This is our second time coming here and so far it's been absolutely Devine every time! The food is spot on with the best flavor combinations and ingredients. I have been coming here for over 12 years. I don't know what has changed except the quality of their food. Not what it use to be. The Catalina salad was soupy and the seared ahi had sesame seeds added to it without being seared. Additionally, the mussels tasted like Tabasco was added to the tomato sauce. Saturday, dinner, March 4, 2023. The Village of Corrales, next to Rio Rancho, is a quaint, quiet farming community. This village lies next to the Rio Grande River and has a great view of the picturesque Sandia Mountains. Ingido Crows lies in the center of this village. I would highly recommend making a reservation before visiting here for dinner. The wife and I got lucky, as we didn't have a reservation, but they had room for us at the bar. Lots of dressed up customers and the entire place was bustling. Do not dress casually here. The bartender, Kevin, served us and made an outstanding wine recommendation. I ordered the sixteen-ounce, New York Strip steak ($42), medium rare. He told me to pair it with a glass of the Pinot Noir ($12), by Landmark, in Sonoma County. My entree came with caramelized shallot red wine demi-glaze, whipped garlic potatoes and thinly sliced zucchini. My wife ordered the lamb chop ($40) with a draft beer ($7). Kevin brought out a plate of toasted white bread with an EVOO infused dipping sauce. Not sure what was in that sauce, but we finished all the bread quite quickly. Kevin told us his favorite drink to make is an Old Fashioned and that he works two other jobs. My steak came out a perfect medium rare and every bite with that demi-glaze tasted magnificent. The wine paired perfectly with the steak, and Kevin told me I could probably find it at Total Wine. I inhaled those garlic mashed potatoes and they had a generous amount of real garlic. I donated my zucchini to my wife because I don't like any squash. Altogether, with tax, we paid $108.89. This is an upscale, fine dining restaurant with great food. I'd highly recommend it for a date night. We spotted our ex-weatherman and NM Governor nominee Mark Rochetti leaving the main dining room with his wife. Another stellar work dinner for 10, at this adorable, classy, yet down to earth place. Very good wine menu however I wish they offered the Flowers wine by the glass. Also sorry to correct here on Yelp, but it is "St. Supery" as in the winery and vineyard in Napa (been there a bunch of times) not "St. Suprey" as it is spelled on the menu. Our server actually corrected me when I ordered a glass and said "It is 'St Su-PREE.'" I didn't say anything, but for him to do that in front of my co-workers was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. He was definitely inebriated or stoned or both, as we all agreed. My sauvignon blanc glass came and was perfect as usual. Very good food and excellent options at this fine dining establishment. The Catalina salad, half order, was large and I didn't expect the presentation to be in a layered square with greens on the side. Delicious and savory nonetheless. My ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare and the gorgonzola green chile sauce was so good! The brie appetizer with a mostarda-like cherry and "pickled" fruit accent was tasty and tangy with sweetness that was appreciated. Our group enjoyed all the dishes served. Our server promised 2 servings of the sourdough bread after we ordered it, which we "didn't have to worry" about according to him, but we did. It didn't show up until halfway through our entrees and needed prompting a few times. We sat outside on the patio and it was a bit too dark and cramped and wished our second heater nearby, got turned on, but we had a great time regardless. Would definitely come back and sit inside which looked like a perfect mix of local class and Quiet Lux. 5 stars for the food, one star off for the awkward and overly "engaged" service. read more

Service was fine and attentive as needed. Teriyaki skewers were the high point. Charred romaine was burnt. My skinny Ribeye was ordered MR. Came out MW. Blue cheese dressing was bad. I like blue cheese usually. Sides were bland for everyone. The sea bass was good. The chicken was so-so. $12 for a $2 bottle of sparkling water seems a bit high. Great company had fun even with lukewarm old burnt coffee. Really bad, no refill offered. I was maitre de for fine dining at Al Montes 40 years ago so I know the business. The floor manager was sloppy in dress and didn't check on the guests. He just ran the pickup windows from the kitchen. Very disappointing dining experience. We won't be back despite good times in the past. Not worth complaining at the time. There are better options to be sure. read more

Place has beautiful scenery and used to be an awesome place to get away from the city for happy hour and good food, we sat inside, it was extremely loud cause they sit us so close to others- . I was mostly disappointed in the service and the ambience, waiter did not have proper hygiene, place was full of flies, he killed flies on our table and wiped it with napkins and it was disgusting. they could of easily brought something to prevent flies like other restaurants are doing in the area. read more

