Whether you're stopping in to browse cards, grab supplies, or just hang out and talk shop, the vibe is always on point. Not once did i feel like they were looking down on me (i'm new to TCG). Huge respect to Dan and Adele for what they've built here. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the experience. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about cards and took the time to help me get into OP (One Piece), which made a huge difference! No gatekeeping, just passion and solid guidance. That kind of energy definitely makes me come back. Wishing nothing but continued success for both of them. This place deserves to grow and I can't wait to see how it evolves. Highly recommend checking it out whether you're into TCGs, vaping, or both.

Came there for all my vaping needs and for two weeks I've come by a few times for specific product they were out if and they say oh we will have it tomorrow. I come a couple days later and still no product avail. Kinda annoyed. I'm a busy person and I take time out of my day ( and now have gone to ur store 5 times)to go to ur shop specifically and being told u still don't have the product that was supposed to be there two weeks ago is frustrating. But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

I had been going to a vape shop near my house in Anaheim, for some time but got fed up with the poor stock and crappy attitude the workers had there and after almost a year, nobody there even recognized me. All that changed when about 6 months ago, I found Crown Cigarettes and Greg (my new Armenian friend, having an Armenian uncle I picked up on that easily) after my first visit, I was sold on Crown Cigarettes. Greg, may not know my name, but I'm recognized every time I go in there and I like that. I'm also a disabled Vietnam Veteran and money is tight, but their prices are great and most times I pay cash and Greg will Round Down his prices for me all the time, the more I buy, the better the prices I get. They have everything smoke related, from cigarettes to bongs, vapes to CBD, if they don't have it, I doubt you need it. Thanks Greg, for giving me a place I'm happy to go to and a company who shows me every time I go there how much they appreciate my business. In this day and age, it's very refreshing to see. My Thanks, Bob S. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service. Wonderful selection of vape mods, juice, bongs, bowls, hookahs, etc etc. they have everything in this place without it feeling cramped and piled up. If you're in the area, stop by. You will not regret it. Or I will give you your money back! I am from Ohio, and they knew that. They could have easily taken advantage and charged me full price on everything knowing it probably not coming back since I live in another state. Instead they treated me like an old friend come to visit. I could have spent about 250$ there, but they gave me a discount and I left spending less than $200 and got a free water and monster energy drink. Very good people. read more

Just went to Crown Cig. in Fullerton and picked up a couple of pieces. They had a large selection for a small shop and the service was warm and friendly. I normally wouldn't be writing a review of a smokeshop, but this is my local, tried & true, easy…read moreexperience smokeshop. I've been coming here for multiple years religiously. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!
