I had the best experience at Warren Barrón. I went in for my appointment back in the spring and they were able to help me find the perfect dress for my wedding that was about 6 months away. They had a gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from, and the dress I ended up choosing was one they actually recommended for me to try on (that I would have never picked out for myself but ended up falling in love with the second I tried it on). They also helped me pick out a gorgeous and unique veil, and helped me stay within my budget the entire time. Stephanie did an especially amazing job and was just incredible to work with. She's so friendly, helpful, and fun to be around, and I loved having her help me every step of the way. From trying on dresses, to having their seamstress alter my dress, to try ons and pick up - Warren Barrón made the entire dress process a breeze. My dress looked so beautiful on my wedding day, and I was so happy! I would definitely recommend Warren Barrón to any bride getting married. read more

Warren Barrón Bridal - Leah said Yes to the dress!‍ - Bridal Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Walked into the store during a sample sale with about 6+ associates half of them just standing around not doing anything and no one said a word to me. I agree with the other reviewers that this is not a welcoming store. I was nervous about shopping by myself but still fully ready to buy a dress and yet I repeatedly had to go over to employees to ask for help or just listen to what they were telling other customers. Not sure why no one came up and offered to help me but I have a few ideas...... read more

The Warren Barron team knocked it out of the park! With their selection, advice, communication and tailoring, I could not have been happier with my experience. My favorite part is that they helped me tweak my unique Monique Lhuillier gown to just what I wanted. The whole team is so friendly and helpful - Marcos, Michelle, Benita and Cecilia made my bridal experience heavenly, thank you so much! read more

I have received better service at Chili's and I can't stand Chili's. I would leave it at what I said above but the review has to be longer. The lady that greeted us at the door was passive aggressive and condescending. The movie Pretty Women came to mind. Huge mistake. read more

This was our second stop looking for a wedding dress for my daughter. We wanted to try on some more classic dresses since we tried on more detailed dresses at the first place. We had a wonderful girl helping us. We spent 30 minutes picking out about 10 dresses and my daughter went in the dressing room as her sister, friend and myself sipped on champagne and waited. She tried on 2 dresses that we really liked and then she came out of the dressing room dressed in her clothes with tears in her eyes. I said why aren't you trying on any more dresses. She said the guy working there took them all out of the room and said they weren't right style for her. I was beyond mad! We had no budget and my daughter is normal size and beautiful. Anything would have looked good on her. We completely waisted our time at this place and he was sooo rude! They lost a big sale! We bought the most beautiful dress at the Iconic Bride. I guess he did us a favor! read more

Do yourself a favor and don't go here. The main owner was so rude and pushy. She just kept pushing the dress she liked. She kept just saying well envision it. It's like you can't envision a dress that you don't have in store. The attitude of her was condescending and not needed. I ended up leaving after they made me to the point of tears with their behavior. They made the experience overwhelming and not a good one. I could have bought a dress with them but ended up not and buying the same dress somewhere else because of their attitudes. If you wanna luxury bridal salon go to Neiman's. They will take care of you there. read more

I cannot recommend Warren Barron Bridal or their team highly enough. Catherine, the consultant who worked with me during my experience there, is a wonder. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and asked astute questions that helped me work out my own tastes and preferences. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so I was worried I wouldn't have the vocabulary or experience to communicate what I wanted in the world of dresses. But Catherine is endlessly patient and has a wonderful sense of humour that made the appointment truly enjoyable for my two friends and me. We had FUN, and I have so much more clarity about what I am looking for. She pulled dresses that looked INCREDIBLE on me and were PERFECT for my venue in England. I never would have thought to them on had she not suggested them. Notably, Catherine kept me steady and helped me step into all manner of dresses and was super attentive while I was taking them on and off. I never felt in danger of falling. It almost felt like my MOH was helping me try on the gowns. I went to A DIFFERENT salon later that day where the consultant didn't help me step in and out of the dresses, and I lost my balance twice. This made me really appreciate Catherine's attentive approach (and Warron Barron's enormous dressing rooms). Beyond that, I want to note that the salon was beautiful and clean. Their dresses are beautifully kept and in pristine condition when you try them on so you can fully appreciate how they will look on you for the big day. It was a magical, luxurious experience. Any bride-to-be who works with Catherine will be in extremely good hands. Finally, I want to say that I was slightly hesitant to go because I had read some reviews that there was little to no inventory below $10K. I'm glad I looked past those reviews and went anyway! They had scores of gorgeous dresses well within my budget ($5-7K). In short: 10 out of 10, highly recommend. :) read more

