Always a delight to see the different dishes created from the fresh ingredients grown locally. The pig was recently butchered, so we had to try the ribs. Everything was excellent and well seasoned. Desserts were all excellent. Dense and rich chocolate. Citrus panna cotta had great flavor and light. The ice cream was also full of peach flavor. Great waitress. We had 8:30 seating and were the last to leave, but we weren't rushed at all. We were seated on the patio which had tent walls and heater. It was loud when other filled tables were around us. We had a great time with friends and great food! The shrimp bisque was quite good with some crunchy topping and some bites of shrimp. Rib meat fell off the bone with the homemade bbq sauce on top. The favorite was the barramundi fish cooked in the paper sack and opened at the table. There were vegetables also inside the sack. The waitress poured the sauce infused with some oil over the dish, and the soft/tender fish dish was sublime! It's seasonal and soon going off the menu. The charcuterie board was fun with two kinds of cheese, three kinds of meat, candied pecans and almonds, olives, etc. highly recommend this place!

What an amazing dinner! Came here with my wife, daughter, and daughter's fiancé to celebrate my daughter's BIRTHDAY! This was the perfect place for that special occasion. Located on a farm with lots of acreage, prepare yourself for a special dining treat. They offer a small menu that is always changing because they only serve FRESH high quality food from farm to table. We came hungry and left completely satisfied! On this beautiful evening we enjoyed our outdoor table and just ordered tons of food! Selections included: SMALL PLATES: 1 - Beets (2nd favorite appetizer) 2 - Ceviche Tostada (favorite dish - delicious barramundi fish used and it was spicy) 3 - Red Chile Cesar Salad - I am not a huge salad fan but it was pretty good. I could have just ordered 3 ceviche tostadas and had that as my main entree!!! Entree- 1 - Bolognese - not your traditional bolognese but the fresh ingredients worked (even with the salad mixed in). 2 - New York Strip - 10 ounce. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had mushrooms in it. Also came with a side of yummy cheesy mashed potatoes. 3 - Barramundi - this is an amazing fresh fish that melts in your mouth. Was my favorite entree. Desserts - 1 - Daily special - lemon cake with Chantilly cream. This was my favorite dessert. Perfect lemon cake and if you know what chantilly cream is - they did it perfectly and you will LOVE JT. 2 - white chocolate entremet. This was an amazing dessert too, kind of like a mousse. Great flavor combos that melt in your mouth and couldn't be smoother 3 - plum/cherry sorbet. Loved the fruit combo and was very refreshing. This restaurant is expensive but high quality fresh food at an amazing location and exceptional service comes with a price. I thought the meal was well worth it and can't wait to come again!

A very special birthday, for a very special person deserved a reservation at Farm & Table. With its nice location in Los Ranchos, you can expect an older southwest architecture with naked beams, adobe, rustic, and cozy style. The patio is inviting with hanging lights, a water fountain in the middle, and plenty of shade. The farm is open and gorgeous for a cool evening stroll or just sitting down to enjoy the view. The service is consistent with fine dining. Our server was friendly, taking her time to describe the specials and the dishes. The descriptions were rich with detail and engaged our senses and attention quickly. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions. And after some tough decisions to make, we landed on the mezze for our appetizer; a Mediterranean dish with greens, hummus, olives, and feta cheese. This dish is good enough for an entree. The flavors were amazing, with a rich hummus and mild olives. For our entrees, we had the bison short ribs and the Buffalo Creek Ranch beef New York strip. Even though the New York strip was supposed to be medium, instead of medium well, the flavor and tenderness were scrumptious. The short rib fell off the bone like it never belonged there, and the bacon and onion flavors on the sauce were a perfect match with the small potatoes. And, because there was a birthday involved, our third course was the decadent but mildly dry German chocolate cake with dried and roaster coconut shavings. Overall, this was truly a special place for a special birthday. It is on the very pricey side, but worth the cost. From the location to the service, and the flavors in our food, everything was well rounded with just a couple of things that could be a bit different to make the experience truly perfect.

We visited New Mexico recently and were on the hunt for region-specific farm to table restaurants so of course, Farm & Table was a must. Inside it's a beautiful but rustic adobe with wood beams, a nod to the dominant southwest architectural style. The patio is airy and lovely too, if the weather is appropriate for it. We had the most delightful, warm and helpful server. We also found the sommelier to be very helpful and the wine list very impressive. For our meal, we had the Caesar salad, Pork Duo, and a special of roast Bison. All of it was delicious and is locally sourced and features specific New Mexican ingredients like piñon on the salad and hatch chilies in the macaroni and cheese side from the Pork Duo. We would highly recommend this for locals or anyone passing through who want an excellent and authentic New Mexico culinary experience.

