long review incoming but they seriously deserve the praise, TLDR 10/10 selection and staff, if i had to pick another dress i would shop here 100 times over This was the very first store I went to for wedding dress shopping, and I was SO incredibly nervous and awkward going in. I honestly went in expecting that I wasn't going to buy anything, but I was so wrong! My attendant was absolutely incredible. From the moment the appointment started, she made me feel so comfortable and completely broke me out of my shell. I initially picked out 5 dresses to start, and I told her my budget was $1,100. She assured me she wouldn't pull anything over my budget unless I specifically picked something above it. Every time I tried a dress on, I would tell her what I liked and didn't like about it. She would then let me, my mom, and my sister look at it for a little bit while she went off to find dresses that she thought would better fit the things I was looking for. She was so attentive and really listened to every little comment I made. I think it was the 4th dress I tried on when I came out of the dressing room and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were literally cheering me on. That's when I knew something was different. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. It was basically a mix of all the design details I had been hoping for, and the best part? It was only $536!!! Absolutely insane. She still had 3 more dresses lined up for me to try, and when I was putting on the next one, I already had it in my mind that I wanted the previous dress. I was honestly worried she might be more forceful about having me try the rest since she had taken the time to pick them out for me, but she was SO incredibly kind and patient. She let me try the dress back on, walk around in it, stand in front of the mirror to see how the train looked, and even go downstairs to see it in the natural sunlight. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She was so thoughtful about making sure I was completely confident that it was the one. I couldn't have asked for a better first wedding dress shopping experience. 10/10 experience, 10/10 dress, and I seriously cannot wait for my wedding day!!! read more

This is an overdue review as I visited in November of last year... I can only say good things about this bridal store. Shelley was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING!! So sweet and observant. The second dress I tried on was the one I left with. It was such a nice experience and I really got a steal of a dress. They worked great with my budget and I really, really love my dress!! Thank you so much to the team here. They were all sweet and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

Everyone at Brilliant Bridal was so nice and helpful - especially my stylist Bianca! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. When I walked in, I had no idea what I wanted in a dress, but by the time I walked out, I knew I had found the one! 10/10 read more

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Hannah was so very helpful from beginning to end, I would HIGHLY recommend her for your bridal needs. She was extremely attentive, not judgmental and made me feel so comfortable. I really valued her opinions and the options she picked for me! I had something in mind for my dress that I was dead set on and most of what I picked out for myself was on target. Hannah picked out 4 more options and the last one was THE ONE! She knows exactly what she's doing. I was extremely grateful for this experience as I was incredibly nervous about trying on dresses for the first time! I can not recommend this place enough and Hannah! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful! read more

I would unfortunately not recommend this bridal store as far as quality of service this bridal store is unfortunately not comparable to other bridal stores in the area. As a nervous first time bride myself and my friends did not feel welcome at this store and the quality of dresses are unfortunately not great compared to the price. read more

I came here with my friend and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were nice and friendly. They had private areas for each bride that weren't too close together. It was a secure location - you had to get buzzed in. They had a beautiful selection of dresses. read more

Booked an appt online and on my shopping day this was my second stop. After a morning spent at a different store (popular franchise), I was overwhelmed, underhelped and exhausted by the time I got to Brilliant. But from the minute me and my bridesmaids walked in the door, we were showered with friendly greetings and personal attention. From the ladies at the front desk to the staff working the showroom, I felt like I was among my besties! My consultant, Layney, was right at our party's side. I didn't have to chase her down, nor did she pressure me to say yes to something I didn't love. She was helpful, patient and stayed with our group for our entire appointment. She helped me try on several picks (some more than once, and never made me feel like a nuisance) paired me up with veils and honestly brought back the joyful and giddy feeling that had faded from being disappointed and rushed at the previous bridal store. By the time I said yes to my dress, I could have added Layney as another bridesmaid! If you want personal attention, space for your best girls to shop with you and the most BEAUTIFUL selection of quality dresses at an affordable price - shop Brilliant Bridal! read more

Go to Brilliant Bridal!!! I had been to a few other shops and was honestly feeling so discouraged--nothing was quite right for the price and I didn't feel heard. Then I walked into Brilliant Bridal and the energy completely changed. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! Cherish was my stylist and she was an absolute rockstar. It felt like shopping with my bestie--she hyped me up, totally got my vibe, and actually listened to what I was looking for. Every dress I tried on was a winner but ultimately we found the one!! It was my dream dress and I am just so thankful for the whole experience with Cherish and Brilliant Bridal! If you want a fun, positive, and seriously special experience, run (don't walk) to Brilliant Bridal--and definitely ask for Cherish!! ‍ read more

