Green sauce raviolis Delicious!!!
Red G.

Family dinner meetup at IK South St. Seaport! Our first time there and I really enjoyed it. The green raviolis were fantastic, lamb meatballs were tender and yummy and all their pizzas were amazing! We did family style dining since we had about 17 people. So we were able to try lots of goodies on their menu. The outdoor seating is great on a warm evening with the river serving as part of the view. The only thing I didn't like was outdoor seating is close to the road and sirens can be blaring and road dust kicks up. I would sit inside or outdoor areas right near the bar area. Recommend 8/10!

We really wanted to dine outside, with the warm breeze from the Hudson River (not what you'd expect from NYC in late winter), but we were hungry and we didn't want to wait for a table. I really wish we had. The area where we were seated had a party of 12 or so, but it was otherwise fairly clear. The waiter took our order...and we didn't see him for quite a while. In the midst of our wait, two other huge parties of 10 or so each proceeded to fill the rest of the space, My wife tracked down the waiter, and he quickly brought our drinks. The rest of the order followed in short order after that; the waiter even comped my wife a Diet Coke. We ordered the 3-course dinner, which costs $45 a person. The ribeye and the lobster pasta had modest up-charges. The Caesar salad my wife ordered certainly looked the part, with big leaves of romaine and crispy focaccia, but the dressing was watery and didn't have much flavor. I really liked the bao bun I ordered as my opener. The braised beef was a bit chewy (i.e. overcooked), but it worked with the smoky sauce and burrata. The ribeye my wife got for her main was excellent. She normally pours so much steak sauce that the steak floats on it, but she loved this beautiful cut without it. The potato wedges varied wildly in size, but all of them had a nice crisp to the exterior, and a robust seasoning. My squid ink pasta was subtly seasoned, and there was a good proportion of lobster chunks to pasta. But, the serving itself is small. I'm glad my wife had steak she didn't mind sharing from her meal. The pumpkin crème brûlée was well executed, but the cinnamon-pumpkin flavor overtook the rest of the dish. The sundae was a playful bowl of ice cream, syrups, chocolate, cookies, and nuts. I can see how Industry Kitchen could be fun if you're partying with friends and coworkers and you don't care how slow the service is. It's less fun when you're only in town for a few days. Throughout the meal, I kept looking enviously at the people seated outside. There were no more than a few at any table. Maybe we'll wait a few extra minutes for a seat next time we're in town.

I had to come back again for lunch. The staff are so friendly. From the Apps menu, I had to order the lamb meatballs with tzatziki and crumbled feta and tomato sauce and crackers...so fresh, hot and delicious. This time, I ordered dessert - the blood orange cranberry cheesecake. I absolutely enjoyed the blood orange sorbet, very refreshing. I ate half the cranberry cheesecake which is light and just the right amount of sweet. I'm looking forward to the season to change thus the menu to change.

Lovely place right on the water. A bit loud but it was Friday night. We each got the three course meal and chose potato wedges as an app which was odd and tasted...meh. It was a lot so neither of us ate much. The salmon was presented well and tasted great. My vegan cheesecake was a nice change from dairy filled desserts so overall (besides that weird potato wedge app) it was a nice experience.

Industry Kitchen is a smart place with great music. The host was kind and the bartender kind. This is an 'order at the bar' kind place but if they are not busy just sit at the bar and enjoy. Their crisp wine selections are great and as it gets warmer we see this place as a brunch or even power lunch spot as we enjoy the breezes from across the east river. The salmon dish is constructed beautifully and we will absolutely be back! Thank you, chef!

We loved how the waitress took care of us and our order. We didn't order drinks because i am fasting from all alcohol. They filled our cups with H2o and some lemon.. our ahi tuna taco was really delicious!

I like industry kitchen. I've been a few times since it's close to my job. I've been for happy hour and lunch. They have a decent lunch prefix for $35 and the cocktails are good. Price range is $$ most of the items are $20 and up including the drinks. Service is always pleasant and outdoor seating is available with a nice view of the water and passers by.

Second time at Industry Kitchen . Great view of the beautiful South Street Seaport. The menu has a pre fixe option which is very reasonable. The food was really good both times. I had Gnocchi at the summer visit , it was so delish. This visit I opted to try the Salmon served plated on top of very creamy potatoes. The lamb meatballs are very filling and you can always taste the difference when they are freshly made. The desert choices are filled with variety, I loved their Pumpkin Crème Brûlée. Drink menu has something for everyone - impressive rotating beer too! Service is great, such friendly employees . Take advantage of the great photo opportunities , inside and out.

It was a pleasure to indulge in the Alpine Luxe: The Ski Chalet Experience. The vibe of the restaurant was spectacular. It served luxury ski resort vibezzzzzz with all the attention to detail and photo opps! The wait staff was outstanding and the food was delicious. I would truly come here again for any other themed events that they have in store. So grab ya friends or family and have some cocktails, nibbles, giggles and s'more(see what I did there) lol. This restaurant is #BarbieApproved

A December to Remember kicked off on a rainy night. The decor of the seasonal igloo was on point for the season. The mini heater was great until we needed to turn up the temperature. The photo opps were kitchy and cute. Service was expedited and on point. Props to the kitchen for minimum wait for delicious cuisine.

