I've been here few times and this past Sunday was the best food. Fortunately they've changed up the menu a bit and it's not the same old food over and over again. It was not crowded! Waiter was very quick with service which made the visit more enjoyable. One thing I would request is a better way for the host to welcome the customer and may be ask if they need help etc. There's a book behind the pillar that you need to sign in upon arrival but no one guiding you to it. There's a 3% surcharge for credit card. FYI.

My family and I hosted a bday party for my uncle who is a Pastor and we had about 60 guests on a Saturday night. We had a DJ, MC, decor company who was a family member and food was provided. They have separate large rooms here so you can have a lot of events here. Vincent took really really good care of us on Saturday night. He was attentive and extremely helpful. He got us everything we needed in a timely manner. Please recognize him!! The food was good. Very authentic Indian food buffet so if you're unfamiliar with Indian dishes this is a great place to come try it. Many vegan and vegetarian options and it worked well for our party. Although they close at 10pm if you book a party gathering here, your party can last longer. Overall I highly recommend this restaurants for parties or large gatherings!

For being a buffet, there is a great variety of foods to try, from vegetarian and non-vegetarian, as well as different appetizers, desserts and drink options! Some of the dishes were a bit more bland compared to some other places I've been too, like their butter chicken and especially the chicken briyani. However, I think its a great for the sheer variety of options they offer! Would go again. Service was good, they took our plates as we finished and ambiance inside is nice but still casual.

What a great place to introduce me to different Indian cuisine. Loved the description in front of each entree. Great for big groups since they have banquet style seatings. I didn't know what I was eating but I tried everything!

I attended a Bratabandha reception and thought the place was absolutely beautiful. I had some of the food they had offered at the reception and everything was delicious. My favorite item were the noodles. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were kept clean. Overall great place.

A white plate contains Indian cuisine such as grilled chicken, rice with spices, chickpea curry in a small bowl, and fried snacks. A glass of water with ice is placed behind the plate on a dark, striped table. The background shows a restaurant setting with red chairs and dim lighting.

If you are searching for authentic Indian food, this is the right place for you. The spice and heat are here. I will say it's a small buffet but packs a big punch with all the traditional items we all tend to love. I ate more than I intended, but it's hard to stop with just one plate. The staff was very sweet, suggesting to try this sauce or that sauce with the goat meat or the masala butter chicken and other items. You know, to switch the taste up a bit, it worked, and I found some new ways I will definitely try at home. I also enjoyed the decor and the colors; it brought on a calmness and a relaxed feel for the evening, and that was exactly what I needed.

Famous for buffet. Good management. All the food is arranged in a separate room next to sitting hall, good for crowd management. Below are the items I tried on Wed lunch buffet (only listing veg items): Salad bar: Moong sprouts Potato cucumber salad Beetroot salad Greens Chutni counter: Tomati chutney Peanut chutney Coconut chutney Raita Curd rice Drinks bar Mango lassi Pink lemonade Buttermilk Soda machine Dessert: Kheer Mango ice cream Gajar halwa Suji halwa Chocolate Pastry Gulabjamun Pani puri counter Golgappe Papdi Bhelpuri Jeera Pani Meetha Pani Amchur Pani Sev Curd Meethi chutney Mint chutney Onion, tomato, coriander Aloo tikki chat Vada pav Pav bhaji Puri Chola Aloo ki sabji Dosa Rasam Sambhar Naan Paneer Kofta Dal Kadhi Aloo bonda Mix veg pakora Dosa, sambhar, kadhi, beetroot salad, jeera Pani were the best. Golgappe had some weird oily taste to it, but overall taste was ok. Dessert were ok as well. 4 stars for the variety, as I never found these many veg items in a buffet before but has room for taste improvement. Reasonable buffet price- 18.99+ tax.

It was my first time having an indian buffet. The food didn't taste good compared to ordering from the menu. Especially palak paneer and tikka masala tasted tasteless (no salt?) They had verities but not tasty at all.

the entrance to a shopping mall - The image shows the exterior of India 101, a restaurant with a modern architectural design including large glass windows and a rounded corner. The sign 'INDIA 101' is displayed prominently on a dark circular section of the building. The sky above is partly cloudy with a blue background. There are a few trees and parked cars in front of the restaurant, and a person is walking near the entrance.

This is a solid buffet restaurant if you're looking to try different Indian dishes as a beginner or just want to satisfy your cravings. I was in my Indian phase, and have been craving different dishes. I saw an advertisement saying this has over 60+ items, and the cost wasn't crazy either, so we stopped by. We came around 7 PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. There were a couple of large parties in front of us. They have a waiting area, which is pretty nice, with a staircase leading to the second floor. I'm guessing the 2nd floor is for private events mainly. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. The restaurant looked big on the outside, but the seating area was pretty small. I was amazed at their buffet options and how organized everything was. They have appetizers, curries, salad bars, fresh dosa, desserts, lassi, fountain drinks, and more. Just like other buffets, you grab a plate at the beginning and make your way down the road. There are small wooden bowls if you want to separate your curries like me. I enjoyed trying everything, and I absolutely love the dosa. I wish the dosa was crispy like what I usually get at restaurants, but I think it's pretty solid for buffet style. The regular rice was undercooked-- it was still crunchy when we bit into it so that was disappointing. I love their mango lassi and the fountain drinks. Everything is available for you to grab which is very convenient. The food quality isn't the best but it was still good enough to satisfy my cravings. My boyfriend didn't like the tandoori chicken-- he said it was pretty plain and tasteless. You can see the naan and dosa being cooked right behind the counter so that was pretty cool. They restock it quickly since there's one person behind each area. Overall, it's a solid place if you want to try multiple Indian dishes. Most buffets are only available during weekday lunch so I was happy to find one that offers weekend dinners as well!

The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. They have a pretty good selection of beers and of liquors (I presume wine, too, but I didn't check). While there are "bourbon bars" with a wider bourbon selection or "gin bars" with a wider gin selection, they have an above average selection of each, and they don't charge absurd up charges for choosing the liquor you like. The bartender is very polite. There's ample seating at the bar, and you can also take your drink to some loungy-er chairs in the nearby part of the hotel lobby. All in all, a solid bar.

You walk in and the bar is to your right. It was about 6 and no one was at the bar. There was a group of guys discussing something over drinks in the lounge area but that was about it. The bartender came right up to my boyfriend and I. I told the bartender my boyfriend had never been to Texas so we tried out essentially every tap by sampling which was nice that he offered that up. After we tried each beer we decided on some options. The bartender went back to texting in the corner and we sat at the bar listening to the music playing in the open concept lobby/bar area We eventually took over the seating area that group was in because the couches looked more cozy than the bar. The happy hour advertised is not a thing anymore, they now have reverse happy hour from 9-10. The beers weren't too expensive as our tab was only $13 which I doable. The bartender disappeared from the bar for a fair amount of time which made me anxious because I used to be a bartender, I guess he trusted we wouldn't leave without paying. He didnt come check on us to see if we needed another beer but that was ok I guess. I went back up to the bar to cash out and that was that. This bar is good for a quick drink but I wouldn't probably go for a top notch bar experience.
