And the packaging looks off on some of the different flavors like the honey bourbon. I buy one to try it out and to my expectation they're dry thin leaves. I go to the counter to ask the dark guy with short hair for a refund and he says no refunds because that's their policy. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO BUY AUTHENTIC NICOTINE PRODUCTS! EDIT: The owner is lying they do not sell legitimate products. Ive been buying loose leaf's for years and can visibly tell these aren't authentic leaves. And your return policy and customer service is horrible. Everytime I had to deal with that guy I dreaded it, horrible attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

I've been out of the vape game for a couple years so I had no knowledge about disposable vapes available these days. I chose this place hoping I'd get a good deal and great service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. I will definitely be back for my vape needs and will recommend this place to family and friends.

But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. However, I confirmed the address is identical to the Yelp listing so it must be the same place. New owners are scum. You will note a huge AUTHORIZED ROOR dealer sign on their front door (see picture). Pro tip: they are definitely NOT an authorized Roor dealer. I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.
