DeLayna went out of her way to create the most incredible moment! It brought tears and I'm still incredulous. She ran out, THE DAY OF, to get Prosecco, a dozen white roses and a gift bag full of cherished delights so my daughter would have an amazing fitting. After having terrible experiences, being a plus-sized bride-to-be, we pulled our business from one bridal salon. We had appointments at so many others around the country, but they were so -meh-. Every bride-to-be deserves a fabulous experience, you know? We were concerned and quite nervous after falling in love with Nardos Design online... until this fitting happened. What a moment! The experience was totally a dream! My daughter felt like a princess! The dress (muslin) was so incredible, we all cried (including her maid of honor who we were on FaceTime with)! The last trip I made, I came in just for the final fitting with my shoes- thought we were good to go. The dress was shipped to our fashion designer who accepted it and got it all to the venue. When i got dress, it had not been hemmed- 5 inches too long. It had to be stapled or i would not have been able to wear it! When asked about the incident, she said I had not come in with my shoes which was simply not true. I paid a total of $4000 extra for alterations on a custom dress! She refused to take any responsibility for it and blamed it on me. I think she is an amazing designer, but i really got screwed-proceed with caution!

The location: far North Dallas (maybe even Plano?) located in private lot which looks like a house converted into the gorgeous boutique. It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one. It was as if she read my sister's mind. It was perfect! Addie also explained so much about the bridal dress industry and alleviated so many stressors about time and tailoring. We walked into a 2hr appt with no clue and 20 dresses waiting to dismiss or try on. I was recommended here by my bridal shop…read more Leighanna lost the sleeves that came with my dress. She kept them for reference to create a different longer sleeves but did not return them. When I contact her she first claimed they were at the bottom of the bag. They where not. Then she said would have return them at the first fitting. This was not the case because she kept them after the first fitting to use as a model the other ones. I had plans for them and wanted them back. The dress fit ok in the end but not perfect. It could have been tighter (I did not change sizes in between fittings). Price is reasonable, but to be fair I didn't price shop.

I only wanted the best and wow, I found it! Margo restructured my entire gown to perfection. She also handled some extra customizations for me, including joining together the deep plunge neckline (with perfectly matched lace!), removing the zipper back & adding a corset, and adding a bustle. The dress is two-toned multi-layered champagne/ivory lace with silver metallic threading and silver glitter throughout the layered tulle skirt. Margo's work was seamless (forgive the pun!) - it looked like the entire gown was made just for me. My dress was pretty to begin with, but it became a show-stopper! In addition to her incredible work, she is simply amazing to work with. She was so patient and helpful throughout all my emails, calls, and design finalizations. I had a blast at my dress fittings!
