This is the only vape place that's earned my trust!! I remember back in the day they would do builds for you, until laws passed. However, they offered to teach me how to build and gave me a kit for a discounted price when the change happened. Their employees know their products, always recommend great and new flavors to me, help me with questions and just overall make me feel comfortable to shop with them! Flawless, please keep up the great work. I have nothing but great experiences here! read more

My husband uses refillable nicotine systems and he has always struggled to find a good lychee juice. He said the lychee dragon juice by the LIQmate brand is solid. It was good customer service, my husband plans on revisiting for high quality nicotine juices in the future. read more

Amazing little smoke shop in a strip mall. Has everything you'd ever need to enjoy a smoke.

Great place! Thank you so much to Jose for helping me pick out items. I was in and out within maybe 5 min.

Great service and they have been very knowledgeable about all the vapes they have offered. Christina is super nice and gave great suggestions and alternatives if they didn't have what you wanted. I come here all the time and have never had an unpleasant experience. read more

The staff are knowledgeable and assist you in finding the products that fit your specifications. Prices are reasonable, too.

Excellent service and reasonable prices! Would absolutely recommend coming here again, will begin making it my regular shop.

They sell faulty/ fake disposable flavored vapes. Do not offer return/warranty or even exchanges. Rude staff. And are now charging double than anywhere else in a 20 mile radius. Stay clear of this place. read more

First time stopping by this vape shop. Plenty of selection and very helpful guy. Will def come back

I hate writing bad reviews but they really earned it. I'd like to save someone from the trouble of going here and dealing with the terrible experience I had. Purchased 2 faulty vapes and took it back within a few hours and Christine the manager was extremely rude and refused to let me exchange the unopened box. Save your money and purchase your vapes anywhere except here read more

Stopped by this store today to pick up a Funky Lands disposable vape. The worker mentions there's a special where I can get another vape for $10 more and I went for it. Tested the vapes in store and worked fine. Went about my day and the first vape stopped working (never got second hit, tried recharging too). Went back to the store to try to get a replacement but the worker wouldn't allow it mentioning its policy not to replace it even if it's defective. He offered a discount on another vape to purchase but didn't opt for it since I would be spending more money. Since the worker was the only one working I asked if he could call his manger or owner but he wouldn't mentioning that he would get in trouble. Left the store very unsatisfied because I got ripped off. Flawless vapes? No. Useless vapes. read more

I've been coming to this location for 5+ years. They CAN be somewhat pricey on certain items but every time I come here I find something I've never tried/seen anywhere else so that's what keeps me coming back time and time again. They also have a TERRIFIC selection of disposable vapes AS WELL AS vape mods, pod mods and juice. This evening I purchased an 'Amy Deluxe' hookah for a killer price. MISS BRIANNA helped me and in all the years coming here she made me feel most welcome. She's not only knowledgeable, she's personable and hard working. These days customer service is lacking people like Brianna. Until next time! Xoxo read more

Bummed out, I'm new to this store it's my 4th purchase here in a month, I go through about 100ml-120ml per week. And this is my local vape shop since I moved. Had great positive experiences here so far, And there vape brands are good besides 1 batch that I just bought yesterday. Apple-Pear-Kiwi which is there brand of juice. It straight tastes like soap. So I came back to the store today (I'm in the parking lot typing this) and told them it tastes like soap. The Gentleman said unfortunately we don't do refunds or exchanges and his co worker said it doesn't taste like soap. I simply came in to try to exchange it. Again I've had there other flavors that are there brand. But after this experience I won't be returning. This could of been fixed with a little bit of customer care. read more

deceitful marketing and terrible customer service for their online website flawlessvapeshop.com. ordered 5 bottles of pod juice that showed as in stock and to much surprise when the shipping label was prepared, i was refunded for 4 of the 5 bottles due to stock not being available. so for a $10 30ml of vape juice with shipping, handling and esignature fees i paid $30+. who in their right mind who allow that? when i emailed customer service they said the only option i would have is to reject the order so i would be refunded for the single item once received in their warehouse but i would still be liable for the $20+ in shipping and handling. had i known up front that the bulk of the order wasnt available i wouldve canceled the order entirely to avoid getting ripped off by their inaccurate online inventory. will never order from this company again. totally misleading website and their customer service sucks! buyers beware especially if you're using their online website. read more

Superb customer service. Received phone call from Alana to inform me the Beast V2 were in stock. Went in and Alana was fantastic to deal with and she had already set aside 2 for me. Also sold me a new product from Puff labs and easier to prime before puffing. Simply push down on mouth piece wait 30 seconds and ready. I'm still a big fan of Beast V2s regardless of the pull tab method. Overall great store and service. read more

Bought a Trulybar disposable vape here 2 days ago. It worked fine until I tried to recharge it. It does not recharge. I took it back to try to get a new one and the response from both the employee and manager was that there was nothing they could do except offer a 10% discount on another one because I had left the store with it. They also do not have a USB-C charging wire so there was no way for me to test if the charging function worked within the store. The employee also said they have a huge box of defective units in the back. So now I have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge because they sold me a defective unit and refuse to rectify the situation. read more

