He arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and professional, got me back into my apartment in just a few minutes without damaging my new doorknob, and even had me test my key afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. There was also a pricing mix-up because I thought he was with another company. Instead of dismissing it, Nick spoke with his boss on my behalf and was able to honor the lower price. He even had me call the other locksmith while he was there so they wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. That level of honesty and professionalism meant a lot to me. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend asking for Nick. He was kind, professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Thank you again!

They unlocked the car but I guess the anti-theft system was triggered and did not allow them to open the trunk or turn on the car. Next up she called some guys sent from All State insurance. Although they tried and tried it was Yoav who saved the day. He got those keys out in less than 20 minutes. He did what 2 other "professionals" were unable to do in 3 hours! So happy that she was in good hands and she is now on her way home. Oh! And also the price! Super freaking affordable. Another guy quoted me $280 when Yoav was only $150! If this ever happens again I'm going directly to him next time.

Needed a quick locksmith service because I unfortunately couldn't find my original keys at the last…read moreminute before an international trip Jin came highly recommended on Yelp. He happened to reply after I had already scheduled someone else, but I decided to book an earlier appointment with him to at least have him assess the situation He arrived on time and was able to get everything sorted out fairly quickly. One thing I would recommend is confirming the pricing and getting a quote beforehand, since there wasn't a prior quote and there was some initial confusion about the cost. Definitely better to clarify everything before any work begins I ended up having two locks installed, one smart lock and one traditional lock, and both installations were done pretty quickly. He also made duplicate keys for me, which was convenient. The work itself was efficient, although there was some debris left behind that I had to clean up afterward Overall, I'd recommend Jin if you're looking for something quick and effective, especially if you're in a last-minute situation like I was. Just keep in mind that the service can be on the pricier side, and I'd recommend confirming the quote and scope of work upfront. Still, I'm glad I was able to get the locks and keys sorted out before my trip!
