Smaller tea shop, second location right by 30th Ave. There's no indoor seating but I did notice some chairs outside. I got the classic black milk and rose milk tea. Be sure to mention your sugar and ice levels if you have a strong preference. Mine was perfecto at 50% sugar and 50% ice. There was also a rice ball special, buy 2 get 1 free, which was awesome. Got the spicy tuna and eel. The spicy tuna seem to be more flavorful and had more filling. It's very close to the train station so I'd definitely come back another time.

    Mango green tea with boba

4.5/5.0 I've been here several times and I got this mango green tea with brown sugar boba today. This one was very very good! I like their boba a lot. It's not too syrupy or too strongly flavored, but has enough sweetness and good chewiness that doesn't kill the flavor of the drink. There was one time I ordered some kind of milk tea with less ice and it felt a little diluted with added milk (to compensate for the less ice, which is nice but I could taste the drink as they intended to serve). I went with a fresh tea this time and it was great. I also recommend mixing and shaking the drink before so the sweetness and flavor are well-mixed. The service there is always personable and amazing.

4.5 stars. Cozy new coffee/ bubble tea shop which recently opened in quiet corner of 34th Street. This is the second location in Queens and both are in Astoria. Unlike the other Astoria Blvd location, this one (currently) has a much smaller menu offering coffee/boba tea drinks and very small selection of baked goods. Interior space is snug and basically is just a counter for ordering drinks and things to go. There is no seating inside. I ordered a large Passion Mango Slush ($7.50). It was so refreshing and light. I liked the fine texture of the slush and the slight tang of the passionfruit. I thought the drink was really delightful. Also, if you follow them on Instagram, you get a free pastry with your purchase. For my free pastry, I decided to get a chocolate croissant which was quite good. I do hope they expand their menu in the future, even if it's just the drinks menu. If there were more boba tea options, I think they might even give some of the other bubble tea shops in this area a run for their money.

Saw a positive review for matcha here so I wanted to try it. Ordered 16oz iced matcha with oat milk and a pump of vanilla. There was barely any matcha in it (see photo) - I only tasted the milk and syrup. Total was a whopping $7.62 (Vanilla was $0.50 and Oat Milk was $1.00). I couldn't take another sip of it, unfortunately. I haven't tried the bubble tea, so this review is only based on the matcha. The barista was very friendly, so I'd give it a second chance to try the boba.

Best coffee and hot chocolate in Astoria I really enjoy it every time !

This place is a true gem! The drinks are delicious. My favorite drinks are the strawberry green tea and the taro milk tea but what really sets it apart are the baristas, Luca and Josh. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They make you feel welcome with their happy smile :) I highly recommend checking this cafe out! ヾ(・-。)~

There is their 2nd incarnation in Astoria. They are a very small coffee house/cafe off a busy restaurant and cafe-filled avenue. I ordered a coffee and a filled croissant which was very basic. Seating is very, very limited, so you have to sit outdoors. Their menu is also very limited and it was hard to find anything of particular note. Only the decor stands out. Will I be back, probably not There are tea and bubble tea houses in the area

    Iced Matcha!!!!

Best coffee shop in Astoria hands down: the Kyoto is PHENOMENAL. The Cold Brew is delicious. Not to forget the Matcha as well.

They have a table to pickup preorders so you don't have to wait in the main line. I ordered a dozen for $39. You can select your assortment. Here's my review in order from the best to the least desirable, according to our group. Vanilla custard- the filling was thick and speckled with vanilla beans. It wasn't too sweet. This was the best according to our group. Strawberry filled- this is most traditional and Breads Bakery does a nice job. The jam is homemade. Pistachio- this doughnut was filled with smooth pistachio cream and was topped with a few pieces of pistachio. Not traditional, but they did a good job. Chocolate- the filling tasted like a semisweet or bittersweet cream/custard. Like the others, it was smooth. The vanilla was more popular among our group and I personally didn't love this doughnut. Mango- this was the one that those in my group felt missed the mark. It wasn't cloyingly sweet, so that was good, but the filling didn't do anything for us either. If you're looking for a mango dessert the one at Lysée is a real winner.

Let me tell you why this coffee shop stands above the rest:…read more 1. They use quality beans. I'm a home barista and use Oslo's beans for my americanos. When I moved to the UES, I was worried finding a new local roaster. I've had bad experiences where the beans are too oily or something is off that messes with my usually grind size/extraction time. No issues with Oslo's beans. 2. They actually know how to make a proper americano. Every coffee shop takes a standard cup, puts in the espresso shot, and then fills hot water to the brim of the cup. This destroys the flavor of the espresso. You end up with hot water that tastes slightly like coffee. Oslo chooses quality over quantity. They don't fill the water up to the brim, so you have a cup with 2/3 of liquid; however, this is a proper americano. You can taste the difference. At other shops, I just get drip coffee because they don't know what they're doing. Oslo knows what they're doing. That's why I come here.

Unfortunately, it was totally bland and not large at all. The side sauce added nothing and over 30$ with tax/tip. For entrees, we shared the lobster pasta and the guazzetto di Pesci. The pasta was good. Reasonable amount of pasta but we would have liked some more chunks of lobster for the price. I thought the sauce was only ok but my girlfriend liked it. The guazzetto di Pesci was only fair. The sauce was lacking flavor. Also a very small bowl of broth with maybe 3 small shrimp and muscles, a few small chunks of fish. and two sad, tiny pieces of bread on the side. Since we were still quite hungry after the meal, we ordered the lotus chocolate caramel dessert. This was the only dish we really liked. kinda hard to mess up gelato though. It came with a hard outer candy shell and a very small cookie center that was sweet and delicious. Overall, an average meal at best that we both felt was lacking in taste and size. Won't return.

They did bring out complimentary bread, which was appreciated, though it felt like something that should be standard rather than a highlight. One item someone in our group wanted -- the octopus burger -- was unfortunately unavailable, which was disappointing, especially given that it was brunch and still relatively early in the day. That said, the dishes we did order were good and well prepared. The space itself is nice: the front functions as a cute coffee shop, while the back has tables for sit-down dining. Because of that setup, the vibe feels more casual, but the menu offers solid options. Overall, it was a good experience, just not a great one -- a decent brunch spot, but nothing that blew us away.