Friendly service, good food and a very unique secret garden like atmosphere. If you are looking for a unique dining experience for a special event, I highly recommend Farm and Table.

Loved absolutely everything. Ambience and service were wonderful. Would come back again tomorrow. Left pleasantly full and relaxed. So happy we got a last minute early evening reservation because it was packed when we left! Really appreciated the server's recommendations and attention to our food sensitivities. Was a special evening and would 100% recommend.

I am not a foodie but I can tell when a meal is put together thoughtfully and with love and that was the case here. Our server did a great job highlighting the history of the restaurant and how that influences what dishes are made and how they're prepared. He even got an anti-mushroom guy to select, eat, and enjoy a meal w/ mushrooms. It was also very nice to be able to walk around the farm w/ my daughter afterwards.

Honestly, probably one of the best restaurants I've ever been to (and I've traveled the world). Quality, integrity, ambiance and IMPECCABLE SERVICE. Our server Tom was exceptional and has ruined all servers I get from here on out. He was a true knowledgeable professional that UNDERSTANDS service and has passion for this company. Great food, great company great ethics. I have nothing but position things to say about this place.

Fancy fancy dinner with friends starting with a fabulous bottle of wine, continuing through barley soup and for mains, a piece of local trout. All delicious, all plated beautifully and all delicious. I found it to be rather spendy so if you're looking for a splurge meal, this is the spot. Service was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is fantastic. [Review 21076 overall - 123 in New Mexico - 39 of 2024.]

We stopped at Farm & Table as it was recommended by our Airbnb host and boy was it a miss! The outdoor ambiance is top notch but the staff was less than pleasant to deal with when we actually did interact with them. Staff was more attentive to another table nearby and made us feel inferior. In terms of food, the portions were small and the flavors were underwhelming. Would not recommend this place as both food and service were severely lacking.

It was OK, but I felt overpriced. My son ordered the quail and there was literally no meat on it. He was disappointed and here on vacation.

Are there options for little kids?

Honestly, I don't believe so. I'm not 100% certain but in my opinion, this establishment is not the place I would take young children.

Is the patio heated in the winter?

They have outdoor heaters, blankets and one part of the patio has the ability to have the flaps zipped closed. We have eaten brunch there in the winter and wore layers and were quite comfortable.

We went with the Korean Chicken bites, the Margarita Flatbread, & the green chilli cheeseburger. The Chicken bites were terrible. Taste wasn't great at all, they were very very fried, but not in a good way. I love some good crunchy fried chicken but these just were not it! The flavor, the texture, none of it was right. The Margarita Flatbread was med. Taste was pretty good, but it was soggy and didn't hold up well at all. That said it was the best of the 3 things we did get. Unfortunately, that's not saying much..... The burger was okay also. Not bad by any means, but nothing special at all either....considering there's a burger place next door I thought the burger would be able to compete with the neighbor, but trust me if you want a burger, go next door! They don't put sauce on it at all, no nothing. Just straight up patty, cheese and bun. Only my 6 year old cousin eats like that.....I did add some mayo and ketchup, which helped, but still not a great burger.... The bun didn't add much for us either, even though it was baked in house with green chilli....A simple brioche would be better imo... The fries with the burger were actually the best single item of the experience. Their fries are really good! So good that I was going to eat every single one of them but instead my waiter just came and took my plate before I had finished the last 10 or so. No are you finished yet, or anything, just grabbed it, turned and left. I was so shocked I didn't even have time to say I'm not done with that. He left the crummy chicken bites we weren't eating though..... LOL Seriously don't touch my plate unless it's empty, or you ask first! Since it was a small amount I let it slide and didn't reduce his tip because the rest of the service was actually pretty good overall..... I definitely 100% will not be back here though, there's much better food in the area.

Unfortunately, th manager did a poor job estimating how busy they'd be on a Friday night, so the two servers were running ragged. The manager pitched in, but they were playing catch up with the silverware and we had to wait for it when the food arrived. Which, no biggie, but it was a fork when I had steak and my husband had a messy burger. So we right away asked for knives. I pointed out my steak, and the manager got snarky with us like she got it. Also, if she miscalculated staffing, then it should have been her job to get into the bathrooms and keep them presentable. They weren't. Paper everywhere, and the walls need some serious touch ups. It's hard for people to trust the food safety if the job-food public areas aren't kept clean and well-maintained, you know?