I had a wonderful experience here. The women in the shop were fantastic to work with and the gowns are absolutely gorgeous. This is a higher end boutique so when they ask for your budget, they aren't trying to be rude, they just don't want the bride to be set up for disappoint trying on expensive dresses they can't afford, which I understand. From start to finish we had a 5 star experience and I loved the personal attentiveness I was given. I haven't made a decision on a dress yet, but would highly recommend this place! read more

I was looking forward to my experience at Warren Barron during my bridal gown search, but unfortunately it was the most disappointing experience out of the 5 salons I visited in the DFW-area. I provided an email in advance of my appointment with the designers I was coming to look at and when I arrived at my appointment, was again asked to fill out a form with my interests - was my email not even acknowledged? It seemed like they were almost surprised to see me there at my appointment time. And then my budget seemed to drive the bridal consultant's every suggestion, to the extent that at one point she loudly announced across the salon that a gown "was $13,000" as I barely touched it. How does she know I wasn't willing to increase my budget for the dress of my dreams? I was there with my mother and future MIL, maybe they would also open their wallets for something I fell in love with? Also, do you need to yell as I peruse dresses? I'm trying to enjoy the experiencce with my family. I felt the service overall was condescending and passive aggressive, given I didn't up front say my budget was $10K. They also made me feel rushed since I didn't have the right budget for them, so in total, our appointment lasted about 25 minutes, compared to every other appointment I had which were close to 90 minutes. And to add, the other salons I visited were just as high-end: Stanley Korshak, Neiman Marcus, Stardust, and A&Be. The salon is beautiful and they have some great designers in store, but ultimately, if you're not willing to say you have an unlimited budget, DON'T include this salon on your bridal gown search. read more

If you are looking for a luxury bridal boutique that has professional, accommodating and friendly consultants, a beautiful showroom, and a selection to die for, go to Warren Barron. ********************************************************** I flew to Dallas from my home in Alaska to meet with my family and find my dream wedding dress in only 4 days. I went to several other ultra-high end bridal boutiques and just didn't have "the moment" in anything I tried on. My last appointment was at Warren Barron and I was getting antsy. I arrived with my entourage, and Catherine (my consultant) accommodated without question. I began trying on dresses but still didn't have that moment and was getting disheartened. Then I saw a stunning lace a-line on the "try on" rack on my dressing room and couldn't take my eyes off of it while trying on other dresses that were gorgeous, but just not "it." I tried on the lace dress and when Catherine pulled my train out so I could see it, I immediately had that moment, and knew the search was over. I don't remember if I had more to try on after this one, but it didn't happen. Catherine picked out a stunning, encrusted belt, lace bolero and matching veil to perfect the look before showing my family, and when they saw it, I finally was done searching for my wedding dress! The girls brought out champagne and we took pictures while Catherine discreetly handled the details of the purchase with my mother, including what I thought would be a shipping nightmare. Instead of there being a huge mess with getting a wedding dress shipped to Alaska, the boutique handled the shipping and made it as easy as it could be, and it arrived in perfect condition! I didn't feel any pressure to buy here, like I did at a few other boutiques in Dallas. I wasn't rushed, even though my appointment was at the end of the day and I had 10 people with me. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the ladies at Warren Barron made my wedding dress purchase absolutely perfect! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! read more

I don't like to leave 1 star reviews but considering the experience I had with just a phone call trying to schedule an appointment and getting "I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I know girls get excited to try on dresses but you should consider your budget first." Dear, my budget is high and that's not a concern. All I needed was to come in with an appointment to see your selections but instead you were more concerned about my budget. read more

