This is a fine place for dinner if you live in the nearby community. The ambiance is the best part. There's a ton of patio seating and great views of the sunset over the golf course. Our waiter was great, but one of the food runners had a rude comment when someone in our party asked for an extra plate. The food itself was fine. I had a Cobb salad which is a safe bet that is hard to mess up. I think there's a lot of opportunity here, and I've heard from residents that there have been more improvements as of late!

Pretty good! Awesome spot to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Go hit some balls at the driving range spot and then grab some food. Food was nice, service was great. The bad reviews are super old and aren't about the food. Definitely a nice spot for a great low key meal

As of July 2025, the restaurant updated its menu. I really like some of the updates! We both enjoyed our meals. I order the chicken Franceses and the husband had the chopped steak. I'm not a huge fan of lemon, but my chicken was not overly lemon flavor. Not pictured was the mushroom soup! It was very delicious. You can ALWAYS bank on wonderful soups here.....I've never been disappointed with the soup....BUT, sometimes it doesn't always come out hot, more like lukewarm. Overall, great updates to the menu and great service like always!

When you live 15 miles outside of town, Indio Grille is a great option, but if you have the time, there is better value for your money

Yes, here I come for dine in. I enjoyed my omelette. Hubby liked his breakfast after it was replaced. The fried eggs, sausage and pancakes may have sat under the A/C because it was all cold. Our server was excellent & attentive and the music wasn't as loud as it normally is. The other staff members were also pleasant. First Watch remains a favorite!

Initially, a team member let us know they were closed and that the grills had been turned off. She kindly said she would check with the kitchen to confirm. While we were waiting, a hostess approached and immediately seated us. I explained that someone was double-checking whether we could even be seated since closing time was so close. There was a bit of confusion for a few minutes regarding whether grill items like pancakes and waffles were still available. We decided to keep it simple and order soup and sandwiches. But before we finalized our order, the original team member came back and let us know the grill was actually still on if we wanted breakfast after all -- which we appreciated. My husband ordered the Monterey Club with tomato basil soup and said it was amazing. I had the Ham and Gruyère Melt with chicken and rice soup. The sandwich was absolutely delicious -- perfectly toasted and flavorful. The soup, in my opinion, was a little mild, but still comforting. What truly made this a 5-star experience was the follow-up. The first young lady returned and introduced herself as Karen, the General Manager. She sincerely apologized for the earlier confusion and graciously provided us with a gift card to come back and experience the restaurant again. The way the situation was handled speaks volumes about the leadership and customer care here. We left feeling valued and appreciated -- especially considering we walked in right before closing. That level of professionalism and hospitality deserves recognition. We'll definitely be back.

Parking is good, they do share a parking lot in a shopping center. The taste, amount, and price was all in line with quality service. I will come back here again when I am in the area. But once again this morning was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken fried steak, gravy, biscuit, scrambled eggs and fried potatoes and the only thing worth eating was the eggs. The steak was the thinnest piece of (meat?) I have ever seen and look at the picture where the breading doesn't even stay on the meat (clearly a frozen piece of something). The gravy had clumps of what looked like flour and was tasteless. The biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and the "fried potatoes" were clearly fried right out of a frozen bag. Come on Haymakers you can try a little harder to give customers something they can stomach. To top it all off I asked the server if there was a manger and she said we don't have one until 11 AM (clearly inmates running the prison with no quality control). At least the server took care of the bill. This is one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had in Arizona. If I could give zero stars I would. "FIMP" Food is my Passion

We both loved the food! Since it was a Sunday, I knew it'd be busy. I figured it'd be a good idea to check whether Hash Kitchen offers a way to join the waitlist online. Luckily, they do! I joined ahead of time and we arrived about 30 minutes later. While there were tons of people waiting for a table outside, our table was ready within minutes of us checking in. We were promptly seated and our waitress did not take long to take our order. I wasn't sure how long the wait would be after ordering, but it was surprisingly quick considering how busy they were. We ordered the Boujee Biscuits to share. Those were delicious! It comes with three kinds of butter, but my favorite was the salted caramel one. We also each ordered the Best F#*%ing Birria Hash and shared a stack of the Buttermilk Pancakes. Everything was so good, but I especially loved the Birria Hash. Once we finished eating, I was able to pay by scanning a QR code on our table, which was really convenient. I can truly say we had a great experience.

My husband and I visited Hash Kitchen on Sunday morning right before 11:30 AM. We were able to join…read morethe waitlist online, but their process is a bit different than what we're used to. Even after joining the waitlist, you still have to check in with the hostess upon arrival, and there may still be an additional wait. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait for a table, or we could sit at the bar. We chose the bar, but honestly, we wish we had waited for a table because the bar area felt a bit tight. The bartenders were very nice, but at times it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed, as we had to wave them down a few times for assistance. One highlight was the live DJ--the music selection was great and really added to the overall atmosphere. For food, we ordered the Basic AF and the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, the food temperature was disappointing. The waffles were cold, and most of the Basic AF dish was cold as well, except for the eggs. The only item that was warm on my plate was the chicken. This is definitely something that should be improved--breakfast dishes should be served hot and fresh. For drinks, we ordered a Bloody Mary and wanted to add a mini Miller High Life, but they were out of stock, which was disappointing. Instead, we opted for a Corona, which felt overpriced at $7 for a single bottle--especially when it's being used as an add-on. A lower price point would feel more reasonable in that situation. On a positive note, I also ordered the Boozy Bag drink with a watermelon slice, and it was absolutely delicious--definitely a highlight of the visit. The restaurant does offer a good amount of outdoor seating with shade coverings, which is great for avoiding the sun. Inside, especially near the bar, you can hear the music much better, but it's still audible outside depending on where you sit. Our total bill for two came to about $70, so it's something to plan for in terms of pricing. One additional suggestion: we did notice bartenders and staff handling drink garnishes--such as fruit and decorative items like cotton candy--with their bare hands. For hygiene and cleanliness purposes, it would be highly recommended for staff to use gloves or some type of protective covering when preparing drinks, especially since these items go directly into customer beverages. Overall, we enjoy the vibe and energy here, but consistency with food temperature and attentiveness during busy times would really improve the experience. Also, it looks like they offer a rewards program that requires linking a credit card--we're not fully sure how it works, but it might be worth asking about for future visits.