Absolutely loved this boutique! I had an appointment at another shop which was right down the road but didn't find anything I liked. We called Brilliant Bridal while at lunch and they were more than happy to welcome us in! Lizett was such an amazing consultant, customer service was exceptional when comparing to my previous store. The entire staff was so kind. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing experience. Other boutiques do not live up to the hype of cinema romanticizations of the dress hopping experience. This place exceeds them. The service is absolutely AMAZING. You feel more beautiful than you could imagine by the time you leave because the staff goes out of their way to lift you up. Natali (who sweetly dubs each client her new bestie) was my stylist both times and treated me (and the bridesmaids) like a queen. She did not pressure me at all and worked so hard to make the process fun and special. You can bring your own champagne to the well-appointed seating area where you can show your looks off to your crew in omni mirrors while the stylist fluffs and trusses. All dresses are off the rack so you get to take them home but it is in no way a bargain bin type place; though the prices are definitely bargains. It is a beautiful boutique full of so many different possibilities. read more

I said, yes to the dress with the help of Cherish. Both my mom & I love her! She has such bubbly personality & was so helpful. I even found the perfect veil to match my dress. Come to find out, I found the exact same dress at another bridal store, but it was $500 more. I'm glad I got my dress at Brilliant Bridal! read more

If I could reccomend them everyday I would! I had the absolute BEST experience here. My attendant picked out the exact dresses I wanted based on my description. She was attentive, warming, and provided the best service. I was planning to visit another store but had to cancel due to saying yes to the dress after 8 try ons! Then I found out my dress was 50% off! The next day we did a mock try on for my friends and was able to ask them to be my bridesmaids! They helped plan it all. Everyone was super nice and I wish I could experience it again lol I recommend 1000%! read more

This place is the BEST! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses since getting engaged in February & I was a bit nervous due to the fact I'm hard to please when it comes to dresses. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Mikala C. who was kind, supportive, and SO helpful through the entire appointment. She truly was the best and I 100% recommend working with her if you can! I tried on a handful of dresses and then noticed one they had placed on a mannequin and she was kind enough to take it off the mannequin just so I could try it on- it absolutely turned out to be the one for me!! It felt like a fairytale dress and I'm so excited to wear it on my big day. They have such a great selection & they make the process so easy for their brides, so I would absolutely recommend this place! read more

Brilliant had a great selection of gowns. Even if you looked through gowns 1-2 sizes larger, they were affordable enough to get the alterations done. The staff is great, and you don't feel rushed along. I won't post my gown pics here, but I can tell you it was gorgeous and I felt stunning!! I paid probably a 1/4 the cost this gown should have retailed for. Thank you Brilliant Bridal! read more

I cannot give enough of a glowing review for our experience at Brilliant Bridal shopping for my daughter's wedding dress! 10 stars! Cherish is AMAZING and everything you want in a stylist. She's sweet, kind, FUN, and knowledgeable beyond. We absolutely loved her and had the most wonderful time. We visited multiple boutiques but the "one" was here. Overall: amazing and best experience! Extremely grateful. AIESHAAAA IS THE BESTTTTT. All the details: I recently moved from Dallas to San Francisco. I flew back to Dallas in April 2023 to visit family and go to a few bridal stores. I am paying for my own wedding and I am a teacher so i'm broke broke lol. Brilliant Bridal was my second store out of 4 booked places.... and I found it on Google! I went in with low expectations because I didn't realize how expensive dresses are/were. When I walked in, the place was so bright and CLEAN! We were seated by the window... loved the natural light because our wedding is a bit outdoors. Aiesha was AMAZING!!! She did not give me her option or persuade me (which I like). I was able to make my own decisions and she even gave me half an hour to chat with my family after trying on 3 dresses. I was able to pull my own ideas of what I liked, Aiesha was going to pull more but I fell in love with TWO! She placed multiple veils on me and some other cute accessories to make it feel REAL. My budget was $700-800 for the dress but overall $1,200 for alterations and a veil. The fact that I don't need ANY alterations and my dress was about $900-950 including the tax and the nice travel bag... AMAZING! Bonus: My baby niece (6-7 months old) was able to join us- most bridal places don't allow children, even babies. I love love my dress. I am forever grateful. I never went to visit any other stores! I tried on my dream dress but fell in love with a dress I didn't think would make me feel beautiful, elegant, unbelievable and allllll that. *Aiesha is the best* read more

