The staff were super friendly to me and even made suggestions and told me which deals they had going on. Im mainly go for disposable vapes and they have a good selection at fantastic prices compared to other shops Ive been to. I was greeted warmly by the staff, I really appreciate the calm energy of the two staff I spoke with, truly wonderful men. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to my friends!

Long time customer since the store opened (2016) I buy most of my stuff from here because it's…read moreright next to my house and most of the time they are pretty chill (just bought a hunni badger from them on 4/20)..... But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

However, I confirmed the address is identical to the Yelp listing so it must be the same place. New owners are scum. You will note a huge AUTHORIZED ROOR dealer sign on their front door (see picture). Pro tip: they are definitely NOT an authorized Roor dealer. I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.

If I could put zero stars, I would first of all the owner to the shop is completely unprofessional…read more He told me over the phone that a man was coming by at 3:30 today to drop off pens because they gave me a faulty pen so he told me that I could switch it out to a new one when I get there the guy isn't there and he says I said around 3:30 and I'm like no you said 330. He then proceeds to argue with me and I show him the pen I gave it to him and he goes and says I'm not gonna be able to give it to you for free because it's halfway gone mind you I just bought this pen yesterday and it randomly just stopped working and he told me that they've been having problems with this type of brand . So not only do they overcharge but if they give you something that doesn't work, they expect you to come back and pay, which is ridiculous when they're the ones at fault. Not to mention, I understand that the card machine there is a fee but there's been multiple times. I brought cash and they have still overcharged me. Do not come here. They are unprofessional and just complete. Idiots. this isn't the first time this has happened to the owner has been completely rude to me multiple times of me going in there and when he answers the phone, he is extremely rude as well and doesn't care to give you prices over the phone and when I told him that someone gave me price over the phone a couple months ago he told me that's not true. just don't come here.
