The cheap vape and tobacco stores do this, but you could go to Orange or Vape Citi and get it replaced no problem. Only reason for me to shop here was due to closeness but that just went up in smoke. Edited Note: These guys can report the faulty vapes to the distributor they get them from for credit. Not only is your money gone but they get covered for the vape too. Double sucks. Previously working at a tobacco store myself, its disappointing to see other shops do this. If you want vape products, you can visit the local distributors here in Southern California and buy direct. Check out VapingTown over in Tustin or Glass Tech (GT Vape) over in Anaheim, which are two of the bigger distributions for the area.
