The consultant listened carefully to what our Bride was looking for and helped her select dresses in budget that were stunningly beautiful. The 2nd dress our Bride tried on was the one. We had 2 more dress store appointments so we asked them to hold the dress. Sure enough, after trying on dress at two other places...THE Dress was still here at Bridal Gallery. So that same day we called to see if our Bride could come try it on one more time. Again, they graciously welcomed us back, helped select a veil...and then...She said YES to the dress! There was never any pressure to buy. Angela and her team deeply care about helping brides find THEIR perfect dress (in a loving, caring & supportive way). I'd drive for miles and miles for this level of care & service!

The service was incredibly friendly, and I especially appreciated that they took measurements, something we were surprised to find other local boutiques skipped. It took me a while to decide to write this review because I hoped I would eventually move past my…read moreexperience, but every time I think about my Dina Hawidi wedding dress, it brings up negative feelings. I'm sharing this so other brides can make an informed decision and avoid a similar experience. I flew across the country with family for a 90-minute appointment, which required a significant investment of time and money. 90 minutes was the only appointment time offered, and extending it required booking and paying for a second appointment. Since they do not take appointments on Sundays and mine was scheduled for a Saturday, that was not an option. The staff selected a few dresses for me to try, none of which I liked. There was one specific dress I traveled there to see, and when I tried it on, I wasn't completely sold. One of the employees (not Dina) said, "Well what is it that you want then?" in a way that felt dismissive. I had only tried on five dresses total, yet I felt pressured to make a decision due to the limited time and the staff appearing visibly frustrated. The shop advertises itself as a customizable dress studio, but based on my experience, the only customization offered was the shape of the neckline. During try-ons, I was asked to stand on a platform, which made the dress appear to be the correct length. In reality, the final dress was much too long, requiring an additional $1,000 in alterations. The sample dresses I tried on had a more modest neckline, which is what I wanted. However, when I picked up my finished dress, the neckline was significantly lower and could not be corrected. This affected many of my wedding photos, and throughout my wedding day I felt uncomfortable and was constantly adjusting a very heavy dress. During checkout, the next appointment arrived and the employee completing my purchase rushed through the process and provided minimal explanation. Only one measurement was taken (shoulder to waist), which I later realized should have raised concerns. At the time, everything felt very rushed, and I did not recognize this until after paying the deposit. In total, I spent approximately $10,000 on the dress and subsequent alterations, and I was extremely unhappy with both the final result and the overall experience. Based on the way this business is presented on Instagram and TikTok, my expectations were very different. I recommend other brides carefully consider their options and choose a place where they feel fully supported and valued throughout the process.

Lo and behold, I would end up engaged the following year! Now I am a planner...for other people haha, and I am ashamed to say that I was NOT on top of planning my wedding. I am getting married May 30th of this year, and did not have a dress...UNTIL TODAY!!! :D Booking my appointment online was a breeze (and there is an email reminder to check in for your appointment 24hrs before). When I showed up today every staff member was upbeat and so so friendly, taking a personal interest in my style preferences and overall vision for my special day. Their selection was spectacular, and with the time crunch for my wedding date and my limited budget (at or below $1,600 pre-alteration) I did NOT. ONCE. feel like I was wanting for options. Being a plus size bride, I had been told, would come with a need to "adjust my expectations" when it came time to find a dress. Not here. Not with these women. Today was such a beautiful experience, surrounded by my friends and family, and finding my DREAM dress. But even with finding my dress (huuuuge sigh of relief y'all) I know that even if I hadn't, I wouldn't have left the shop feeling any different than I do now about the experience shopping with them. This crew is spectacular, and invested in the actual happiness of brides-to-be.

Very chic of you to curate your dream gown sustainably and smartly…read more If you are a bride currently navigating the overwhelming sea of bridal boutiques, let me save you months of stress: go straight to Luxe Redux. When I started my search, I didn't have a vision or a single style narrowed down; I was entirely starting from scratch. I went and tried on gowns at so many other places, feeling discouraged at most other boutiques and yet, every single time, I found myself repeatedly drawn back to the multiple incredible styles I had discovered at Luxe Redux. My experience turning that uncertainty into clarity was nothing short of phenomenal, largely thanks to their incredible team- MICHAELA, MARIAH and BRIANA!!! From the moment I walked in, they were endlessly patient, warm, and guiding. There was zero pressure, just pure, attentive hospitality and expert styling that helped me finally piece my vision together. Why Luxe Redux Stands Head and Shoulders Above the Rest The Couture Advantage (Without the Compromise): Getting to actually try on high-end couture gowns in-person is a game-changer when you are figuring out your style. You aren't guessing from a picture; you feel the weight of the fabric, see the movement, and experience the magic right there in the boutique. The Ultimate Try-On Perk: If you spot a dress on their site that happens to be at a different location, you can have it shipped directly to your store for a simple $50 try-on fee. It is an absolute game-changer and a massive benefit that opens up their entire inventory without the risk. Exceptional Value & High-End Design: Beyond their incredible designer selection, they also carry their own stunning, high-quality line. It brilliantly mirrors the fashion-forward, quintessential bridal looks dominating the high-end market today, but offered at an accessible price point that makes luxury feel effortless. Pristine Condition & Absolute Transparency: Every single gown is deeply vetted by the Luxe Redux team prior to hitting the floor. They are remarkably honest about both the condition and the pricing. There are no smoke and mirrors-just complete integrity. The Contrast That Proves Their Brilliance To put it into perspective, I had a truly dreadful experience with one of their competitors earlier in my journey. I bought a dress sight unseen based on their brand reputation without being able to try it on first, locked into a rigid, pricey contract. When the gown finally shipped, it looked nothing like the promotional images- and to make matters worse, I was stuck with a strict no-return policy. Shopping at Luxe Redux is the exact opposite. They provide an atmosphere of total trust, transparency, and luxury. The cherry on top? Days after my appointment, I received a gorgeous, hand-written card in the mail from Michaela! It is that kind of bespoke, thoughtful touch that proves they care about brides long after they've left the boutique. Ready to enjoy your wedding dress journey & avoid the high-pressure traps, while find a breathtaking gown with a team that feels like your chicest best friends? Luxe Redux- 100%!!!!