The best bridal salon you will ever walk into! Stephanie was a DREAM to work with and made my dress buying experience amazing! This was the fourth bridal salon I went to and hands down the best! Warren Barron has the best customer experience I've ever felt with for any occasion. I can not rave enough about how they make you feel like a friend and not a client. It shows this is a high end salon with the experience to match! They did EVERYTHING possible to make sure I left with my dream dress. Thank you Warren Barron and Stephanie!!!!! "You have to take off the dress, or buy it now." "May I call my mom?" "Fine. Five minutes." "No. That never happened." "We don't do business like that." "If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?" The preceding quotes are comments from the sales consultant applying pressure to my fiancée during her purchase and of one of the owners when I called back. I approached the company owner in an attempt to negotiate a reasonable resolution to my fiancée being unhappy with her dress. I asked if she could take the dress back. "No. All sales are final." I asked if she could take the dress back with a 30% restocking fee allowing her to resell the dress and still make a profit. "No. All sales are final." I asked for a store credit. "No. All sales are final." So, I left. I spoke to my fiancé to let her know they wouldn't work with us. It was at that time that I got the full story of the high pressure sale. Being in high end retail sales myself, I was shocked and disheartened hearing the details and felt that the owner should be aware. I would be embarrassed if it were brought to my attention that my sales team treated customers in this manner. So, I called back and that is when things got weird. "No. That never happened." The owner implied that we were lying. "We don't do business like that." Everyone has a bad day from time to time and drops the ball. There is no business that is flawless. It is how mistakes are handled that separates the good from the bad. And, there was no ownership from the owner, only accusations that we were making this up. "If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?" I explained that using words such as "this story" again implies that we are liars. I also explained that they took the dress immediately and sent it off to have it cleaned. I had a custom suit made from scratch in the amount of time that it took to have the dress cleaned. We brought it to their attention immediately. The owner again implied that we were being dishonest. At the end of the conversation, the owner asked to speak with my fiancée which I thought would be great. She could get a better understanding of what happened. I would've spared my fiancée that conversation had I known that the owner was only going to continue to accuse us/her of lying. In closing, buyers beware. I would rate this place a -5 stars if I could. Based on previous reviews I see from other shoppers, we must have caught this place on an off day - both times. Hopefully, you won't have the same experience. If so, be prepared to deal with an owner that is arrogant, that will accuse you of lying and be irrationally defensive. I can take the loss in the thousands of dollars on this dress. That's fine and was expected knowing the sample sale was final. But, to have our integrity attacked and called into question by the owner of the store is shameful. I feel sorry for her. read more

While we had very nice experiences at various bridal boutiques in Dallas, there was something very special about our experience at Warren Barron. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought into this store and have created a very special environment. The showroom, the lighting, the consultants, and the dresses are outstanding. During both of our visits, Cecilia (one of the owners) was there each time. I think this was also a big part of why shopping at this boutique felt so different and personal. It was really a pleasure to be able to work with Colony (and Cecilia) and buy my daughter's beautiful dress at this store. read more

After trying on probably close to 50 dresses and nothing was "the one" or even close. I found my dream dress, a Vera wang iconic collection, that was apparently the hardest dress to find a sample of! I called all over stores in Texas for this dress and no one had it. The ladies at Warren Barron were the only bridal salon that actually offered to call Vera wang for me and find it. They even went so far as to order the sample gowns from Vera Wang so I could finally see the dress in person and not just online. They went above and beyond for me and I cannot tell you how great of an experience I had there. Out of all the bridal shops that I went to (Dallas and Houston) they were hands down the best. I got my dream dress without having to go to Nyc to get it. The contract is very clear and they go over it all with you as well. Thanks for helping find the "unicorn" of dresses. read more

