I can only speak to the Dallas location at Knox/Henderson. I have probably bought 8 suits, numerous dress shirts and so on over the years. I worked in retail before and the fabrics and workmanship have always been great. The service is nearly as good as what you would get paying for a $3,000-$5,000 suit from a local tailor. The measurements and fitting process is virtually identical, except that they put the measurements into a computer. Yes, made in China and shipped DHL. I have alway received mine within 3 weeks. The big difference is the cost. Even with upgradees to the top fabrics you are usually between $600 and $800. compared to 5x that from a local tailor. Yes. It is busy there, which should tell you something good. I read a comment about someone losing their shipment via DHL and expecting Indochino to cover that. I'd suggest setting up DHL (you get a confirmation when shipped) for signature required if you have any concerns about the security of your delivery drop. That way no signature means you didn't get it. Hope that helps. It has never been an issue. I recommened this to my future son in law getting a suit for the upcoming wedding. Visited the new location in the West Village. Customer service is terrible. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. My husband is a long time client. He just needed to update his measurements and get a new suit. They turned us away when we visited the previous location because we needed to make an appointment. We made an appointment which they moved several times. We finically got in and were a few minutes late and they wouldn't help us. Sales staff was rude. Such a shame because we loved their suits but we went next door and had a much better experience at State & Liberty! They were lovely and ordering a custom suit there was so easy and a wonderful experience and their suits are even machine washable! Will be taking our business there from now on. read more

Service is just terrible you walk in and they hand you a mask. Then they start backpedaling and making excuses about how long it is to wait for a jacket when you haven't even seen the merchandise yet. He says he has some velvet jackets on the back wall but I'll have to wait for him to finish talking to another customer And waited I did, even went to the bathroom came back out still talking and talking and talking and talking and talking to the other customer. Another sales lady is pacing around doing absolutely nothing ignores me, finally I just walked right out the door, they give not care about it. I own two suits from Indochino. One has the canvas sticking out of the shoulders, and the other has crooked sleeve buttons. I just purchased my third suit from them and I have been double charged and they lost my custom detail order. They still seem to be the best bang for the buck in the under $400 price range, but I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with their service/products. Update: I've been dealing with this overcharge issue since May, it's now mid July. It still isn't resolved. read more

Came here as the best man for my cousins wedding. There were 5 of us and only one person (the groom) got a correctly "fitted" suit. The rest of us? It's like they didn't take our measurements. Suits are cheap material from China where they mark up the costs 500%. Not to mention they do not do refunds or returns even if they were the ones that messed up your suit. 1 free alteration, after that it's $175. You are better off going to Men's Warehouse and getting a 100x better quality suit and lifetime alterations... read more

