My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.

However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! I purchased a washer/ dryer, and I had previously purchased 4 other appliances from them. The delivery and installation, though was a big disappointment. The guys were rude and lazy and obviously wanted to leave before they even started the project. When we unhooked the water from the old washer, there was a very slow drip from the hot water faucet. The installers then refused to do any work, including final assembly of the washer and dryer parts, and just left the stacked units in the middle of my garage saying I would get a refund. My contract shows a ~$50 "value" of installation, but that it is included for free. In this case, that only means there is nothing to refund and so after contacting Sean at the store, I found myself stuck assembling and installing them by myself with no compensation. These things are extremely heavy once stacked, and so moving them into place by myself was very difficult and, frankly, dangerous. It is unfortunate that bad field representation can ruin an otherwise very positive experience, but the people that actually come into my private home are really the most crucial in the process. Being insulted in my own home ruined an otherwise fine in-store experience, and so I will be more selective in the future with a retailer that sees the customer service process through to the end.

We bought a beautiful Frigidaire refrigerator that has a couple dents in the side for a deep discount and then found a used Kenmore front load washer and dryer set. Because we bought 3 appliances the discount was even greater. Delivery was $150 to Long Beach. The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. They moved the old refrigerator into the garage for us and took the old junk washer and dryer as well as an old dishwasher with them. Satisfied customers!

Highly wouldn't recommend. Gonna bash your company every where I can, make sure to warm anyone that will listen, just the type of people this company employees. Already been to many platforms and now here. Hire people with integrity, and a desire to actually do the job. If I ever see your company as part of the delivery again, I'll decline it. And I'll double check our vender list at my work to make sure your not on it.
