I being African American truly appreciate the kindness displayed every time I enter the store. It's rare these days. The prices are fair and products of high quality. Large selection, pretty much anything need they have on display. I purchased a glass bong and he gave me a discount and as I was walking out the store remembered I needed a torch I mentioned it then said that's ok I don't want to change my card again. I was in desperate need of a higher mg 100% cbd gummy. I called this place after a dispensary falsely told me they had 100% cbd products. I have really high anxiety regulated with meds but it's not enough on its own. The guys were so friendly and nice in here! Asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I like, and even sampled me a gummy!! Sosososooo sweet of them. The gummies I got are organic and vegan(I'm vegan so perfect) and 25mg each(more than double each compared to other places priced the same!!) I got two bottles and he even covered the tax! What a nice guy, I'll come back for sure!

I was so happy to see that a smoke shop opened right next to my fave massage place. The location is very clean and well organized. The staff were super friendly to me and even made suggestions and told me which deals they had going on. Im mainly go for disposable vapes and they have a good selection at fantastic prices compared to other shops Ive been to. The location is easy to access and I've never had an issue with parking or safety. I was greeted warmly by the staff, I really appreciate the calm energy of the two staff I spoke with, truly wonderful men. No matter the distance, I will drive however long to this shop. Usually my drive from work is only 10 minutes but today I drove from Long Beach, and the drive is worth it. The gentlemen who work here are SO KIND AND HELPFUL. They always make great suggestions with the new products they receive. I've told a few friends about the shop and now they go there too. Great selection and prices as well. This is my absolute favorite place for vapes. read more

I've stopped in here a few times because they have the best juice in town by far. The owner is always extremely pleasant and today was no exception. I actually came in for a new tank/full kit and they had exactly what I wanted, along with the flavor of juice I can't get anywhere else (Candy King on Ice Worms flavor in 3mg.) Came here for a Puff Co Pro Atomizer and was the only shop to have it after checking 3 others nearby in the Fullerton area. I've been having trouble sleeping, and a friend recommended CBD with THC, so I went to this shop hoping to find that. However, the very knowledgeable and nice man (think he's the owner) recommended Vanilla Goat gummies without THC and guaranteed that if I took two at bedtime, I'd sleep like a baby, or he'd refund my money ~ can't beat that! As I was paying, he said to take one now. I was a little hesitant, as I've never taken any hemp product and had more errands to run... but what the hell, this guy really seemed to know his stuff. Well, about an hour later, the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders was gone, and I felt relaxed but not tired. I can't wait to try it for sleep tonight. Even if it doesn't work (but pretty sure it will) the fact that it got rid of my muscle soreness makes buying it totally worth it. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

In any case, I have my other smoke shops where I buy certain specific products, but when it comes to consistently great customer service and a well-stocked inventory of almost everything you can think of, Harbor Smoke Shop is the best head shop in Orange County as far as I am concerned. Mostly because of their consistent customer service and also because of their inventory and hours. Harbor Smoke shop is an exceptionally well operated business. I have frequented this establishment for a few years now, drawn in time and time again because they are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Granted there are a handful of other head shops open 24 hours a day, my experience with these has generally been negative because these businesses know that in the wee hours of the late night or early morning the chance of you going elsewhere are quite unlikely and therefore, they seem to gouge in terms of overpricing basic items. That was my experience until I discovered Harbor Smoke Shop. The owner knows that there are limited other headships open 24hours a day yet the prices remain lower than most all other shops not just the ones open 24hours a day! Additionally, this business -- more than any other I can think of -- seems to genuinely care about their patrons' requests, opinions, wants, needs etc. and the head shop responds to their patrons by directly fulfilling patrons' wishes. This demonstrates how Harbor Smoke Shop honestly listens to their clients and improves the shop and selection accordingly. Despite essentially always being busy (ie at least two to ten customers shopping the shelves or coming in and out) the individuals working have always been warm, welcoming, courteous, respectful, genuinely caring and wanting to help, and pragmatic. They may be extremely tired working who knows how many hours in a row and they may not speak the most perfect English (occasionally there is confusion because either they struggle to understand me or I struggle to understand them) nonetheless, this smoke shop feels so much more comfortable thanks to the employees who sincerely appreciate their customers. Finally, (a point I feel is worthwhile as so many other stores in general have this problem), when deciding what to buy here, I have never been upsold to spend more money -- in fact, last night the cashier helping me basically helped me to realize that although I was about to change my mind and buy a more large and expensive piece, the cashier reminded me that now is not the right time as I had mentioned I was going on vacation the next day. Harbor Smoke Shop goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and to nearly guarantee that their customers are very happy.

I had been going to a vape shop near my house in Anaheim, for some time but got fed up with the poor stock and crappy attitude the workers had there and after almost a year, nobody there even recognized me. All that changed when about 6 months ago, I found Crown Cigarettes and Greg (my new Armenian friend, having an Armenian uncle I picked up on that easily) after my first visit, I was sold on Crown Cigarettes. Greg, may not know my name, but I'm recognized every time I go in there and I like that. I'm also a disabled Vietnam Veteran and money is tight, but their prices are great and most times I pay cash and Greg will Round Down his prices for me all the time, the more I buy, the better the prices I get. They have everything smoke related, from cigarettes to bongs, vapes to CBD, if they don't have it, I doubt you need it. Thanks Greg, for giving me a place I'm happy to go to and a company who shows me every time I go there how much they appreciate my business. In this day and age, it's very refreshing to see. Absolutely amazing customer service. Wonderful selection of vape mods, juice, bongs, bowls, hookahs, etc etc. they have everything in this place without it feeling cramped and piled up. If you're in the area, stop by. You will not regret it. Or I will give you your money back! I am from Ohio, and they knew that. They could have easily taken advantage and charged me full price on everything knowing it probably not coming back since I live in another state. Instead they treated me like an old friend come to visit. I could have spent about 250$ there, but they gave me a discount and I left spending less than $200 and got a free water and monster energy drink. Very good people. read more

This place is so great I swear, the owner is really nice and will always work a combo deal with what you are getting if you are getting your first rig I highly highly suggest it. US made glass at really affordable prices talk to him I promise you won't regret it. All their glass is nice bongs, pieces, rigs you name it. I don't really vape but from what I see they have large selection. This is my go to for sure I always take extra cash because my girl always likes extra stuff hahaha I love it here 6 stars if i could read more

Just went to Crown Cig. in Fullerton and picked up a couple of pieces. They had a large selection for a small shop and the service was warm and friendly. They had no problem showing me some of the products and helping me find what I wanted. They also have a cigar bar tucked in the back... don't smoke cigars myself but it smelled great!
