Customer service is terrible. Advertising was incorrect and wanted to return the product because I found that the lantern Bluetooth speaker wasn't compatible to my phone. I had to pay for shipping and found out shipping was more than the product. Will won't purchase from them again. read more

Oct 7, 16:56 PDT Just wanted to say thank you. I'm a baker and work early and long hours. Friday afternoon I was super tired and took my iphone out of my apron and set it on the roof of my car. I proceeded to drive home with my iphone on my car roof. I take 3 different freeways to get home. On the transition from the 55 to the 5 I heard a big thump and saw something black fly out from under the drivers side wheel well of my car. I just kept driving thinking it was a bit of trash. Hours later my daughter realized I didn't have my phone, It wasn't in my car or purse so she called my number. A gentleman answered and said he had found it on the side of the freeway. I was out geocaching recently, and a hide from an obscure hider came up in the back parking lot. I recognized the name Incipio, but couldn't quite place where I had seen it. As I was using my phone to find GZ, it hit me:my phone case is an Incipio! Like Amy, my purple case got very dirty and I had to use light steel-wool and astringent to clean it, but it is still trucking along and the fit is really good! I bought my first Incipio case about 6 months ago. I have dropped it, stepped on it, and let my children use it (only God knows how much they dropped it)... it feels great in my hand and holds up against what it is dealt out. Only naturally, when I need to order cases for my children's new iPads for Christmas do I go to incipio.com. I spoke to a few people today for different reasons, I'm sad I only got one name (Abby), there was also a gentleman and another woman. This company has the best customer support team I have ever dealt with. I order a fair amount online. Its amazing how nice, helpful, and accommodating they all are. I am quite amazed. These Incipio cases are the absolute best protection and cheapest way to get insurance on your device. I go through allot of cell phones. I change phones every few months and I have been using Incipio cases on all of them. I have been using Incipio cases for the past 4 years. I am a truck driver and I had just got a new Pixel XL. I was getting out of my truck, about 10 feet above ground. My Pixel XL was on my lap with the Incipio Dual Pro on it of course. As I got out of the truck the phone fell about 10 feet, on concrete, bounced 5 or 6 times. I picked the phone up and it was fine, no cracks! Every since then I've always used their cases. They are not cheap, but that's for a reason. They really protect your device. Think of it as insurance. I don't pay insurance via my carrier because it's a waste of money. $8-$13 per month!?! Just buy a $20 Incipio cases and you'll be good to go. I never worry about my phone now. What also sets them apart from other phone accessory companies is their customer service. They are so polite and so quick to respond and resolve and/or reply to any issue or questions you, the customer may have. I recently had a question on shipping for my new Google Pixel 3 Incipio Dual Pro case that I just ordered and Steven McLaughlin, a customer service representative was fast and courteous with his responses. They actually care about their customers. I am a life long Incipio customer and a new Incipio case is the first thing I buy when I get a new phone. Terrible service. I'd give no stars if I could. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a case which turned out to be a piece of crap so I got a preauthorized return. At the advice of them, and because I'm close by, I walked the product in and gave it to the front desk. My thinking was that I would get my $50 back sooner. Boy was I wrong. They have now lost my return so won't pay me or return my 7 emails. I am disgusted with them and will never get another product from them. It may only be $50 but I'm not going away easy. Their products are pretty good quality, but everything else within the company seems stuffy and inconsistent to say the least. The candidate process was disappointing, disorganized, and embarrassing on their part. Upon walking in, the receptionist admitted to disliking her job, while everyone upstairs was working away at their desks, glaring at each other when anyone would talk with a client on the phone. Both women I spoke with were managers for Marketing and Brand Management (I'll keep their names anonymous for the sake of it, because they need it). They were hiring for the Social Media Coordinator position, which they never clarified until I finally sat in their office. There was no job description in any way, whether verbally or via soft copy ahead of time. They couldn't even specify the role that they were hiring until the last five minutes of the interview. The only part that seemed decent in any way during the interview was when the woman who wasn't even hiring asked me how I handled a challenge when I was faced with one. When I asked them about their target demographics, neither the Brand Manager nor the Marketing Manager could reply with a straight, consistent answer. I knew it wasn't going to be a good fit for either party, but because it's courtesy to do so, I sent a follow up email thanking them for their time. No response. I sent another email over a week later, stating I understood I was out of the running, but simply thanked them for their time again, and no response. Overall, from my understanding of at least this section of the company, it's pretty disorganized and unprofessional. read more

My case was awesome but was a light pink color and got dirty after a few months. I couldn't get it clean so contacted them for a cleaning recommendation and they sent me an entirely new case for free! Prompt and thorough customer service. Great job! read more

Love the stand up case. I've dropped my phone numerous times and it's well protected.

Picked up the Droid Turbo 2 and decided to try the Incipio case at 49.95. Looked nice, smaller than the Otter Box that was actually huge. I felt like I needed a concealed carry permit when I strapped it on. Anyway, I'm not reviewing that rig. Back to the Incipio. The buttons are basically useless after installing the case. I'm inadvertently turning the phone volume down without realizing it. Also, on occasion, turning the phone off unintentionally. Tonight, I got in the passenger side of my wife's car and must have snagged the case on something and popped it loose from the belt clip. I looked at it and and thought, no big deal I'll just pop it back on. Nope, not gonna do that! So I feel as though I own a worthless piece of 50 dollar crap. I don't have time to go into the shipping mode for warranty replacement, even if that's available, I'm not to sure I'd want another one. I'm confident Verizon won't replace it, even though I bought it from them. I will call Incipio tomorrow and see what, if any, options they offer. Bottom line on a 1 - 10 scale, I rate this case a strong 3. read more

I believe this is the same Incipio that purchased the Clamcase line of iPad keyboard cases last year. The Clamcase had been an absolutely wonderful product, and I had recommended it to many of my friends. But I can no longer do so now that the product is under the ownership of Incipio. The two Clamcase units I bought within the past few months were both defective, and the company's policy now is that the CUSTOMER must bear the cost of shipping the defective units back to Incipio. That policy is at odds with the customer service standards of other reputable online vendors, and suggests that Incipio doesn't take responsibility for the quality of its products. What a shame that such a wonderful product should wind up in such poor hands. read more
