I honestly went in expecting that I wasn't going to buy anything, but I was so wrong! My attendant was absolutely incredible. From the moment the appointment started, she made me feel so comfortable and completely broke me out of my shell. I initially picked out 5 dresses to start, and I told her my budget was $1,100. She assured me she wouldn't pull anything over my budget unless I specifically picked something above it. Every time I tried a dress on, I would tell her what I liked and didn't like about it. She would then let me, my mom, and my sister look at it for a little bit while she went off to find dresses that she thought would better fit the things I was looking for. She was so attentive and really listened to every little comment I made. I think it was the 4th dress I tried on when I came out of the dressing room and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were literally cheering me on. That's when I knew something was different. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. It was basically a mix of all the design details I had been hoping for, and the best part? It was only $536!!! Absolutely insane. She still had 3 more dresses lined up for me to try, and when I was putting on the next one, I already had it in my mind that I wanted the previous dress. I was honestly worried she might be more forceful about having me try the rest since she had taken the time to pick them out for me, but she was SO incredibly kind and patient. She let me try the dress back on, walk around in it, stand in front of the mirror to see how the train looked, and even go downstairs to see it in the natural sunlight. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She was so thoughtful about making sure I was completely confident that it was the one. I couldn't have asked for a better first wedding dress shopping experience. 10/10 experience, 10/10 dress, and I seriously cannot wait for my wedding day!!!

A few days before my initial bridal appointment, my stylist Abbie gave me a call to get a sense of my vision for my dress and we proceeded to email back and forth about a few gowns that could fit the vibe. I loved this because it allowed me to have a solid starting point upon entering the shop in person. Throughout the appointment (1.5 hours), my parents and I were treated with warmth and care, and we never felt rushed or pressured. They had a great selection of dresses, and Abbie pulled all the right ones to help me arrive at my top two that day. I took about a week to think through everything before reaching back out to schedule another appointment to say yes to the dress (I couldn't stop thinking about it that entire week)! I ended up finalizing my dress at a&bé about 7 months before my wedding day and while they initially informed me that they may need to rush the order, they were actually able to get the dress ordered without any rush fee which was great. And furthermore, my dress ended up arriving way before the timeline they gave me as it only took a little over 2 months! Pricing was also within my budget and comparable to other shops I visited.

Alexi reached out at the beginning of February (my appointment was at the end of February) to introduce herself, gather initial information about what I was looking for, and get to know me. She instantly made me feel at ease opening up to her. I was anxious as this was my first time trying on dresses. Alexi was so kind and understanding. I shared that I did not want to know my measurements, and she completely respected my wishes the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment, she made me feel like the most important woman there and the most beautiful human. She found my dress on the first try (I kid you not), but allowed me the space to try on others. She never pushed me or rushed me. She allowed me to try it on again at the end of my appointment, with it completely done up (veil, flowers, sleeves). It was truly one of the easiest shopping experiences I've ever had. I attribute a lot of that to Alexi; she is such an amazing person! Everyone at the salon, though, was kind and welcoming. I am sure every other stylist is just as great! The parking out front was not an issue for me; however, it is mentioned in their email when you book your appointment, so keep that in mind. I felt the price of the dress was very good. The last trip I made, I came in just for the final fitting with my shoes- thought we were good to go. The dress was shipped to our fashion designer who accepted it and got it all to the venue. When i got dress, it had not been hemmed- 5 inches too long. It had to be stapled or i would not have been able to wear it! When asked about the incident, she said I had not come in with my shoes which was simply not true. I paid a total of $4000 extra for alterations on a custom dress! She refused to take any responsibility for it and blamed it on me. I think she is an amazing designer, but i really got screwed-proceed with caution!

After having terrible experiences, being a plus-sized bride-to-be, we pulled our business from one bridal salon. We had appointments at so many others around the country, but they were so -meh-. The location: far North Dallas (maybe even Plano?) located in private lot which looks like a house converted into the gorgeous boutique. It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one. It was as if she read my sister's mind. It was perfect! Addie also explained so much about the bridal dress industry and alleviated so many stressors about time and tailoring. My dress came in quickly and was ready for pickup on 8/24/26. Unfortunately, my pickup experience was very different. I scheduled a 4:30 pickup appointment and arrived on time. According to the boutique's website, pickup appointments are supposed to last about 30 minutes, but I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes. I felt very rushed despite being the only customer in the boutique. When my dress was taken out of the garment bag, it was very wrinkled and the overskirt wasn't laying correctly from being packed in the bag. I asked if steaming would fix it, and I was told that it would, but that they don't steam dresses at pickup because "it will go right back into the bag." I understand the reasoning, but after spending $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I expected a little more care and presentation when seeing my actual dress on me for the first time. The dress was also much too large through my torso, which I understand is something alterations will fix. However, instead of clipping the dress so I could actually see how it would look when properly fitted, it was held tighter in the back by hand for a few seconds. I was then told to go ahead and change and meet her at the front. The entire experience felt rushed and underwhelming for what should have been an exciting moment. I was then offered in house alterations but after that second visit, I am not interested in coming back here so I will look elsewhere for that. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, and I'm still very happy with my original bridal appointment and the help I received from Keara. I just wish the pickup experience with the different associate had reflected the same level of service. When someone spends $2,500+ on a wedding dress, I think it's reasonable to expect the pickup and first try-on of their actual dress to feel a little more thoughtful and special.