I purchased my wedding dress from Warren Barron bridal in April of 2013 and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. After a full day of dress shopping with my mother and cousin and reflected back on my day and no one made me feel more special and beautiful than the ladies at W.B. They were patient and gracious and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. After falling in love with a beautiful Ulla Maija gown I still wasn't 100% sure. Knowing I had a few more appointments that day they were also gracious enough to offer me and my mom ,who had flown in from out of town, the opportunity to come back in on Sunday (when the shop is technically closed) to try the dress on again. At the end of the day I was torn between two dresses and had a different salon put me in the identical dress. Having the opportunity to go back made all the difference in the world. Getting back in the dress I know it was perfect and the store and associates were absolutely who I wanted to work with. I recently went into the newly located boutique in Snider plaza to try on the sample with my shoes and fit the muslin pattern. The shop is stunning, service impeccable, and I love my dress even more today than the day I purchased it. I typically don't write reviews unless I have a terrible or exceptional experience. My experience at Warren Barron has truly been wonderful and one of the BEST bridal experiences I have had since my engagement in February. I am so looking forward to working with them over the next several months. read more

After leaving that headache-of-a-place Stanley Korshack, my mother and my MOH decided to risk it and visit Warren Barron (without an appointment) since we confirmed that they carried Watters bridal dresses. I initially felt bad about simply walking in, knowing an appointment is required. But we walked in and were greeted soon after by fresh, smiling faces. Afraid that they would turn us away with our lack of appointment planning, they instantly and affectionately welcomed us in and began to ask what I was in the market for. Not planning on trying on many dresses at the time, before I knew it we were being catered to hand-and-foot and tried on six more gorgeous gowns without being disturbed by any other people around me. It was truly a relaxed and upscale atmosphere. I felt so comfortable and beautiful during this whole spontaneous process. The consultants at Warren Barron really care about the bride and making sure she feels special on her big day. I would recommend stopping here to any bride-to-be. I bought my gown, belt and veil from Warren Barron and they are one of my favorite vendors I worked with. The customer service is simply outstanding and the salon is light and airy (important when you want to see the detail of a gown). My bridal consultant was Alyssa (who is an absolute joy to work with) and Cecilia was been in the salon each time I visited, always with positive input. I visited other bridal salons that carried my gown designer and I simply could not think of buying from them. Warren Barron is far and above the best of the best in Dallas. read more

I had the most wonderful experience trying on dresses at Warren Barron Bridal Salon. It is such a beautiful shop and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have an exceptional collection of gowns to choose from with some really interesting designers I haven't seen elsewhere, and are really knowledgeable about changes you can make to dresses as allowed by the designers (ie add straps, move the waist, etc) which makes it a lot easier to know what your real options are. It is clear the staff has a lot of experience and is passionate about what they do. Great salon! read more

The ladies at Warren Barron are amazing! As soon as I walked in, they were so welcoming and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. I had my mom and 2 sisters with me and they made sure we were all comfortable and gave us the opportunity to leisurely look around the shop. When I tried on my second dress, I knew it was the dress for me and there was no need to look any further. After we purchased the dress, they were so communicative and kept me up to date on progress with the dress maker. My dress fit perfectly at my first fitting but they still checked every area of the dress to make sure everything was perfect. Wedding dress shopping seemed like a daunting task, but Warren Barron made it so enjoyable...I wish I had an excuse to buy another dress there. read more

Buying a wedding dress is SO fun and such a meaningful occasion. I had lots of friends go to Warren Barron and love it, so of course it was one of the 3 stores I visited right away! It was my second stop of the day after Stanley Korshak, and I had found a couple dresses I really loved. The Warren barron staff asked me, so I told them that and showed examples of my style, but my answer almost seemed to make them disinterested - like they had given up on me as a sale, since I already loved a few dresses. Rather than trying to win me over, I felt rushed and unimportant. They made multiple comments about my budget being too low (it wasn't the largest, but also not small - I found many options at comparable stores in Dallas) in ways that were not very considerate or welcoming. Although the simple fact may have been that my choices were limited there based on their inventory, and I don't think the staff was purposefully trying to make me feel bad, there is an effective way to deliver that message which was not used. If this had been my first wedding dress stop, I would have been discouraged about my options. Luckily I had some context to know my dream dress was definitely attainable within my budget, so I took my business to one of their competitors and found the perfect dress (under budget I may add)! I hope this was a one-off situation, which it may have been due to other positive reviews. read more
