We're vegetarian and found many dishes to eat: palak/saag paneer, paneer tika masala, pakoras, veg biryani, veg Manchurian, naan, roti, pani puri, samosas, mango lassi, a soda fountain, raita, and on and on and on. Your dirty dishes are quickly taken away by efficient staff, so grab a fresh plate when you return (and you WILL return) to the buffet. The establishment is clean, the music isn't too loud, and the buffet never felt too crowded or rushed. We were so pleased and look forward to returning.
