Stopped by this store today to pick up a Funky Lands disposable vape. The worker mentions there's a special where I can get another vape for $10 more and I went for it. Tested the vapes in store and worked fine. Went about my day and the first vape stopped working (never got second hit, tried recharging too). Went back to the store to try to get a replacement but the worker wouldn't allow it mentioning its policy not to replace it even if it's defective. He offered a discount on another vape to purchase but didn't opt for it since I would be spending more money. Since the worker was the only one working I asked if he could call his manger or owner but he wouldn't mentioning that he would get in trouble. deceitful marketing and terrible customer service for their online website flawlessvapeshop.com. ordered 5 bottles of pod juice that showed as in stock and to much surprise when the shipping label was prepared, i was refunded for 4 of the 5 bottles due to stock not being available. so for a $10 30ml of vape juice with shipping, handling and esignature fees i paid $30+. who in their right mind who allow that? when i emailed customer service they said the only option i would have is to reject the order so i would be refunded for the single item once received in their warehouse but i would still be liable for the $20+ in shipping and handling. had i known up front that the bulk of the order wasnt available i wouldve canceled the order entirely to avoid getting ripped off by their inaccurate online inventory. will never order from this company again. totally misleading website and their customer service sucks! buyers beware especially if you're using their online website. read more

Bummed out, I'm new to this store it's my 4th purchase here in a month, I go through about 100ml-120ml per week. And this is my local vape shop since I moved. Had great positive experiences here so far, And there vape brands are good besides 1 batch that I just bought yesterday. Apple-Pear-Kiwi which is there brand of juice. It straight tastes like soap. So I came back to the store today (I'm in the parking lot typing this) and told them it tastes like soap. The Gentleman said unfortunately we don't do refunds or exchanges and his co worker said it doesn't taste like soap. I simply came in to try to exchange it. Again I've had there other flavors that are there brand. But after this experience I won't be returning. This could of been fixed with a little bit of customer care. read more

Bought a Trulybar disposable vape here 2 days ago. It worked fine until I tried to recharge it. It does not recharge. I took it back to try to get a new one and the response from both the employee and manager was that there was nothing they could do except offer a 10% discount on another one because I had left the store with it. They also do not have a USB-C charging wire so there was no way for me to test if the charging function worked within the store. The employee also said they have a huge box of defective units in the back. So now I have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge because they sold me a defective unit and refuse to rectify the situation. read more

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I ordered 4 bottles of juice and 2-5 packs of smok coils on 7/24/20. The juice arrived no problem but the coils were sent separately. I always sign up for text notifications so when I received the delivery text on 8/5 I went to my mailbox but nothing was there. I quickly pulled up my order confirmation and emailed customer service to let them know that I didn't receive the package. Being in customer service myself, I was hoping to just get a reship of the coils. Well... FIVE days go by and I finally receive an email back with five words "did you receive the package?".... i immediately responded with a "no, I still have not received the package."--- and then I wait... today 8/13/20 I reach back out to their customer service via email and phone. No one answered the phone so I left a message regarding the issue. I express my concern via email and, funny enough, immediately get a response back. "Sorry. Your package shows delivered and we cannot reship the items. You may want to file a claim with usps." Hahaha anyone in the USA knows filing a claim with usps is like trying to find a needle in a swimming pool. What a joke. For a $23 order nonetheless... so I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and received my refund to take my piddly $23 elsewhere. Unbelievable that they would rather piss off a customer than reship something that probably cost them less than $10. Buy with caution and hope that you get your delivery. With covid and all the shipping issues from the post office... I wish you luck dealing with the piss poor values this company has for its customers. read more

When I mentioned that they have it marked cheaper on their own website, he took $5 off the price (still more than it was marked for online) and told me that "not every employee would do this for you".