They were able to find the perfect materials and fit for me in under an hour. Needless to say, I have my new favorite suite. Buyer beware! *Honest review from a real customer. They have very very strict policies about returns/refunds (which there are none) so I highly recommend you read my bad experience so you can make the informed decision on whether you wanna roll the dice and risk having a similar experience like me and pissing away money on a suit you will never wear (in my case $1200 - 3 shirts, 2 suits). You ever purchase something, then after the experience is over you wish you could go back in time and stop yourself from spending the money and doing business with that company? Me too! That is exactly how I feel right now with my purchase from Indochino. I had two months to get a two suits for my wedding and engagement photos. I thought, "Hey. I should do something different since it's a special occasion and get a custom suit. It would be worth it and I have more than enough time for them to make it." I was wrong on both accounts. The customer experience started off really good. The photos on their website and mannequins in the stores are all wearing very nice fitted suits which is a great marketing strategy. They also had a lot of fabrics to choose from and when you get measured in store, it truly makes you feel like the suit will fit like a glove once they are made. You ever see those expectation vs reality memes about people buying stuff from foreign websites and the photos of what they got comparing to what was shown? Well, that is immediately what crossed my mind when my suits arrived. Just for context, I'm 5ft 9 and about 165 lbs with a slender/medium build. When I say that an off the rack suit fits me ten times better than these did, I'm not exaggerating which is ironic because you would think that a suit uses your very own measurements would be more suited (no pun intended) for your body shape then something that was genetically made for everyone. So let's get into what was wrong and there was ALOT. I even started to wonder if they even used my measurements at all or if they mistakenly got mine mixed up with Danny Devito or some weird shaped alien. First off, the overall fit of the suit was really funky and weird. Everything was disproportioned and "ballooned" making the suit billow out which was totally unflattering. It also made me look three inches shorter than I was which no guy wants to feel. Specifically, there were a lot of details that were off. The pants on both suits were one inch too short (which could not be fixed). One pant even had one leg longer than the other by a whole inch and a half which is comical to me. Another thing wrong with the pants was that the crotch was cut way too tight. I couldn't even sit down comfortably without fear of ripping the pants straight down my butt cheeks. When I did sit down, the already short pants would ride up even higher. Because the pants were so tight in the crotch, it also made the pants flair out to the point where if I was standing still, it looks like someone was filling my pants with air. The jacket had less issues but still didn't fit quite right especially around the chest and armpit area. The shirts only had one issue (all the arms were three inches two long) but it was mind blowing because who on Earth had arms that long in proportion to their body. Did they even look at the shirt after it was made?? I called Indochino customer support and they behaved like this is supposed to happen telling me it's expected to have to alter garments again once they arrive. Like what?! Isn't that the whole point of going through the trouble of getting measured? Some of the stuff was unfixable (and no refund policy) and the stuff that could be fixed, there was so much wrong with the garments that the price to fix it exceeded the credit the are able to give you to do so. Unless I wanted to pay extra out of my own pocket I would be out of luck even though they were at fault for not getting it right. They said that I could bring it in to their store to get it fixed but it would be a six week turnaround which was not an option because after that DHL debacle, I didn't have enough time! So, I'm out $1,200 (because I won't ever wear those suits) and I had to spend another $600 to buy yet ANOTHER suit from Nordstrom's which, funny enough fit perfectly except for the length of the pants. Hopefully if you are reading this and still decide to do business with Indochino, I truly hope you have a much better experience than I did. read more

I would stronlgy advise against using them. I ordered two suits a few weeks back and paid in full. They are send from somewhere abroad through DHL; probably China. According to DHL the package was delivered and signed for by me but that never happened. I called Indochino and asked what to do but all I got in resonse was "Not our problem, get with the shipper" So now I`m out over 1,000 bucks and left out in the cold. I bought several suits there but after this, they won`t see me there ever again. So if you value your money, stay away from them. I can not afford to throw money away but that`s exactly what I did thanks to them. read more

Kelly went out of her way to make it a good experience and to make sure that I had the absolute best fit possible. I had seen this store featured on a popular men's fashion program on YouTube, so my expectations were set HIGH! I went and was measured for two (2) suits. I was told they would be in about two weeks from order -- they weren't. When they did arrive, after EXTENSIVE measuring upfront when I initially came in to "get it right", the jackets BOTH had to be entirely re-ordered as they were massively off in sizing, so add another 1-2 weeks to the already late order received. Am I "happy" with the suits -- they're OK. But would I ever purchase from here again? Probably not. I just wasn't that impressed with the overall "experience" given the build-up I had prior to going there, let alone all the advanced measuring that amounted to nothing. I won't say "don't shop here" -- just don't get your hopes/expectations up too high as I did. There are other comparable options out there in the same price range and for similar quality. read more

