I acknowledge that there may be many smoke shops that carry certain artists work and are "authorized dealers" but if you are looking for something that specific you probably aren't reading yelp reviews to decide whether or not to go to which smoke shop. In any case, I have my other smoke shops where I buy certain specific products, but when it comes to consistently great customer service and a well-stocked inventory of almost everything you can think of, Harbor Smoke Shop is the best head shop in Orange County as far as I am concerned. Mostly because of their consistent customer service and also because of their inventory and hours. Harbor Smoke shop is an exceptionally well operated business. I have frequented this establishment for a few years now, drawn in time and time again because they are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Granted there are a handful of other head shops open 24 hours a day, my experience with these has generally been negative because these businesses know that in the wee hours of the late night or early morning the chance of you going elsewhere are quite unlikely and therefore, they seem to gouge in terms of overpricing basic items. That was my experience until I discovered Harbor Smoke Shop. The owner knows that there are limited other headships open 24hours a day yet the prices remain lower than most all other shops not just the ones open 24hours a day! Additionally, this business -- more than any other I can think of -- seems to genuinely care about their patrons' requests, opinions, wants, needs etc. and the head shop responds to their patrons by directly fulfilling patrons' wishes. This demonstrates how Harbor Smoke Shop honestly listens to their clients and improves the shop and selection accordingly. Despite essentially always being busy (ie at least two to ten customers shopping the shelves or coming in and out) the individuals working have always been warm, welcoming, courteous, respectful, genuinely caring and wanting to help, and pragmatic. They may be extremely tired working who knows how many hours in a row and they may not speak the most perfect English (occasionally there is confusion because either they struggle to understand me or I struggle to understand them) nonetheless, this smoke shop feels so much more comfortable thanks to the employees who sincerely appreciate their customers. Finally, (a point I feel is worthwhile as so many other stores in general have this problem), when deciding what to buy here, I have never been upsold to spend more money -- in fact, last night the cashier helping me basically helped me to realize that although I was about to change my mind and buy a more large and expensive piece, the cashier reminded me that now is not the right time as I had mentioned I was going on vacation the next day. Harbor Smoke Shop goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and to nearly guarantee that their customers are very happy. read more

The guy that is behind the counter is rude I bought a flum vape and it had no flavor at all it was ruby green he would not even exchange it for 30$ it was a waste I had to throw it away I stoped here since it is close to work but never going there again alien smoke shop is way better in every way ! For reference I bought the vape at 4:30 pm before work and went back to try to exchange it at 10pm I wish I could give this place 0 stars read more

The guy was so nice and friendly! Great customer service. Definitely coming back! And great prices :)

The selection is amazing !!!! Its the employees who need to be fired. When i have a job where you are constantly engaging with the public who is obviously coming inside to make a purchase which i did. I spent $88 here tonight but i would have spent twice that amount if the employee working knew how to conduct himself and talk properly. Not 2 mins inside the establishment and the employee started yelling at myself and my friend who was accompanying me. He told us we needed to hurry up, but we had only been there two minutes. He said we were not allowed to browse. We need to buy a move quick and get out the minute we walked in I was dumbfounded by the way the employee conducted himself if this was my store I would definitely fire this guy because the way he conducted himself there is no excuse or second chances he was just flat out extremely rude not to mention he had no knowledge whatsoever on anything being in store his answer to everything was I don't know can you please hurry up That's not how you treat people especially when you're getting paid to work with the public. The gentleman was probably in his 30s wore seeing glasses and appeared his hygiene was not up to par unshaven Long Hair I'm not trying to be judgmental. Just trying to describe the employee so that the employer knows who to deal with if he's dealt with at all, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the simple fact I was treated so badly, hopefully better training can be implemented with their employees on how to talk and treat customers. As far as the selection in the store goes, it had an amazing selection on almost anything that you would want to find in a smoke shop would have given a five star review by just simply treating the customer with respect he literally sounded like he wanted to fight me in each word sounded threatening N read more

I just went to Harbor Smoke shop to get my geek bar vape. Emad made my decision easy. Thank you Emad for your professionalism and for making my choise easy! I will definitely be a regular customer of Emad as of now! I love this place. He made my day better :) Thank you! I value this place so much. read more

This place is a rip off. I went in for a 20,000 flume mellow that I can get at literally any other vape store for $22. he charged me $35 and I didn't have that so I asked for the pebble (that has only 6000) and he charged me $28. place is a joke actually and the prices suck. if you want better prices go to any other smoke shop on ball. read more

Awesome place, great prices. I left a review just so I know to come back here. Definitely worth a check out, also selection is awesome.