Buyer beware. Mood/s dictate level of "service" at this Flawless location! The "manager". Named ryan. Is or can be quite Moody. Another less than enthused employee jake. Follows suit. Sometimes cool. Sometimes Not. Ps. Faulty or defective products happen! Especially in products found with pre assembled coils. Battery etc. that said. Some products are just poorly built and you cant know. Till you find out. I purchased a. Disposable. Nicotine vape. A usual activity of 5+ yrs.... And opened my purchase. With a hint of burnt. And after a 5 min saturation time wait... While we chit chatted etc. Took a pull off the device and found the smell indicative. Burnt product. Ryan was Not interested in my complaint. What so ever! No taste test. Not even a sniff. Just said. Oh man. That sucks. And walked away.... I used to FREQUENT this location. But i guess they didn't care? I leave a review.. a few weeks go by.. i try again.., to do business there. Ryan "greets" me with. Oh. Didn't expect to see you after that review!! I guess he did see it ? But. I asked. Can i do business here. His reply. Im NOT Going to help you! Looks to another employee named Jake. Whom shakes his head no. Ryan says i don't think anyone else here will either. So i walked out ! Made this review previously but i guess Someone complained about it enough I don't know. But i do know i will make the general public aware of the way "business" is conducted at this establishment/ location. read more

This place is flawless! It's very clean - unfortunately the customer service is terrible and so is product knowledge from the little girl. I'm going to call the entire process pretty unflawless - not limited to the tattoo work. Normally I dont write reviews unless its a terribly bad experience, unfortunately I explained they didnt have a flavor and it became funny to the girl working there. Also unflawless isn't a word but I'm dumbing down so the place can understand. 23 Pro Tips for Running a Successful Business - HubSpot Bloghttps://blog.hubspot.com ' sales ' how-to-run-a-business https://blog.hubspot.com/sales/how-to-run-a-business read more

This sham of a shop has an F rating with the BBB. Make sure you look them up and see what is happening with this place. They will rob you, call you names and hang up. All because they were out of what I ordered so they sent me whatever they wanted. When contacted, and believe it was terrible speaking with EVERYONE from this place, I had to take photos and email them so they had proof that I was shipped wrong. Email address that they dont mo itor, or just ignore. Just go elsewhere. This place is a joke. Look them up on the BBB. It's not just me, they are crap to everyone. read more

Most of time the employees are very nice, of course you get a stank face every once in a while- but they can't help it lol Don't bother asking any questions, it's best you know what you want because they're not super knowledgeable. Stopped in here the other day and had a great experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was planning on dropping by to pick up some juice because the shop I usually go to is out of stock of my flavor. I ended up hanging out for over 2 hours and walked out with a new mod and atty. No high pressure sales tactics, they didn't try to rush me out. Overall a great experience and will be my new vape shop close to my office. read more

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I ordered 4 bottles of juice and 2-5 packs of smok coils on 7/24/20. The juice arrived no problem but the coils were sent separately. I always sign up for text notifications so when I received the delivery text on 8/5 I went to my mailbox but nothing was there. I quickly pulled up my order confirmation and emailed customer service to let them know that I didn't receive the package. Being in customer service myself, I was hoping to just get a reship of the coils. Well... FIVE days go by and I finally receive an email back with five words "did you receive the package?".... i immediately responded with a "no, I still have not received the package."--- and then I wait... today 8/13/20 I reach back out to their customer service via email and phone. No one answered the phone so I left a message regarding the issue. I express my concern via email and, funny enough, immediately get a response back. "Sorry. Your package shows delivered and we cannot reship the items. You may want to file a claim with usps." Hahaha anyone in the USA knows filing a claim with usps is like trying to find a needle in a swimming pool. What a joke. For a $23 order nonetheless... so I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and received my refund to take my piddly $23 elsewhere. Unbelievable that they would rather piss off a customer than reship something that probably cost them less than $10. Buy with caution and hope that you get your delivery. With covid and all the shipping issues from the post office... I wish you luck dealing with the piss poor values this company has for its customers. read more

This place is awesome. I run up the 91 freeway daily on my work commute. I will definitely stop back by here when I'm in North Orange County. They have so many lines of the highest quality juices available The staff is very pleasant and helpful They have many flavors available for testing before you buy. Very chill atmosphere. Staff knows their products and is very helpful in explaining the differences between them. Are also helpful in making recommendations. Went in to pick up some juice, and when the guy rang me up he charged a solid 40% over what was listed on the site. When I mentioned that they have it marked cheaper on their own website, he took $5 off the price (still more than it was marked for online) and told me that "not every employee would do this for you". I see absolutely no reason the prices online shouldn't match those in store. No chance I'll be going back. read more