My husband and I headed to Indochino for a wedding suit upon friends recommendations. We were amazed by the quality service from Morgan and team. Measurements were complete and exact. It was incredibly fun to choose suit cloth, lining and personalization. We headed back for alterations and ended up purchasing two (2) more suits for under the department store cost for one. RUN AWAY! RUN LIKE HELL! Good lord I wish I didn't have to do this in the mix of all the other things that went wrong for our wedding. We got married in March 2020, and I had ordered a custom suit for it. I was in about $900 for my suit, which is crazy especially for the absolute circus it turned out to be. I went for the original fitting in September. If you do math, that's six months before the intended wedding date. (Should be plenty of time, right?) I spoke with a lady named Morgan, who may or may not still work there. She was a manager at the time. Morgan was kind, but a very dry personality. She did not take well to jokes, nor did she answers many questions for my best man and I. We spent around an hour getting measured, choosing fabrics, and making sure everything was input correctly. They told us it would be around a month and our suits would come in for "final fit" (never heard such a joke in my life....) when our suits arrived, we went in for a scheduled appointment. My jacket couldn't even fit my shoulders, and the pants were a few inches too short. They told me it would be a total remake, and redid the measurements. Aaron , my best man, had a decent fit, but they did all of the custom parts of his suit wrong. This meant that every other groomsman got the wrong suits as they were ordered to match his. That resulted in 9 suits needing to be entirely redone. Still not a problem with 5 months to go, right? The second time they came in, my suit was massive, and still did not fit. They said they could tailor it though and I'd be good to go. Aaron's suit was not as good as the first one, and required more help. The nightmare ended for Aaron's suit on the third visit. His fit. Mine however, had been cut and stitched. It was not correct but worse still now they had to order an entire remake. This was. The third attempt. Four months to wedding day, and I'm getting nervous. A month later, it arrives, and is still horrible. They tried to tailor it, and we're not successful. We remeasured, and reassessed. They tailored it again, and it was close, but not right. One month til wedding day, I'm still waiting for my suit. It came back two weeks before, was not only imperfect, but a pretty horrible fit. I did not have time to get it fixed. On top of all of this, the other seven groomsmen dealt with similar problems at each of their local stores. It was a horrid experience, and we lost around $4000 total between the lot of us. Subpar tailoring and unprofessional. My fiancé came here for his wedding tuxedo. When we originally bought it, they had system issues and incorrectly rang his card. When we received the tux a few weeks later, it was far from well fitting. We made an appointment to go back -supposedly all their systems were down (again) and they couldn't enter anything in the computer. Finally after all of the alterations, we went back yet again and it still did not fit perfectly. We were basically told they couldn't do anything else and we should just steam the jacket. We also were told he shouldn't have chosen a single vent jacket- which is what was suggested to him at BY THE INDOCHINO "STYLIST" at Appointment 1. Indochino markets itself as being custom and made to order however that is not the experience we received. We now have to go to another tailor. read more

Worst experience ever, i bought a suit at indochino frisco and the stitch in the pants were not done right. I went back to the store to get them to fix it yet again they were not able to do the job properly. I asked to speak with someone in the store but literally they always have one or maximum two employees working at the store. So you can never get hold on anyone. Left a message on their website, sent emails no response at all. Horrible customer service, i would highly recommend everyone to check out Suit Supply , much better quality, prices are a little higher but fantastic customer service. Excellent experience! My fiancé got his tuxedo in a timely manner. They are very diligent and methodical when taking measurements. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. It might take a few iterations for your first suit, but repeat purchases are a breeze. Just go in, pick your customizations and you're good. Quality material and great structured suits. My experience so far is on going. The fitting experience was great, I got measured for a 3 piece suit. The scheduling was extremely easy to use and the actual fitting was very laid back. The suit arrived in time as scheduled but needed a few adjustments and the jacket is having to be redone entirely. As I was dialing the customer support number I was just ready for it to be a hassle, but after two calls and a couple of emails back and fourth I have had nothing but great experiences. They asked for me to send 3 pictures of the jacket and 3 of the pants. About a few hours later I received a personal email saying that they would be sending another jacket at no cost. The pants I took to a tailor and now they fit great. Still waiting for the 2nd jacket to come in but so far it's been some of the best customer service I've experienced. When I walked in there were two females on computers one was on Facebook and the other was watching college football. Turned around and said hi and continued about their day. My suit came in within the 2 week window with no issues. I went back in for some minor adjustments with no issues. They even got my suit turned around in a day around the holidays!