I was never the little girl to dream about my wedding nor what my dress would look like, so I had zero expectations about what I wanted. I didn't even know where to go shopping (and honestly don't even like shopping). Somehow, I came across Brilliant Bridal and had the conviction that this is where I needed to go. I set up an appointment and on that day, I had my posse of 3 of my big sisters with me. I was so fortunate to be working with Megan - she deserves a whole paragraph: Megan is the bride whisperer. Remember how I told you I don't like shopping? Well, Megan made me ENJOY this experience. She is extremely passionate about helping ladies find their wedding dress and that energy is so contagious. She was extremely helpful with suggestions and was very honest about her opinions - which I absolutely loved about her. She wasn't pushy about any style or dress and just let me feel what I felt about each dress. Megan is a jewel when it comes to this and she has a bright future in this industry. With Megan and my sisters (and moms via video chat), I said yes to my dress - it's nothing I would have chosen for myself prior, but when I tried it on and Megan put those pins in it... I got "that" feeling. It's one I cannot describe, but wish it for EVERY bride when she finds her dress. I absolutely recommend Brilliant bridal, and if you get to work with Megan, your experience will be phenomenal, guaranteed (but if it isn't, it's not her nor Brilliant Bridal... it's you!) read more

I cannot recommend Brilliant Bridal enough! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment (just the day before!), Monique was the warmest, most reassuring person--she made me feel like I was in the right place before I even walked through the door. When I arrived, she and Layney welcomed us with open arms. Layney was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly listened to my likes and dislikes. After trying on the dresses I initially envisioned and sharing my feedback, she knew exactly what to pull next. Her attention to detail was unmatched, even selecting veils that perfectly complemented each dress, creating the full picture. What started as a clueless visit turned into an unforgettable experience. After saying yes to the dress, they sent us home with alteration recommendations and all the advice we needed to care for my dress before, during, and after the wedding. The team at Brilliant Bridal made wedding dress shopping one of the most exciting and comforting parts of my wedding planning journey. Their team is truly a blessing! read more

Service! Second shop in our search. Definitely an upscale level of service. Asked how many were in our party as we entered. Seems that determines what area they set you up. Happily the 2 of us allowed for a more private space which suited us very well. We were asked to peruse their inventory ourselves for a bit, but honestly a area of wrapped dresses that are so much taller than us was a bit daunting and initially we were not very successful. Our stylist Saunya seeing our lack of progress began asking questions about desired style, cut etc. and began shuffling a few curated gowns to the bride. What made this so very different from our first stop was inventory knowledge. She knew her product. Fourth dress in - she had discerned her style and body type as well as the more challenging requirement, some modesty in the dress. In a time where it seems skin is in on these gowns, romantic, feminine and modest enough was difficult to find. She did it. And when alterations were specifically suggested to assist in achieving this result, Monique came in with master techniques in showing the bride how the alterations would achieve her dream gown and supplied a list of preferred craftsman AND the one who she perceived to be her best choice to get there. Outstanding service, reasonable price and we left with the gown in hand. What more could we ask! Highly recommend! read more

I went to another bridal boutique before Brilliant Bridal and I'm so glad I held off on buying until I came. I bought my dress in February 2022 and got married in March 2023. I found a private-label dress that I fell in love with. The experience was amazing - I felt like the lady that helped me really took into consideration what I was looking for and made trying on dresses really enjoyable. I didn't feel pressure to buy or that I was getting shown dresses above my price range which was a huge plus. I highly recommend them! Oh my goodness, where do I even start?! My dress shopping experience started off less than desirable at a shop in McKinney - they didn't ask me (or my party) any questions about myself, our engagement, my style, our wedding... anything! I left feeling super bummed about my experience and less than excited about my other appointments in the days to follow. However, everything changed when we walked into Brilliant Bridal!! First, they take COVID precautions seriously (temps taken upon arrival, hand washing immediately, masks at at all and a limited number of guests!) which I'm always happy to see. Second, their energy from the get go is so great. They're excited to see you from the moment you walk in and it carries throughout the entire appointment! My consultant, Eboni, was top notch. I cannot recommend her enough! She immediately sat us all down, asked questions about our wedding, my style, etc. She really made an effort to get an idea of what I was looking for. Throughout the entire appointment she continued to get to know me, asking about my ring, fiancé, and our engagement. She listened to me, made great recommendations, and pretty much knew what I was thinking before I could even say anything. The selection and quality of dresses was amazing! I was worried they wouldn't have many different options or styles in my size but I was blown away at the variety that I was able to try on. I know shopping off the rack could possibly affect the quality of the dress but not at Brilliant - they were all stunning and in perfect or near-perfect condition. When I was ready to say "YES!!" Eboni knew it was coming - she brought over three other consultants to celebrate with me, brought tissues, took photos and encouraged the ladies trying on dresses next to us to celebrate with us too! It was perfect and exactly what I envisioned when I imagined myself saying "yes to the dress!" It was perfect - from start to finish. I'm still smiling and dreaming of my dress! If you're looking for a memorable experience and gorgeous (and super affordable) off-the-rack options look no further than Brilliant Bridal. You will not be disappointed :) read more