Truffle Potato Wedges

What a great find along the river in FiDi! We stopped in before a Pier 17 concert and it was the perfect choice -- fun vibe, spacious indoor/outdoor seating, great views, and tasty food & drinks. The vibe? Bright, welcoming, and open, with plenty of spots to soak in the scenery. Service was a little on the slower side, but honestly, the food and atmosphere more than made up for it. The Truffle Potato Wedges were crispy outside, soft inside, with just the right hint of truffle. The Mini Lobster Tacos were flavorful (tiny, but delicious!), and the Grilled Lamb Lollipops were a standout. The Braised Short Rib Bao Buns were also a winner -- I'd order them every time. The menu has a little bit of everything: wood-fired pizzas, flatbreads, salads, and hearty mains. Bonus: brunch on weekends (12-4pm) and happy hour Mon-Fri (3-6pm) with great specials for the area! Cocktails are a must here. The Purple Butterfly (Patrón cucumber tequila, elderflower, lemon) was so refreshing, and the Passion Fruit Frosé is a no-brainer if you love frozen drinks. Overall: great food, great drinks, great atmosphere -- highly recommend if you're in FiDi or headed to Pier 17!

A must try place for the summertime! This restaurant has gorgeous view of the water and makes you feel like you've stepped out of the city. We arrived with no reservation and were immediately seated although the restaurant was still crowded and lively. I ordered the grilled tuna salad which was highly recommended by the waiter and it did not disappoint. The portion was very large, fish fresh, and tasty. My friend got the miso salmon which was also recommended and she enjoyed. Everything around us looked delicious, especially the pizzas!

Burger was amazing, drinks were delicious, music was phenomenal, and our server Ryan D. was fucking awesome.

While I can't comment on the wine list personally, I know they are well-known for their extensive selection. After placing our order, we were delivered the sesame pizza bianca, which is a complimentary starter bread with dinner. The bread was a nice size and light and airy with a perfect crust and a delicious, crusty sesame seed bottom. The prawns were our starter and came three to a dish. They were sizable, though since they are served with the head and tail, there isn't a ton of meat on them. That said, they were flavorful and juicy with a nice sauce and just the right amount of spice that didn't overwhelm the fish. The snowdance chicken was the star of the show! It was incredibly juicy and tender with perfectly prepared skin, so I was happy to learn they keep this on the menu year-round. It was topped with some spinach that was solid, though nothing special. We also ordered a side of mushrooms which came with a creamy sauce and fish roe intended to be mixed at the table. The roe wasn't fishy at all but added a great element of umami to the flavorful, well-textured mushrooms. Overall, the service was very professional, though I thought the pacing could have been improved as the dishes came out a bit slowly. I would also recommend ordering at least two dishes per person, as the three plates we shared between two people felt like just a touch too little food. I'm already looking forward to going back--I'd try the winter chicories salad or the veal sweetbreads next time, but I'm open to exploring everything since the quality is so high. I noticed a side dish listed on their online menu that wasn't actually offered in person, so it might be worth double-checking if you have your heart set on a specific item.

I made reservations after seeing their special hot chocolate on social media and had a wonderful meal! Started off with the hiramasa which was fresh and went deliciously well with the citrus-y and sweet cara cara orange, as well as the aji peppers! The castelfranco chickory salad was fresh, crunchy, slightly creamy and slightly tangy - basically everything you need in an appetizing salad! Their house sesame bread was fluffy and chewy with a good amount of sesame flavor without having too many seeds. For mains, the farfelle was very interesting and tasty! The pasta was al dente and the sauce was addicting! At first I was wondering if it would resemble a nut butter, but it was creamy with very prominent walnut flavors and interesting texture (perhaps from the blended walnut skin component?). The addition of burrata and other cheeses was perfect for a cheese-lover like me. The pork chop was flavorful, well-seasoned, and juicy. The leek and cabbage mixture soaked up all the sauce and I wish there was more! Their special hot chocolate with an espresso martini marshmallow was fire!!!! Hot chocolate was decadent, not too thick, and not too sweet. The toasted marshmallow melted quickly but definitely had coffee and alcohol flavors. The amount per serving doesn't appear a lot but appropriate considering how rich it is. The mascarpone dessert had a great balance of fluffy cream, extremely crispy phyllo, and crunchy nuts with a touch of chocolate and vanilla! For drinks, I was really curious about the bi lemongrass but they ran out. Staff recommended the semiplume, which felt like a beer, tea, and sparkling wine all at once! Loved the floral aroma and bitter tea notes. My partner's cocktails were also well executed. Staff were nice and friendly. We got seats right by the kitchen so staff often checked in with us, including the chef!! Vibes were intimate with the dim lighting and minimalist decor. Definitely want to come back to check out their chicken and other dishes!!
