Diana the storage manager is a great woman I would say hello to when I was in the area, she even let me borrow a ladder I could use in my unit. The units are spacious with his ceilings. I only used the unit for about half a year but had a great overall experience, and would recommend to others. At time of usage, prices for their standard large units probably range from $400-500/monthly. (Your mileage may vary, as property in this area continues to go up up up) One great perk about these facilities is that they have power outlets (which is rare for a storage unit) and internal lighting. Also ability to nail shelves into the walls.

I had 4 units with Public Storage…read more Whereas the folks at Steward Street in Sunnyvale let me know when I was falling behind and worked with me, I never got a phone call or a warning that my unit was going to go up for auction at Terra Bella . This unit had all the tools that I needed to restart my business, I was in the middle of moving my residence. I was continuing to pay not realizing what they had done, Then they said I still owed $60. I couldn't even get myself to talk to them I was so upset. They had a third party come after me. I settled with that party for $30. Guess what, they didn't drop the settled part of the $30, now they are adding late charges on something that was settled !!! it is up to $100 and I cant even get ahold of a live person to get them to resolve this!!! Horrible!

Patty the receptionist was absolutely great, she was always there to be helpful to the customers and we always appreciated it. Responsiveness was a big value of theirs where they were always available. We moved from our storage only because it because farther for us to access it, otherwise we would have stayed with them longer.