We had lunch here yesterday and I really enjoyed it. We sat on the patio and ordered the fish and chips and the green chile burger. Both of them were very good. They make their own hush puppies and the fish didn't taste fishy. The service we got was good considering they were pretty busy. We got our food in a timely manner. We dined here yesterday and have almost completely grave reviews of our experience. First off, the service was Impeccable. Our waitress was lovely and gracious, and fielded our extensive questions with knowledge. We ordered the white flight (four generous pours of sav blancs and a Chardonnay, all of which were impeccable and served on an impressive holder) and a margarita. Yum. Zero complaints. We started with the warm bread which was richly seasoned even before being dipped in the spiced olive oil. More yum. Throughout our visit, the staff kept an eye on our drinks and our water glasses. We also got custom cutlery and dishes based on our entrees. These were expertly times and placed. I see why this place has earned a spot in the high cuisine scene in ABQ. The house ambiance was lovely throughout (great music and fellow diners, and the tables/chairs/art were all well-chosen) and I personally loved the restrooms, unlike other reviewers. Very clean and with quality supplies, the restroom did not detract from the vibe. Our entrees were the lobster ravioli and the airline chicken. Yum cubed. I had the lobster ravioli and the fresh lobster, when dipped in the pasta sauce, was HEAVENLY. I may have closed my eyes and groaned, it was that good. The ravioli (which is one large "pillow") with the sauce was too salty for me to eat all of it so one half star deducted for that. The airline chicken was flawless, according to my husband, and it all disappeared quickly. We were too full for dessert so will have to budget more carefully next time to fit that in. We went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and thought the ambience would be perfect. Initially things were great and our server was amazing. The table ordered the crab cakes and baked brie for appetizers and they were quite delicious. For my entree, I ordered the duck and it was cooked quite nice to a medium rare, but the polenta was tasteless and gummy. I added a side of the grilled prawns that were slightly overdone but tasted quite nice. My girlfriend ordered the salmon that was cooked beautifully! But the restaurant does not know how to cook rice as the rice was crunchy and stale. Another entree that was served was the rack of lamb with mint jelly and couscous. The lamb was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, while the couscous was flavorless and dry. The establishment does cook meat well, but the sides are a bit problematic this time around. A man that looked like the owner seemed a bit tipsy and was berating staff as well as openly spitting profanities directed towards patrons. This was a big no and the main reason as to why I will not be coming back. I believe it to be most important that the owner is professional and respectful but he was not this night. read more

Bottom line up front: Maybe don't dine here? Unlike reviewer Allura L. - the front of the house "didn't recognize us." But somehow we were fortunate to be seated in front of the fireplace also. Our dining experience here was a disappointment: - weak food - poorly prepared cocktails - inattentive and unprofessional service from our waiter Cocktails: I find it annoying when a drink menu doesn't display prices for a simple Manhattan cocktail. Why? Is there "market pricing" for spirits annnd sea bass nowadays? Our waiter was, well, completely out-of-touch ... to be kind. He listened, but he wasn't really listening. For some reason he kept pushing the "surf and turf." When I explained that I am from New England, and probably unlikely, I'll order a frozen lobster tail in New Mexico... After many years of collecting lobster from the lobster boat at the dock. He continued to tell me how wonderful it is... And how I really surely should "try it" before I decided that fresh live New Hampshire lobster was better. Appetizer: Our warm Brie cheese arrived "cold" after an unusually long delay from when it was ordered. Remember, you'll have to also order a side of French bread... Because the Brie cheese is plopped on a plate without crackers etc. Our entree's of salad and protein arrived within a minute of our Brie App... so, ahh, well, you get the annoying picture perhaps. Dinner Entree: Salad + Protein Soggy overdressed salad and dry protein It was a slow Tuesday night, with a light dining crowd, and one "over served patron" (who migrated from the bar to the dining room) didn't contribute to a pleasant evening. Yet the restaurant continued to serve him cocktails in spite of his inebriated state. I provided our waiter with my credit card, halfway through our meal, and before we received a bill. I requested our check, yet 20 mins later had to get up from the table to track him down. Thankfully, I located him... And when he showed back up at the table, he still didn't have our check, or processed our payment via our credit card... instead, he was eager to tell us about the dessert options. O. M. G. Please just let me get outa here ... Please??? I am sure they can, and have, provided a better dining experience. But frankly, there's enough here to keep me from ever returning (except the fireplace, that was a welcome and pleasant surprise). A promise of an enjoyable dining experience - unfulfilled. Beautiful patio! Very relaxing with nice shade and contemporary, soft jazz. Our server was quick and very friendly, and we soon ordered and enjoyed our beverages. Indigo Crow has a great menu; many appetizers, salads and a wide variety of entrees. We chose two appetizers to share and a salad each. Everything was delicious! We shared the baked Brie and the steak kebabs (teriyaki), s and then I had the pear salad and hubs had the grilled romaine salad. Both salads were fantastic: fresh, varied, and with the right combination of ingredients. We were sorely tempted t enter offerings of filet and seafood linguine, but we stayed lighter because of the warm weather. We'll definitely return when it's cooler to taste the heartier dishes. We went on a nice august evening in Corrales and sat on the patio! Although the flies were a bit annoying it was still a great ambiance! We will go straight to food! Definitely try the pork belly as an app! It was crispy tasty greasiness! Amazing! As we waited our wait person was attentive! The entrees... amazing and simple! I had the filet and it came with mashed potatoes and zucchini and squash. The tasty simplicity and minimalistic approach was what did it for me! We arrived early for our 5:30 p.m. reservation and decided to enjoy Happy Hour at the bar. The staff was accommodating and seated us at our table right away. We took advantage of the Happy Hour menu, starting with a wedge salad and a glass of wine. For dinner, we shared the crab cakes, teriyaki steak strips, and the airplane chicken. Went today for my husbands 76 birthday. We sat on the patio and took 4 friends with us. Our waiter, Leo, was attentive, funny and did everything right. I was excited to have their fish and chips which I had before. This meal has changed!!! We got fish sticks!!! Indigo crow, what! You can do better!!! Everyone else loved their meal, Mac n cheese, chicken but sandwich, burger and beer salad. All loved their meal except the 2 who had fish sticks!! Shame. The patio was gorgeous, the staff, excellent. Welcome to a "nicely spaced" enjoyable patio lunch. Celebrating our local Queen B's birthday...Our Serveur Kyle recommended a very nice bottle of Emeritus Pinot Noir...we then shared the crabcakeappy...lump delicious....Our "Queen" enjoyed her Ahi Tuna Salad while her "Secretary" had the Green Chile Cheese burger with guacamole. The burger, though a half degree plusdone, was quite tasty. The guac definitely righted this burger. The portions are decent and invite togo...."boxedhappiness".
