Not once did they say no or even an eye roll (which most movers do) to special request (extra wrap for the TV or if you can break down a certain piece of furniture before moving it) --Not one piece of furniture had so much of a nick on it. I never write reviews--but this company was awesome and will recommend them to everyone. At the end of the move they even gave ME a care-package (snacks, Gatorade) knowing during a moving day this really hits the spot--Every mover I had in the past asked ME for water or something to drink...these guys are great! Oh, I forgot to mention--there rates are awesome (they are low so I was hesitate to use them because of the pay for what you get attitude I have..) I was wrong...finally, Just use them and you will be happy. read more
