My wife and I along with another couple thoroughly enjoyed our build your own pizza. The refreshing part for me was the service. There were no assuming mentalities if you know what I mean. They explained how things worked without any attitude. Oh, the part that I liked about the pie, unlimited toppings. If I had to do it again though, I would have had more garlic sauce and ranch. That's the beauty though, of building your own and then coming back at a later date. You can get more of what you like. The reason I didn't give 5 stars, smelled weird inside. I was happy to find this place last fall. Pizza is very tasty and consistent. With that said, I haven't been here in several months because the ordering process and wait for pizza can only be described as a cluster. I finally returned tonight hoping to give it another shot. We ordered our pizza and they arrived promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. Since this went so well we decided to keep going and order a seasonal Peach Pie. We started to order our pie, and that's when it took the downward spiral. We had to stop and wait while the phone was answered and order taken. Then the wait began. We waited and waited. I do appreciate that the owner/manager even noticed how long I was waiting that he came over to state we had been there a while and he would make sure we got our pizza. But that was it, he never followed through. Another staff member offered me a free pizza, in order to return...but still no Peach pie nor did someone take the time to make one out of the queue and just make it happen. The staff is so busy handling call in orders that the folks in the restaurant get placed behind the call in orders. I must say I wasn't the only one in the place in this similar situation. This is Exactly why we stopped coming here. Management needs to fix the operational issues. We will not be returning. I left without a Peach Pie. read more

Came here for the first time tonight. It's ok pizza. It's fresh ingredients but they don't cook the pizza enough, it was very soggy. I also asked for jalapeños I got 1 on the whole pizza. We got the the 5.00 jalapeño and cheese bread for a before. It wasn't good and no sauce. I am giving a 2 star because the owner is really nice and my husband and son said their pizza was cooked a little more. I'm glad I tried it, but won't be returning. read more

I don't remember what I was searching for on Yelp, but I came across Infinitus Pie and read amazing reviews. So, checking out the menu and for 8$ unlimited toppings, I HAD to go. I'm a vegetarian and loved being able to choose tons of veggie toppings and the variety was awesome. The pizza was perfectly done and I even had to try a dessert pie! I tried the bananas foster and it too was incredible. I will definitely be going back and can't wait for warmer weather to sit on the patio with a pizza and a beer. read more

Good pizza, bad service. It took a long time to get my pizza because some guy was making boxes instead of watching the oven. Then he couldn't figure out which orders were done and which still needed to be handled, and someone had to explain to him to look at the order numbers. There were 4 employees at the store and they couldn't handle prepping the pizzas, answering the phone, and getting pizzas out of the oven. But, the pizza was good so I'll still go back. I'd recommend to just order it online ahead of time or order it to go. read more

We eat pizza every Friday and we were excited to try IPie (or is it infintius pie?). Pizza is good and fresh. Between the five of us, we had every crust and combination. The people are great and friendly. Fun concept and hot and fast. I'm only giving three stars because there are a few bugs they still need to iron out. One of our pie orders was lost and we weren't alone, as we saw a to go order which was lost and another order included an ingredient that the customer was allergic to. Another important note-It is NOISY. Like, sitting to the person next to you and having to yell noisy. There is a toy train (???) which goes around 1/2 of the restaurant ceiling which is loud. There is a music station playing and the prep station is made of metal and the constant pounding of dough adds to the cacophony of sound. We couldn't even hear when they called our name for our order. Otherwise yum and next time we will sit outside! read more

Decided to stop by this place for a quick bite before I had to head back to work for a meeting. I ordered my food, paid and waited patiently for my pizza to be prepared. After about 20 minutes waiting (they were busy, so I didn't think too much of it) I noticed a group that came in well after me received their order. I went up to the counter and asked about my pizza. After looking around for my ticket, they informed me that they never prepared it. I was told they would start it right away, but as I needed to return to work I said I couldn't wait. At this point the woman's tone changed as she was processing my refund as she seemed annoyed and even a bit angry with me! Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but poor customer service after a mistake like that is a choice! They definitely just lost a customer. read more

We accidentally phoned in an order to the wrong location. They fixed it right up for us and made them pies fresh right there.
