TLDR: few shops carry good CBD vape juice (and tinctures), and an extremely wide variety of everything else. Not to mention they up charged me $35 for a pod the first time and $25 the second visit. The first time I purchased one, it ended up being defective, but I never went back--I just threw it away and moved on. Unfortunately, I had the same issue happen again with another pod I purchased on Friday. It was leaking so badly that it stained two of my clothes and I lost a significant amount of the juice because it simply would not stop leaking. I wasn't able to come back over the weekend because I was busy, so I stopped in on Monday, which was the earliest I could. I explained the situation to the owner and tried to show him that the product was clearly defective. He refused to do anything about it because he said too many days had passed and that it was already halfway empty. I tried explaining that it was halfway empty specifically because it had been leaking, but he still refused to help. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the store was completely empty and there was no rush or line while I was trying to explain what happened. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I was simply hoping for some kind of solution after purchasing a defective product for the second time. I almost didn't come back to this shop after my first experience, but because it's convenient and close by, I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, two defective products in a row, combined with the way my concern was handled, was enough for me to stop going here. I have not tried purchasing other products from this store, but would strongly recommend checking elsewhere before purchasing a nicotine vape from this shop.

The cheap vape and tobacco stores do this, but you could go to Orange or Vape Citi and get it replaced no problem. Only reason for me to shop here was due to closeness but that just went up in smoke. Edited Note: These guys can report the faulty vapes to the distributor they get them from for credit. Not only is your money gone but they get covered for the vape too. Double sucks. Previously working at a tobacco store myself, its disappointing to see other shops do this. If you want vape products, you can visit the local distributors here in Southern California and buy direct. Check out VapingTown over in Tustin or Glass Tech (GT Vape) over in Anaheim, which are two of the bigger distributions for the area.
