12/10 would recommend. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Not just because they are my local smoke shop but they have everything you could possibly need and the vape selection is like A1. The bong selection is a little pricey but it's so cute, I got the cutest maneki neko bong from here. I'm obsessed. What makes this place even better is their staff. I get so excited when I'm greeted by Ashley or Miranda, they are such gorgeous genuine women who make you feel so welcomed and will give you solid advice on all your smoking/vaping essentials. read more

I started out with a bad review because I bought a expensive product from them opened it up and it was defective and when I tried to return it literally minutes later with receipt in hand the young man working the register with rude smiling at the fact that they do not accept returns tough luck mentality. But to my surprise I went in again today and the young girl who is working made up for the other guys downfall she was completely sweet and helpful even gone contact with the owner of the company and offered me to replace it so I'm changing my review because the girl in her owner completely made up for it thanks again for all your help I will be returning read more

Rodeo Smoke Shop - Garbage don't buy this crap - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Anaheim, California

So this is just some advice coming straight from the employees, just so you don't waste your time.. I purchased I'd say my 5th rig from here, and each time I do it I feel more and more like an idiot cause essentially, and this is coming straight from the employees mouth not mine... my bongs keep breaking cause it's cheap glass. Mind you the bong I am going to post was $140 but apparently you need to spend in the thousands to get glass that isn't cheap pieces of shit. Mind blowing, absolutely incomprehensible that I've given this place my continuous business and hard earned money only to have the utmost nonchalant treatment and experience. These dudes don't give a fuck and are looking to finesse anyone and everyone, regardless if you know what's good or not. Never in my life have I had this experience at a smoke shop let alone a place I've given my continuous business too. I'm sickened truly and more than anything I'm pissed at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt over and over just to ruin my days read more

They got any and everything you could possibly need, not just for smoking, but for life in general. The best part was the service and knowledgeable associate by the name of Justin! Super friendly, good vibes, patient, and had some really great recommendations. I live about 25 minutes away, but I will surely make the drive again in the near future! read more

WARNING NOT FOLLOWING COVID REGULATIONS This shop is not following any of the CA Covid regulations. When I walked in there were 6 people in the shop including two employees, no masks, no social distancing. Both employees are not wearing masks either. They even sell masks here. I didn't feel safe so I left without the products I came here for. I'll be warning people that this shop doesn't seem to care about public safety during a worldwide pandemic. read more

Best vape shop I have ever been into in a very long time! Would highly recommend to anyone :D

DO NOT waste your money here DO NOT waste your time here. Came yesterday and bought a ash catcher for my bong that was $20 and the shit doesn't work. No matter how much or less water I add, it wets my bud or just doesn't hit. Came back TODAY so I could either swap it out for same price or get my money back and CANT EVEN DO THAT. Wanted to offer me a $10 shitty pipe and only ONE didn't give me other options or MATCH ME ON WHAT I SPENT. Instead they want me to still pay for another bowl and do nothing about the one I bought that doesn't work.. Then started to change the prices on me for their shit Yesterday I was told another ash catcher different from mine were $25 and then when I asked again about it today, all of a sudden it is $45-$50? How does that make sense ? As a business you don't jump around on prices like that, let alone, leave your customers unsatisfied and unhappy with their product. Let alone it's my FIRST time in this shop, poor management, poor service, poor quality in products itself. All I wanted was either money back OR different ash catcher for the same price I spent yesterday. I will definitely let friends, family, business partners, and employees of mine and anyone on social media to know to avoid this place in general. read more

Best prices and best customer service throughout the whole OC Appreciate the services friendly beautiful Ladies

I love supporting a local business but at this point I'm seriously reconsidering going to a new shop. The owners of this shop are amazing and at the bare minimum are wearing masks. The past few times I've been in here the manager as well as the entire rest of the staff are not wearing masks. Not wearing a mask is not only illegal, but extremely disrespectful during these times. All the customers in your store have the courtesy to wear a mask for each other and this staff and yet they can't do the same for us? Going here is extremely anxiety inducing because I am immunocompromised, but I like to support a local business. The chances of anyone getting sick are much lower when everyone is following the COVID mandates. If I don't see an improvement next time I come in, unfortunately I will be reporting this story to the county health department. read more