Fake elfbars at high prices. Con artist behind the counter. I would not go back. First elfbar 2d barcode led me to a scam website (elfbar-tech or something close to that), and without opening it, I asked for a real one. Next "real" one I bought didn't work correctly, good thing I opened it and checked right away. So he replaced that one with the final one and wouldn't let me test the charging port, saying they don't have any USB-C chargers in the building. I was like, alright, I'll cut my losses and never come back to this place. Hope this helps the next potential victim. read more

One of my favorite smoke shops in town with friendly and cool owner/ staff and they do good or I should say great buisness and friendly when u have questions about some of the rad items u might want to buy there and need info about. They have always been good to me and never let me down and what I'm c now that they are open 24 hours. If that's a fact this is my number one shop now and my #1 fav bcuz that will be some badass news bcuz this city needs 24 hour shop badly that u can go to and the person who works there is friendly instead of talking shit and being mean yelling at me through intercom thing on door like I did something wrong coming to there 24 hour shop advertised all over but I get yelled at for waking them up wtf so now this is great this shop is great and now it's great and friendly 24 hours a day. Great d Need and this is a great shop I give two thumbs up to always and they have great prices and never let me down so I more then recommend this shop to anybody that asks me about smoke shop in the area as well as liquor store is right next door with friendly staff also and they have everything u might need or want. I love both stores and great right next door to each other u can't beat it. Nothing but good things to say about both places & thank God for this smoke shop and it's location bcuz otherwise it would be onehell if a walk going elsewhere or no where if after certain time but now that's no issue since great news of 24 hours woowoo! Great shop I recommend going there to all my people so u should too read more

They're always open hella late and the selection isn't the best kind of over priced but in a pinch it's nice to have a smoke shop that's actually open read more

Super awesome service! I've never had someone this nice and do something like this for me. I came in because I had lost my charger for my battery so I went in and asked if he has any screw ons and he took out a bin to show me, and even looked for the right specific one. Unfortunately he was out, but I bought the cheapest battery he had and then left. Although upon testing out the battery with my cartridge when I got to my car, I noticed the connection wouldn't work with the firing pin so it was basically useless. I went back inside to explain and asked if I could get a replacement or buy a new one if I had to. He found a battery that worked and had me test it out to make sure before I leave, and when I asked for the price he took back the one that wouldn't work with my cartridge and let me keep the other for an exchange. This store has great selection and service and awesome customer care. Thank you! read more

I got to the smoke shop at 8am today but the doors are locked and there's no employees inside.... They have a big sign saying that they're open 24/7 so I'm not sure what's going on. I'd understand if he was on a break but usually they'd put up a sign indicating that and when they'd be back. Update: I decided to look through their back window and sure enough there's a guy sitting down lol. Once he saw me he waved for me to come in through the front. I needed a new vape and asked him the price of the elf bar and he told me $22 after tax.... I never ask for receipts but I had a gut feeling he charged me more than that. Once I got the receipt and looked at the amount I was charged, it said the total amount was $28.47 after tax. It indicated that it was $27.64 before tax, so I'm kinda mad since he told me it costed $22... do you guys think it's worth it for me to go back in and relay this all back to him, or do you guys think he's going to give me a hard time and come up with some sorta absurd explanation? I'm a very mellow dude, the last thing I would do is get all up in the dudes face and tell him how much I disliked his service.... I plan on walking in to remind him about the $22 price he told me regarding the disposable elf bars, and simply ask him why I got charged $28.47 as politely as I can. I don't expect him to say "you know, you're right! I'm so sorry for overcharging you like that, let me go ahead and issue you a refund and then recharge you based on the amount that I originally told you that it would cost" but hey‍ he can either be cool about it or he can throw some sorta excuse since he doesn't want to go through the whole 3-5 ish minute hassle of resolving this issue. If that's the case then I won't be coming back, I know that doesn't mean anything to him but if I had a small business I would do anything I can to make sure I have a solid clientele and make sure that they're completely satisfied with their shopping experience at my business. But losing one customer most likely means nothing to the guy and that's totally okay read more

Best smoke shop in the Anaheim area, Eden been a great and knowledgeable cashier. Highly recommend!

Luckily found this gem open when no one else was.. Initially went in for some papers but ended up getting distracted by the wide array of glassware. The boss was super chill and is a smart headshop owner. Unlike many shops out there that refuse to haggle this one was more than willing to work with me and accepted my offer on a binger i was diggin.. like i said, went in for papers but walked out with a 1.5 ft turbine, honeycomb dab rig. Definitely coming back to this spot and already recommended it to my buddies. Thanks for the hook up guys! read more

Everyone here has an attitude I'm not sure why but it definitely didn't make me feel comfortable enough to come back and make my complaint, which is why I'm just choosing to never come back, I came by and bought a small handheld torch, $15 for some quality that lasted a week, then never turned on again and purchased a dabber and it's not metal, it's peeling apart and I'm basically smoking the chemicals that burning off in there, so y'all decide if you wanna go here after reading this review, Goodluck read more

They sell fake disposables I usually have somewhere to buy mine, but it was late so I thought I'd give this place a chance. Rating based on description only. This is not what I would consider a vape shop. This is more of a smoke shop, cigarettes and other combustibles. There were some kits in the case and some coils and a small variety of e-liquids, but this is a very truncated selection. Great for cigs and bongs and hookahs, not so much if you're on a lunch break looking for a particular brand or flavor of nic-salt or parts for a specific get up. I walked out with kind of a sketchy bottle of nic salts and man this is making me cough furiously with identical set up and settings and nothing different. When I used to smoke, friendly service and good place to go close to work etc. But, yeah unless they devote more space and selection, it almost looks like they're phasing out vape supplies altogether. Sorry for the low rating, but for people like me who quit smoking and depend on our supplies, and with costs increasing for mail order, really need accurate info on Yelp pertaining to vaping. Hope this helps someone out in case they just need specific coils or a particular brand or flavor of nic salts. read more
