She was so thrilled for the theme that it got me all amped for it, too. I was surprised how quickly the fitting went. I thought this was something that takes at least a half hour but she had me measured, signed up, and paid out lickety-split. The tux was delivered several days ahead of schedule. So much so that I didn't try it on for a while. It was nice to not have to worry about it arriving in time. I will say, the -1 star was because of the final fit. Disappointingly, the jacket sleeves were as long as I wanted the shirt sleeves to be, and the shirt sleeves were as short as I wanted the jacket sleeves to be. For all anyone could tell, I was wearing a short sleeved shirt, and no watch could be visible. TBT does offer a $15 credit to hem wherever you want, but that cost generally exceeds that anyway, and I didn't feel like spending even one extra dollar when the rental was pricey enough for me. Still, it was a great suit - emerald to perfectly match the theme. Got lots of compliments on it. Made me think I could own an emerald suit in general. Instead of shipping the box myself, I took it back to Calli because I was so grateful for her professionalism and enthusiasm that I wanted her to see the final product along with my girls in their pretty dresses. She was overjoyed, and she gladly took care of the return shipping for me. Quality and service are second to none at TBT. I would rent from here again, but if the final fit fails again that would unfortunately be the end of it for me.

She didn't say hello when we entered or know the answer to any of our questions (price, sizing options, etc) without consulting the website to find the information to the two basic questions she could answer. Needless to say, my best man tried on a singular jacket and we immediately left. If you're looking for a quality suit / tux rental in Dallas don't waste your time here. Check out generation tux instead because they will actually treat you well.

I've emailed, I have called and been on hold for 2 hours to be disconnected before speaking to a human, requested a call back to receive no call back. There are no phone numbers for the physical location. This is unacceptable and unnecessary for a bride to be stressing about a week before her wedding. I need a reply from a manager urgently.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their account reps completely changed my opinion. When I called to simply reduce our service frequency, the rep's tone was instantly condescending and argumentative. She repeatedly talked over me, raised her voice, and refused to transfer me to anyone else, saying there was no one higher I could speak with. The call left me feeling disrespected. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from Cintas before. It's disappointing to see a company known for good service tolerate that kind of treatment toward long-time customers.

They never bring back the correct amount of clothing that was dropped off the previous week and when you let them know, they either don't care and ignore you or they tell you that they didn't receive that amount. They are supposed to replace uniforms if they are in bad shape. They do not many workers here have shirts that are faded jeans really worn out they will not replace them. After so long of us bugging them that the uniforms were in terrible shape we were told that they could replace them they had us sign a form in which we were told that it was only to replace the uniforms when in reality we later realized they had us sign to renew our contract for 10 more years. At no moment were we told that we were renewing our contract we were told it was only to replace all uniforms! You email them about any matter they simply just don't respond. They have the worst customer service. Week after week its problems with this business.
