I had an issue with a high security lock at my home and called Infinity Locksmith based on all of the strong reviews. Moti picked up right away this morning and was not only very nice on the phone, but also accommodating to my schedule. He fixed the lock in less than fifteen minutes and was wonderfully reasonable. I would definitely recommend him! read more

Had them repair a door. It was late, and I was desperate, and didn't have access to yelp at the time to guide my search for a locksmith. Took forever to arrive. Installed a crappy lock that ended up breaking shortly after the 90 day warranty expired, and price gouged for the service. Lesson learned. read more

Called Green Locksmith in Arcadia last Saturday afternoon and wound up with Infinity Locksmith -- located in West Hollywood. They apparently have a bunch of "stringers." Installed a $9.61 keyless (we wanted keyed, but he said he did not have any) doorknob. Also unjammed the door. The doorknob installed was for an interior hallway or closet. Where it was installed on the outside door of a storage shed. (I replaced it the next day with a better knob with a key for outside use.) It was and is still "raining." $49 for the office visit. And $70 "lock out & new door knob." Had us write the $119.00 check to RAZ -- told my wife "it's a joke." We didn't get it, but we sure got something else. Would not recommend. read more

Unorthodox to say the least. The reason I called them to fix my mailbox lock is because according to Google, they are located within walking distance from my apartment. When I called and asked how much it would cost, they replied $15 (off the usual $30 since I live so close). Then the guy said he'll send a technician, who'll be there in 25 min. The technician took a little longer (50 min) to get here from another job but I didn't mind. When he got here, he told me it would cost $55 for the mailbox lock (!), $95 for labor (!), besides the $15 "service fee"! OMG, I told him forget it, I don't have $165 to spend on fixing a mailbox lock. Then the technician offered me a discount if I pay in cash. I said I would have to drive down to an ATM and he agreed. He was nice enough to try to find the broken parts of my lock. Then I remembered that I had purchased another lock a while back in a failed attempt to replace. So he replaced the broken mailbox lock with a lock that I fortunately found. It took maybe 30min altogether at the most. When time came to pay, I begged him to please take a check. He said the company doesn't allow personal checks and his credit card machine was broken. Argh. So I had him follow me to my bank to take out $80. I asked for a receipt, which he gave me, but when I asked for his locksmith bond/insurance/registration/license/whatever card, he said he didn't have it on him. How in the world does a locksmith not carry the license of his trade, then ask me to pay in cash?! Is it just me who find that kind of shady? He said he doesn't have to show it to me unless he had to break into my house. I just find it weird... Also, why wouldn't they give me a quote before sending a technician?? That's seriously messed up. What's the point of a service fee if there's labor cost on top of that?? All in all I guess having someone fix my mailbox at 7pm could have been worse but this was a strange experience. read more

I lost my keys to my car and needed them to be replaced ASAP. I did my research before just choosing any locksmith and called around (even through my insurance) to compare prices. Infinity Locksmith in West Hollywood had the most resonable price range and they are actually 24 hours. 2 out of the 6 companies that said they were available 24/7 were supposedly closed of Saturdays. When I called Infinity back they told me they just needed me to send them some specific info and they would be on their way. They came with the key ALREADY READY for use- unlocked the door and started my car- all under an hour!!!!! This place is ON TOP of their GAME!!! I def reccomend them! read more

Called them in a bind, and was quoted $75 to unlock my door. The guy fiddled around for about 20 mins, and busted out the "magic" key that unlocked the door in a second. I'm convinced all the other stuff was an act since it was clear this should have been the first step. On top of that, I got charged $20 extra ($95 total) when all was said and done. Stay away! read more

Honestly a very professional locksmith. Came quickly (under 20 minutes) $100 opened the lock at my apartment. Very good and professional

I found them on Google. They provided an estimate and required $33 trip charge minimum. When he got here, he told me that they could not rekey my locks. That they required a code. Then he said they could, but it would take four days to order the keys and the keys would be $100 each. Of course, he could install a new lock and provided a quote of $250. Something smelled fishy. So I called the number on my key (duh, I never saw it until then) and had the original locksmith provide an estimate. He quoted under $100. He arrived in 20 minutes and provided me with great service. But I felt ripped by Infinity. read more

I was so happy and grateful to have found Infinity!!! I locked my keys in my house and didn't realize till coming home after a long day at work. Moti from Infinity showed up in no time and opened my house in minutes. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg like some of these locksmiths. If I am ever in this situation again, hopefully not, I will use them without even thinking about it. I definitely recommend their services. read more

Amazing experience! Fast, friendly, and great price. Can't say enough complimentary things about Infinity Locksmith.

I called at 6:40am about my broken front door lock, Moti answered in a very cheerful and helpful tone and was at my house by 8:40. My broken handle/lock is an antique so I thought that might be a problem especially because it was having a few different issues, but no! Moti had every aspect of it fixed within 5 minutes, including duplicate new keys for my shiny new lock. It was actually shocking how quickly, efficiently, and professionally he worked; he clearly know what he was doing and didn't want to waste anyone's time. Pricing was more than fair for a job well done and with on-demand turnaround. Thanks, Moti! read more

Lost my only key to my 2010 ford fusion. Had to leave my car in Hollywood overnight, hoping to not get towed. Called AAA for new key, estimate was $350! Found Infinity Locksmith, and the super friendly, patient, and handsome Moti came to the rescue!! I provided him with the information he needed to cut a new key, and within 20 mins he met me at my car (which was still there, thankfully) on a Sunday, in the blazing heat, with new key, and computer to program it. Roughly 15 mins later I was on my way, and for less than 1/2 of the AAA estimate! Highly recommend. Good reliable company, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Moti! read more

These guys are great. My friend Helen a real Estate agent turned me on to them about 7 years ago, when I was in a pinch and money was a little tight for the moment. I went to their location by car on a busy Friday at 5 pm showed them my friends card, they gave a warm smile and compliment about my friend and made my keys on the spot and charged a fair price. There were at least 2 other times I needed stuff pronto on the spot and these guys were extremely reposnsive and very reliable in the clutch. Each time my keys fit perfectly first try. I highly reccommend Infinity Locksmith and their solid work, they are like my go to Gretzky/Micahel Jordan when the S...IT hits the fan. Bravo read more

Great and quick service!! I got locked out and Monty came right over. I will definitely use them again.

Great service. Everything was done up to par and quickly and easily. The technician was friendly and introduced himself. My only complaint was that he was late. He called saying he'd be 1/2 hour later than the appointment time, and then it was still 25 minutes after that and I had to call. But I'd use them again because the actual service was great. And price seemed okay. read more
