Happenstance brought me over to Pipe King and I am thoroughly impressed with everything about this shop. I have been looking for the Mighty+ and this shop had that and almost everything you could think of. The associates were knowledgeable about their products and answered all of my questions and then some. Upon entering the shop, it was so clean and well stocked, I wish I could have bought one of everything. Aside from the Mighty+ vaporizer I finally found in store, they had several kinds of sage which I have been looking for and had no idea where to get them. In addition to having sage in stock they were very helpful in beginners tips on smudging your home. Can't wait to stop by just to say Hi to the cool people at Pipe King. I been going here for years, the employees for the most part are pretty chill and helpful. Great prices, attentive service. I have to say reading these reviews, the crap that is being said about Austin is a straight up smear campaign. Austin racist, calling someone a dumb bitch? Cmon guys you all know that is clown shit. I have first hand experience and seen how he interacts with other customers and I have seen nothing but respect, kindness and attentive service. If you guys are gonna spew venom atleast make it somewhat believable.You have to be 21 to buy shit there so clearly you guys are at the age not to smear someone like a lame ass teenager. I've to the Pipe King in Orange, which is closed down now, but the dude who managed that place took over this one in La Habra and he's always been very helpful. His name is Girard and you can tell he really cares about managing these stores and giving customers a very good experience. when you come in. He'll ask you what you're looking for and make solid recommendations on wraps, glass, and vapes. I haven't been to any other vape store since I discovered The Pipe King! read more

I came in asking for a non menthol flavored disposable vape and was given a strawana Bang disposable. Upon trying i noticed it had menthol, so i came back but was told i couldnt exchange it because any of the vapes could have been menthol. I am looking for professionalism and this place was not it, they didnt know anything about their own products. The two ladies working were especially unhelpful- they worked the 14th of december as well. I paid cash and yet they charged me the same as my friend who paid with card. They said they add a 3% tax for cards, but made me pay the same anyways as my friend saying it was state tax. I'm only sorry to have missed the other employee who was more helpful the last time i came. Im definitely not returning. read more

I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

I looked around for a minute to find the Zyn, all the while the one and only employee (who I assume is the owner based on his loud telephone conversation he was having) proceeded to pretend he had no customers. After finding the Zyn, I waited patiently for the employee to end his call so I can purchase the Zyns. This friggin' guy, with attitude pointed at me to tell him what I wanted. Now I am as easy going as it gets but I was starting to get peeved, but didn't react to this clown's lack of manners and I asked for two Zyns (priced at 4.99 on the Zyn sign). He proceeds to ring me up, after grabbing the wrong flavor I asked for, and the price jumps to almost double. I inquire and he tells me they are 8.99 each. Now for those who do not partake in nicotine pouches, Zyn has never been priced anywhere near 8.99. 5.99 is as high as you'll find them anywhere. I asked the guy why he was over ringing me and he just blurted out coldly, 8.99! I told him no, they are 4.99, look at your sign. This joker walks over to the sign and changes it on the spot saying nope, that's not right. Long story longer, absolute train wreck. Rude, overpriced, does not deserve mine or anyone's business. The colors were vibrant and the overall presentation was beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of attention into the way the leis are made because they really stood out during the graduation celebration. What I appreciated most was that everything was ready as promised and the quality matched exactly what I was hoping for. For something as special as a graduation, it's nice knowing you're getting something that looks great and feels meaningful for the moment. Ive been living in la habra for most of my life, and being a smoker I've been too a lot of smoke shops around town and hands down Wonderland has to be one of the most incredible smoke shops in town & all around. I remember my first time going when it first opened up, the art on the walls and awesome smell had me at hello. Haha Plus all the workers are chill and know their stuff about glass., now functional and non-functional glass art has to be one of my biggest passions. ,i recommend anyone to go down to the shop and see for themselves...you wont regret it. none compare to wonderland, The service is fantastic and I enjoy every visit. Not only do they know what they're talking about but they make you feel comfortable. I always look forward to returning again. This is my local smoke shop, been going here for a couple years now, it's always been my favorite spot ! I've tried going to a few others around La Habra and I always come back to this one. The workers are all always so friendly and helpful, special thank you to Elizabeth and Cassie for helping us out this evening. Went in to browse and buy some hemp wick and ended up coming out (or should I say up;) with a few other goodies: a bong, two bowl pieces, and an ash catcher all for around $130. I came in looking for just a new coil for my Yocan dab pen, and I left with a new, better Yocan- as well as some truly lasting customer service. The employee who helped me not only gave me an awesome deal on my purchase, but helped my friend Elio out tremendously when he came in to browse as well. Hands down, best glass shop in this area. They have everything you could ever ask for as a mmj patient. They've helped me numerous times with knowledge on new products as well as make my smoking experience that much more enjoyable. Went into pipe king this morning to get an atomizer for puffco and when I got home I had issues with it firing. I reached out to them to see if they could help me with my problem and they were quick to respond and offered to help me with my problem. When I got back down there they found out the new atomizer was bad and swapped it with a new one and had it up and running like new again! Walked in was greeted by a friendly vendor that showed me a variety of water pipes all for great prices. I saw a nice one a wanted and they were very cooperative with meeting my expectations, I can't remember the name of who helped me but I know the manager was there helping out as well, Very clean shop. Just wanted to address the fact that I came into the shop my second time ever and I overheard the employee Austin Simpkins saying very off putting sexual things to a customer while proceeding in offering her a discount in exchange for her number.
