Well, it happened. Management at this Jet's made a bad hiring decision. Whomever the stingy cheese pizza maker is needs to follow Jet's guidelines for assembling the pies. There was noticeably less cheese than the norm. We have happily eaten this Detroit style pizza for years now a couple of times a year. read more

We tried Jets Pizza tonight for the first time. Tuesday night about 7, and it was ready when promised. Ordered the 8 pc round with butter crust, sausage, red onion, mushrooms, light sauce. It was absolutely delicious and hot, with yummy stringy cheese. We didn't wait to get home. Sat in the parking lot and ate half of it. Really really good. We live outside Brighton and decided it is worth the drive. We will be back, soon! read more

Detroit style pizza is my absolute favorite! First tried Jets while visiting a friend in downtown Chicago. She insisted we get it as it's her fave (despite the fact it wasn't the Chicago style pizza I thought I'd be enjoying on the trip). Flash forward a couple years and I discover we have locations right here in Colorado (and soon to Boulder). The crust was fluffy and slightly crispy. The mouthfeel was buttery, sweet and savory (I went with the 8 square pepperoni). I have been excited to try this place! Friends and family give their deep dish pizza two thumbs up. It looks AMAZING. Probably one of the best pizza places in Broomfield. If you are gluten free- hard not to be disappointed seeing the GF pizza next to theirs but that is absolutely not fault of theirs. Just a harsh reality of what gluten free pizza is haha. By far the best gluten free pizza I have had in Broomfield though. Just maybe only order with fellow GF friends. We ordered online and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Summary: 10/10 customer service and 10/10 pizza options/flavor We ordered from them for the first time and were SO pleased with everything! First, I made a mistake with the delivery address when ordering online, but I was able to call to update the address and get it corrected. It was really close to our delivery time, but they were extremely polite about it and said it was no problem at all. Secondly, their popcorn chicken pizzas are out of this world delicious. Usually stuff like that feels extra greasy and over the top, but not theirs. Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and again...DELICIOUS! Thirdlyand lastly, when we changed the address at the last second, I'm sure the delivery guy was already out. So our order was later than intended (our fault, not theirs) and when the delivery got to us in record time he was so polite and apologized anyway! 10/10 Jet's is definitely one of our go to pizza places. ^_^ read more

I LOVE this pizza place. It's never too busy so the pizza is always hot and fresh. The sauce is soooo good and the crust choices are a nice touch. We also loved the cheese. The person serving us was very kind and fun to talk to while we waited for our food (her name was Carley?). 10/10 I recommend this place. There's no seating so keep that in mind. read more

I ordered via there online site, which gave me an estimated time of readiness at about 615. I arrived right on time and had to wait almost 30 minutes to get my pizza. There was a crowd of about 20 people waiting for their orders. They were so disorganized and overwhelmed.the pizza is mediocre at best. The crust taste like cardboard and a hardly use any cheese at all on their toppings. In addition, it is very expensive for what you get. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

WOW! We were so pleased with everything we ordered. My dad, who is endlessly hard to please, LOVED his (thin crust with various toppings). The crust on the thin was perfectly firm. I ordered the Detroit style (see picture) and it was a flavor explosion, crispy edges, and they didn't skimp on ingredients. We tried to order when they opened but it was a line out the door and the owner (who was very friendly by the way) said they were trying to work out glitches. I knew they would and when we ordered today it took 25 minutes to fulfill our order of four pizzas. We will remain loyal customers! Thank goodness for something interesting in the area. read more

3.5 stars, pizza is good and would have been 4.5 stars. However the order management of pizza is still a major work in process. System told us the pizza was supposed to be ready around 6pm. Showed up and was told another 15 min-20 min, which was fine. Waited 25 min checked back in and was told our pizza was ready but couldn't find it. Waited another 20 minutes and was told they had to make one of our pizzas again so it would be another 15 min. So we sat around an hour waiting for our pizza.
