Horrible customer service! There's a sign that says we sell vapes here on the street & I didn't know the owners changed. But the old owner was super cool, friendly, honest & was a good business owner. I only went here to get a vape cause I thought it was the old business owner whom was always really friendly to me! But boy was I wrong! If your trying time get anything related to vaping DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I've had horrible experiences and I should only be saying horrible experience not experiences! But during these times of COVID 19 you keep hearing support your local small business owners! So that's exactly what I did and over $30 the lost a loyal customer and risked getting a horrible review based on nothing but the truth. Ok so here's the big experience: I bought a cheap $30 SMOK vape and I know it's only $30 but SMOK is a good vape brand and I've had the exact same vape in the past but gave it to my sister and never had a problem with my old one! The novo 2 is the vape I bought and I thought it wasn't hitting great in the beginning when I first bought it but then I assumed it was the pod. This was 2 days ago so for the first day it was barely hitting then I charged it for 8 hours overnight and woke up this morning and hit it maybe 8 times within two hours and I was sucking pretty hard to get smoke out then finally it acts like it's dying so I was confused and charged it for two full hours. The light was green when I looked at it so I assumed it was charged I go to hit it and nothing comes out. I tried two different pods and neither of them worked! Even tried hitting it when it was plugged in and green light was on, didn't work. So I took it back to exchange for another one cause obviously it's broken and right away the owner uses alcohol to wipe the part that ignites and connects to the pod to clean it. He did it a few times and nothing worked. Finally he can't come up with a good business owner solution in replacing my deffective one with a new one. And I mean come on it's a $30 product, the business owner would of only been missing $30 that he could of gotten back from the vendor and explained what I now have to explain to the vendor. All over a $30 product he won't do anything to meet the needs of his customer. DONT EVER GO HERE ESPECIALLY FOR VAPE STUFF!!!!! The only reason I didn't choose music revolution or rodeo smoke shop on lemon by Walmart cause that's a bigger business that everyone knows of and supports for there local vape stuff! Boy do I regret supporting this small business. Drive the extra mile to Orangethorpe and lemon and purchase your vape products at a cheaper price with more reliable customer service ethics and a good business owner. You won't regret going to music revolution/rodeo smoke shop. It's gunna take a while to hear from SMOK about a replacement. And money isn't the issues here it's about customer service to me! I came here after a long time and the owners changed not too long ago! I actually happened to pass by and was looking for Nat Sherman MCDs and they had it. The owner Sean is super nice and knowledgeable!! He really knows what he's doing and is kind. I know some people have been coming here for years just like me, and we're surprised to see a different person after all these years. But these people are so cool and helpful, I'm definitely only going to come here from now on. They also have CBD, all sorts of vape stuff, and the products you would expect from the old Cigarette Depot as well. And honestly, the prices are actually really, really good. Like if you actually come and see the prices of some of the vape stuff it's cheaper than you'll find anywhere else, especially Juul pods!!! They got really good prices here. The manager Sean is incredibly kind and helpful. He gladly showed me different merchandise they carried and was very accommodating. This place is one of the few shops that carry FRESH Amsterdam Shag, which can be very hard to find. Sean even let me handle the bags to check if the tobacco was fresh, which is awsome of him. He actually seems happy to help, which is quite refreshing. With this level of customer service, and the low prices, I got a new go to smoke shop. read more
